Therefore, the researcher wants to discuss the cadre formation of Islamic boarding school leaders through the Khidmah Program as a Ustadz at the Bata-Bata Panaan Palengaan Pamekasan Islamic Boarding School. The results of this research show that cadre formation in Islamic boarding school leadership is very urgent and requires special training or making it a habit of consistent and sincere activities in teaching and guiding. Khidmah as an ustadz is to train oneself as a person with moral character and to become a leader who is qualified, patient, sincere, fair and wise. The research employs a qualitative method with a historical-philosophical approach, conducting content analysis on the thoughts of M. Natsir to generate a new concept. The research findings indicate, firstly, that the concept of integrating science and Islam in higher education from M.  Natsir's perspective involves the integration of Islamic  knowledge and general knowledge without secularizing science and Islam. The form of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data was obtained from primary and secondary data. In designing, implementing and administering it. If the company does not do it properly, problems will arise for the company. For example, many employees retire early while they are still needed by the company. This research is aimed at examining the extent to which these four factors can change employees' intentions in making decisions to retire early. Using the case study method of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Bandung HR unit. The research method uses binary number calculations. For the instrument, a questionnaire was distributed to 50 respondents. The variables studied are differences in personal interests (difference variables) and organizational factors which significantly influence the intention to participate in an early retirement program. The objective of this research is to examine the legal implications arising from Criminal Code Article 412. The study shows that using Article 412 of the Criminal Code might clash with religious, moral, and legal rules. It may also clash with Law Number 1 of 2023, which says that national law and regional rules may have different interpretations of legal rules. Located between two continents and the Asian continent, Indonesia occupies another strategic area and the Australian continent benefits Indonesia in its trade sector because Indonesia is a world trade traffic route. The author's research uses primary data, namely details collected or obtained directly by researchers or related parties in the field. To obtain primary data, you can use data collection techniques such as opinion polls, surveys, interviews, distributing questionnaires, focused discussions and observation. The findings of this study indicate that vegetable traders at the Bershati Manado Market earn a fairly high and stable average income from their sales. A quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, with Partial Least Square (PLS) software, was used to test 7 hypotheses. After testing, it was found that the brand personification mascot in advertising content on Tiket.com Instagram had a positive effect on advertising engagement and attitudes towards the brand through the mediation of positive emotions. Then advertising involvement also has a positive influence on attitudes towards the brand.
