Untuk menumbuhkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, Perusahaan harus mampu merespon kebutuhan-kebutuhan karyawan, antara lain kebutuhan secara psikis yakni Work life balance, dan gaya kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahi bagaimana pengaruh work life balance dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Asuransi BRI Life Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif Penelitian ini populasi dan sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Asuransi Bri Life Palembang yang jumlah populasinya sebanyak 90 orang yang akan dijadikan sampel jenuh dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menyampaikan bahwa variabel Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Asuransi BRI Life Palembang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai uji secara parsial dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (7,099>1,988), variabel Work Life Balance sangat penting dalam menjalankan sebuah perusahaan, variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Bri Life Palembang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai uji secara parsial dengan nilai thitung> ttabel (4,489 > 1,988). Koefisien determinasi 0,622 atau sebesar 62,2%. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 12 perusahaan Otomotif yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data diolah dengan Uji beda untuk membandingan kebijakan PPnBM Saat dan Sebelum pandemi dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 27. Hasil analisis uji beda Wilcoxon penelitian ini memperoleh nilai signifikan dari hasil Wilcoxon Signed Rank, Gross Profit Margin (GPM) menyatakan bahwa H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak. Untuk hasil Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, Current Ratio (CR) hasil menyatakan bahwa H0 diterima H2 ditolak. Dan untuk hasil Uji Wilcoxon signed Rank Test, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) menyatakan bahwa H0 di tolak dan H1 ditolak. The examination was led at the North Sumatra I DJP Provincial Office Jalan Sukamulia No. 17A Medan, with a population of 145 individuals and an exploration test of 59 individuals. Information assortment was completed through meetings, polls and documentation. Using version 24 of the IMB Statistics for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program, multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. In view of the consequences of the examination, it was found that profession improvement meaningfully affects work fulfillment for representatives of the North Sumatra Provincial Office of DJP I. This is upheld by the investigation results t count > t-table (2.077 > 2.004) at n = 59 at an importance level of 95%. Work inspiration meaningfully affects the work fulfillment of representatives of the DJP North Sumatra Local Office I; this is upheld by the examination of t count > t-table (5.857 > 2.004) at n = 59 at an importance level of 95%. Individual qualities affect the work fulfillment of representatives at the North Sumatra Local Directorate General Office I; this is upheld by the t count < t-table examination (1.326 < 2.004) at n = 59 with an importance level of 95%. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial bahwa variabel digital marketing, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna aplikasi Shopee. Hasil uji simultan dalam penelitian bahwa digital marketing, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna aplikasi Shopee. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh melalui hasil nilai R Square dibuktikan dengan hasil sebesar 45,8%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Biro Administrasi Akademik yang terdiri dari variabel bukti fisik, kepedulian, kehandalan, daya tanggap dan jaminan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi universitas indo global mandiri Palembang secara parsial dan juga simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi yang terdiri dari program studi manajemen dan program studi akuntansi, jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 130 responden dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling. \u0000Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 27. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Berganda, Uji t dan Uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi dan Koefisien Korelasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS versi 22.0 for windows. The ratio shows the percentage of the company's earnings that are paid out to shareholders in cash. Companies that have a high DPR and increase from year to year can provide positive signals to investors, because dividend announcements can be used as information by shareholders regarding company performance. This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, company growth, profitability on dividend policy in LQ45 companies 2019-2021. This research is quantitative research. The data used is also secondary data taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of financial reports of LQ45 companies listed on the IDX. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of the effect of Managerial Ownership, Company Growth, and Profitability on Dividend Policy in LQ45 companies 2019 - 2021, it can be concluded. The managerial ownership variable has no effect on dividend policy as proxied by the dividend payout ratio. The company growth variable affects the dividend policy proxied by the dividend payout ratio. This indicates that any increase or decrease in total assets during the observation period affects the dividend to be distributed to shareholders. Causal study research is the research methodology employed. A questionnaire was used in this study's data collection process. The study's population consists of taxpayers who own real estate and/or structures in their own names that are used as homes or places of business. Convenience sampling is a non-probability sampling method used in this study. With the use of the SPSS software, a multiple linear regression model was used to examine this research. The study's findings indicate that a number of variables, including taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge, tax penalties, and tax officer services, positively and significantly affect taxpayer compliance. A strong understanding of taxes helps taxpayers comprehend the meaning and intent of the law, which improves compliance. Acknowledging the significance of taxes for the nation's economic progress is a crucial element in enhancing taxpayer compliance. In addition, the presence of imposed tax penalties influences taxpayer compliance, albeit respondents are generally unbiased about this issue. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif selama dilapangan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan kesimpulan yang dilakukan penulis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekrutmen di PT. Asian Cotton Industry sudah cukup baik karena menggunakan dua metode yaitu internal (kekeluargaan) dan eksternal (mandiri). Pelatihan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan yang memudahkan calon karyawan menguasai pekerjaan dan meningkatkan keahlian dimana terdiri dari tiga pelatihan yaitu pelatihan teori dasar, pelatihan teori inti, dan praktek ujian. Penekanan yang dilakukan menganut penuh pada indikator yang sudah ditetapkan.
