It employs a descriptive quantitative approach and utilizes the Stratified Random Sampling method for sampling. The research sample consists of 93 respondents from the Faculty of Economics, including students, alumni, lecturers, and staff. The analytical method employed is the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI), with the assistance of Microsoft Excel 2010. The research findings reveal that the current dominant organizational culture profile is the Clan culture, emphasizing HR development, loyalty, and the organization's familial function. Additionally, the Hierarchy culture, characterized by a structured work environment and stringent controls, also holds prominence. Conversely, the anticipated organizational culture profile underscores maintaining the Clan culture while embracing new cultural shifts in the future, particularly towards an Adhocracy culture. This culture emphasizes fostering a dynamic work environment that encourages members to freely explore and express creative ideas, fostering innovation.\u0000\u0000JEL classification numbers: J43.\u0000Keywords: Organizational culture, OCAI Mapping.

The study finds that: (1) Both single and compound forms of participation can have a significant positive impact on residents' entrepreneurial choices, with the compound form of participation having a relatively higher boosting effect than the single form of participation; (2) Among the single forms of participation, internet loans have the smallest promotion effect, indicating that the role of digital finance is still to be explored, while private loans have the largest promotion effect; (3) Among the composite forms of participation, the form without bank loans has the lowest facilitation effect, indicating that bank loans are highly important for residents' choice of entrepreneurship; (4) Heterogeneity analysis reveals that financial services participation has a more significant contribution to entrepreneurial activity among low endowment households, both in single and composite forms of participation. China's low-end embedded model relying on its labor advantage can no longer bring new economic benefits, and the ensuing environmental problems are intensifying. Therefore, there is an urgent need to explore a win-win path for the greening of China's economy and the improvement of GVC status. Using micro-firm data, the article explores the role of pollution emission intensity of China's firms in influencing the domestic value-added rate of their exports. The study finds that (1) the increase of pollution emission intensity of Chinese enterprises has a significant inhibiting effect on their export domestic value-added rate; (2) the pollution emission intensity of Chinese enterprises under different regions, different ownership and different trading methods has differentiated effects on their export domestic value-added rate. Among them, the pollution emission intensity of state-owned enterprises, enterprises in western regions and processing trade enterprises have a more significant inhibitory effect on the domestic value-added rate of their exports; (3) the increase of total factor productivity of enterprises can slow down the negative effect of enterprise pollution emission intensity on the domestic value-added rate of its export.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Enterprise Pollution Emission Intensity, Export Domestic Value-Added Rate, Global Value Chain Embeddedness.

Few studies have focused on how an employee’s perception of diversity impinges on their job satisfaction. This study quantitatively investigated how employees perceive workplace diversity and the inherent effects of such perceptions on their job satisfaction. Survey data was collected from 430 employees in the Calgary Economic region. The results showed that age is not a significant factor in employees’ perception of workplace diversity. However, their level of job satisfaction differed significantly. The results also showed that employees’ perception of workplace diversity and job satisfaction differed significantly based on sexual orientation, level of education, and ethnic origin. On the other hand, employees’ perceptions of workplace diversity and job satisfaction did not differ significantly based on gender and marital status.
