Nowadays, improving appearance and quality of life through plastic surgery is becoming increasingly popular. Managing patients after lipofilling and abdominoplasty combined with liposuction is an interdisciplinary challenge. Intraoperative risks in plastic surgery are associated with anesthesia and comorbidities. The immediate response of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems to the administration of anesthetic agents and the anesthesiologist's qualifications determines the immediate success of the operations. The duration of the surgery, volumetric disturbances, reduction of body surface area, and changes in metabolic and immunological status after mechanical impact on adipose tissue significantly alter the rate of compensatory-adaptive reactions of the body. In the long-term period after lipofilling, abdominoplasty, liposuction, and augmentation mammoplasty, systemic complications are often observed. These include insomnia, chronic kidney disease, protein-energy malnutrition, arthropathies, nonspecific interstitial lung lesions, unverified hepatitis, lupus-like syndrome, antibodies to transplanted fats and silicone materials, idiopathic limb edema, as well as autoinflammatory syndromes. The presented work also provides data on propofol infusion syndrome and the clinical-prognostic significance of vascular endothelial growth factor in plastic surgery. The authors’ team also presents their own clinical data on obesity and associated diseases. A comparative analysis is conducted between the diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms for bronchial asthma (BA) in children outlined in the updated GINA guidelines and those delineated in the Kyrgyz clinical protocol on BA issued in 2023. Leveraging the latest iteration of GINA, a series of organizational, scientific, clinical, and diagnostic initiatives are slated for implementation in Kyrgyz Republic. The yield of overripe cotton varieties was also studied. Information about the experiments performed is provided. The use of positive and negative emotional-expressive means in their contrasting ratio in the context of the song is analyzed. Such comparisons perform a certain artistic and aesthetic function, figuratively expressing various situations, bringing sadness to listeners about unfulfilled dreams. {"title":"Manifestation of the Effect of Growth Heterosis in Intraspecific Hybrids of Soft Wheat","authors":"G. The research was conducted in the 2019-2020 growing season at the Apsheron District Experimental Farm under irrigation conditions. In 32 combinations of hybrids of the first generation (F1), obtained as a result of reciprocal crossing of 9 local varieties («Mirbashir-128», «Azeri», «Gobustan», «Fatima», «Gyrmyzy gul-1», «Murov-2», «Askeran», «Matin» and «Onur»). Studied the height of plants in comparison with parental forms and determined the degree of true heterosis and dominance. In the studied hybrid combinations, a variety from high dominance to depression was found in the transmission of heredity. When analyzing hybrids of bread wheat of the first generation (F1) according to the inheritance of plant height, high dominance was determined in 19 combinations (59.4%), depression — in 8 combinations (25.0%), intermediate heredity - in 5 combinations (15.6% ). Positive heterosis was revealed in 19 combinations (59.4%), negative heterosis - in 13 combinations (40.6%). The social efficiency of a management decision is considered as the result of achieving social goals for a larger number of employees and the company in a shorter time, with fewer employees, and at lower financial costs. The organizational effectiveness of a management decision lies in the fact that the company’s personnel are involved in this work. Social is embedded in the personnel management mechanism, which includes levers of influence on people to coordinate their activities in the team. Formal relationships are consolidated in the form of functional or organizational structures of departments and the company as a whole. Informal (personal) relationships are established on the basis of common priorities of needs and interests, likes and dislikes.
