This research is intended to examine the relationship between Celebrity Worship and Cyber Aggression in early adult Kpop fans on the Twitter Platform. The research method is quantitative correlation and the data analysis uses Pearson r correlation through JASP with measuring instruments, namely the Celebrity Worship scale with Cyber Aggression. The result of this study indicates that there is a significant relationship between Celebrity worship and Cyber Aggression. Celebrity Worship and Cyber Aggression, obtaining result (r=0,287, p<0,001) this shows that there is a positive relationship between Celebrity Worship and Cyber Aggression. Shows a very significant positive relationship between Cyber Aggression and Celebrity Worship, which means that the higher the value of a person’s Celebrity Worship, the higher of the Cyber Aggression. Then the higher of Cyber Aggression he/she has or vice versa lower of the Celebrity Worship value. The problem at SMA \"X\" in Sidoarjo is cheating behavior that occurs in students which is difficult to stop and becomes a culture every year. This study aims to determine the effect before and after counseling services are carried out with the behavior contract technique. This research method uses a pure experiment, namely Randomized Control Trial (RCT) in a random way to determine the experimental group and the control group in one class. The sample used was class 10 with a total of 20 students, 10 students became the experimental group and 10 students became the control group, each of which was given a pre-test and post-test using a Likert scale of cheating behavior. Data analysis technique used independent sample t test and paired sample test using JASP 0.16. If the evaluation of the counseling guidance program is not carried out, the bk teacher will not know the success of the implementation of the guidance and counseling he has provided. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of the evaluation of the guidance program at MTs Negeri 1 Medan. This study used quantitative research methods of descriptive statistical analysis techniques with a population of 330 students in grades 71-711 and a sample of 29 students from grades 78 and 2 teachers BK from MTs Negeri 1 Medan. The results revealed that the implementation of the evaluation of the guidance and counseling program is included in the high category, meaning that teachers BK carry out the evaluation process well as evidenced by several aspects that are visible, including personnel evaluation, program evaluation, and result evaluation. So this study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and students' cheating behavior at SMP X. This study uses a quantitative method with the subject of students of SMP X. In this study, a sample of 217 students of SMP X was used which was obtained from the saturated sample technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using a self-confidence scale and a cheating behavior scale with variable measurements using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed by testing the hypothesis using Pearson's Correlations with the help of Windows JASP 16.3. The results of the analysis obtained are r = 0.238 <0.05 and p = <0.001 so that the hypothesis is accepted and there is a significant relationship, meaning that there is a relationship between self-confidence and cheating behavior. BK teachers are required to be able to provide good and best service through the guidance and counseling process. Developments in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can be utilized in cyber counseling and handling various services, currently almost all students have cellphones which on average can be used to build systems by optimizing cyber counseling applications based on Android (whatsapp) to improve psychological well-being of elementary school students. The development of communication in the era of digital technology helps provide counseling services more broadly. In the digital era, counseling is not only in the form of face-to-face meetings, but it can be done using the internet network with several applications such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp and various other types of applications. This counseling model is also called cyber counseling. This research method is a descriptive method, which aims to obtain an overview of the object of research. Retrieval of data by giving questionnaires to students about student responses to the application of online counseling which consists of two choices (yes / no). To determine the results of student responses to the implementation of online counseling, statistical analysis using presentation techniques was used. The effectiveness of this counseling is measured from student responses which are proven that students feel comfortable, relieved, easy to use the application, helped to solve the problems they face, and Back motivated to continue to achieve goals.
