Sumber Daya Manusia juga merupakan usaha yang dituntut kemampuannya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengefektifkan penggunaannya sehingga Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan kunci yang menentukan berkembangnya suatu perusahaan. Dalam Bengkel Indomobil Nissan Datsun Kombos, jenis pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan berbeda-beda dikarenakan tingkat kemahiran atau produktifitasnya. Tujuan penelitian  untuk mengetahui pembagian tugas karyawan pada Bengkel Indomobil Nissan Datsun Kombos sehingga mendapat waktu kerja yang optimal. Metode Hungarian dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui pembagian tugas karyawan sehingga mendapat waktu kerja yang optimal. Tourists require hotels with adequate facilities for their stay, such as 4-star hotels. After visiting Manado, tourists go back to where they come from. One of the transportation mode being used is airplanes. They then need a path to go through and not the usual one; they need the shortest path to get to Sam Ratulangi airport. Based on previous research, the shortest path is modeled by Graph Theory. Hotels will be represented as vertices, and the path from each hotels and to the airport will be represented as edges. The shortest path are searched by using Dijkstra’s Algorithm then will see the difference to shortest path from google maps. Based on the analysis results, Dijkstra’s Algorithm selects the shortest path with the smallest weight. Hubungan antara faktor-faktor dengan banyaknya kematian ibu dapat diketahui dengan menggunakan analisis regresi Poisson.  Penelitian ini menggunakan data tahun 2018 dari Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara berupa jumlah kematian ibu sebagai variabel respon dan sejumlah variabel prediktor dengan unit pengamatannya adalah kabupaten/kota.  Dalam analisis regresi Poisson, variabel respon mengasumsikan ekuidispersi (nilai ragam sama dengan nilai rataannya). Namun, dalam data riil seringkali terjadi overdispersi (nilai varians lebih besar dari mean). Salah satu cara untuk mengatasinya adalah dengan analisis regresi binomial negatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan model regresi Poisson dan regresi binomial negatif untuk mendapatkan faktor-faktor yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi jumlah kematian ibu di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. In the tile concept, tiles can be arranged by gluing one tile to another in a linear or circular fashion. The series of tiles with circular fashion form an infinite graph family. In this way, the intersection number of this family of graphs can be determined. In this research, has been formed an infinite family graphs Q(1,s,b)(n) with average degree r between 3.5 and 4. The graph formed by gluing together many copies of the tile P(1,s,b) in circular fashion, where the tile P(1,s,b) consist of two identical pieces of tile. And then, the graph embedded into the book to determine the pagenumber that can be formed. When embed graph into book, the vertices are put on a line called the spine and the edges are put on half-planes called the pages. The results obtained show that the graph Q(1,s,b)(n) has 10-crossing-critical and book embedding of graph has 4-page book. Demam berdarah muncul sebagai kejadian luar biasa (KLB) sehingga mengakibatkan kepanikan di masyarakat karena beresiko menyebabkan kematian serta peyebarannya sangat cepat. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan analisis tentang jumlah penderita demam berdarah yang akan datang. Metode ARIMA merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam memprediksi jumlah penderita demam berdarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data jumlah penderita demam berdarah bulanan di Kabupaten kepulauan Sangihe mulai dari bulan Januari 2011 hingga April 2019 untuk memprediksi jumlah penderita demam berdarah pada bulan Mei 2019 hingga April 2024.
