This qualitative research used literature review approach from various databases in the Esports Research Network (ERN), Frontier, MDPI, PLOS, Human Kinetick, PubMed, ResearchGate, and Taylor & Francis. There are 12 research results from the databases. The results identified crucial physical needs for esports athletes, such as strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. In addition, this study also found several existing forms of physical literacy, such as directed physical exercise programs and health education, but not necessarily all athletes have sufficient access or understanding of this literacy. Based on these findings, it is recommended to develop a physical exercise program which suits individual needs, and attention should be paid to the packaging of physical literacy with the right media to be delivered to athletes effectively. The implications of this study include benefits for esports athletes, coaches, esports organizations, researchers, media, and the public in increasing understanding of the importance of physical health and physical literacy in esports. By following the suggestions proposed, more effective efforts can be made to improve the health, performance, and well-being of esports athletes in the future.\u0000Keywords: esports, physical literacy, , athlete performance

It was carried out with 115 gifted children at 5th-8th grade level. Demographic information form and Parental Achievement Pressure Scale were used to collect data. The branches in which children are diagnosed are, respectively, general ability with 71,30%, art with 16,52% and music with 12,18%. No significant relationship was found between the ages of gifted children attending Science and Art Center and the duration of their attendance at Science and Art Center, and the ages of their mothers and fathers, and parental pressure for achievement. On the other hand, it was concluded that the achievement pressure scores perceived by children in the general ability branch were significantly lower than the achievement pressure scores perceived by children in the art and music branches. Leadership is formed systematically from an early age until the end of human life, one of which is by actively participating in a sports club. A club can develop because of the roles in sports, both by athletes, coaches, managers, and others. To win a competition or race, it is necessary to collaborate between athletes in an extraordinary manner in order to achieve the highest goal, namely victory. Many plans are developed, implemented and evaluated. This process requires leadership from team members at every level. Ultimately, this process is internalized in each member, both as a member and line leader, as it takes place in a sports club. How this leadership is formed is shown in this article. Data bases were searched using search engines on Scopus or Science Direct and others before analysis using PRISMA. The final selection of the research database was carried out by checking for duplication, analyzing the title, completeness of the abstract manuscript, and the title and content of the article, resulting in 38 articles. The results showed that active participation in sports, especially those that embrace shared leadership, provides the experience to become one goal and vision of a common mission, so that each member is more motivated to collaborate and spend time, energy, and even money to achieve this goal. This process requires unipersonal skills. In addition, authoritarian and native leadership models are still used. Obviously, whatever leadership model is applied will provide soft skills to participants, no matter what they want. This will lead to leadership in other fields besides sports, including in mathematics education. According to the literature evidence, there are twelve studies that transform sports involvement into life-beneficial values; eight studies that influence leadership behavior towards running sports organizations; four studies on transformational leadership. When people participate in active leadership activities and take on roles, they gain useful experiences, which in turn will have a positive impact on their leadership development in life.\u0000Keywords: Shared Leadership, Life Skills, Sports Activities

Among people with disabilities, engaging in sports and exercise has the potential to notably enhance their physical and physiological functioning. Consequently, the aim of this research was to investigate the effects of a circuit training program on the cardiorespiratory fitness, musculoskeletal strength, and agility of wheelchair users. The study involved 28 participants with paraplegia as a result of spinal cord injury, aged between 19 and 40 years, who were divided into two groups: an experimental group (EG, n = 14) participating in circuit training, and a control group (CG, n = 14) undergoing aerobic upper-body exercise exclusively. All subjects took part in the wheelchair yo-yo test and hand grip test, both conducted at the commencement and conclusion of the training period. The results displayed a significant Time x Group interaction for both variables, indicating a substantial improvement in the intervention group (p < 0.001), while no significant changes were observed in the control group. Teachers' self-efficacy is crucial in the physical education environment to promote active engagement in achieving the objectives of the Great Design of National Sport (DBON). This study aims to examine physical education teachers' self-efficacy and how it affects their participation in DBON implementation. The research method used was a descriptive survey with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 40 physical education teachers in Cilacap district at the elementary school level selected by random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring the level of self-efficacy and teachers' participation in DBON programs. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. This study revealed that the average self-efficacy of sports teachers in contributing to achieving the goals of the National Sports Grand Design (DBON) related to increasing sports culture in the community was 90.78%. In addition, the average self-efficacy of sports teachers in terms of capacity, synergy, and productivity of national achievement sports is 88.12%. The average self-efficacy of sports teachers related to improving the sports-based economy is 87.08%. These results indicate that the level of self-efficacy of physical education teachers is in the moderate to high category. There is a significant positive correlation between teachers' self-efficacy and their level of participation in DBON activities, where teachers with high self-efficacy are more likely to be actively involved in sports development programs in schools and communities. The conclusion of this study is that increasing physical education teachers' self-efficacy can significantly contribute to the successful implementation of the National Sport Grand Design. The study covers the impact of these events on the psychological well-being, physical health, social adaptation and educational achievements of schoolchildren. Using an interdisciplinary approach, the article analyses data collected through surveys, interviews, and physical health indicators, as well as psychological tests, to identify key trends and impacts. Materials and methods. The pedagogical experiment involved 103 schoolchildren aged 12-13 from general secondary education institutions of the Chernivtsi region in the period of the academic year 2023-2024 during various sports, health, recreational, and charity events. Results. The obtained results highlighted the problematic areas related to schoolchildren’s psychophysical state caused by the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and military conflict in Ukraine. The difference in physical development between the sexes, which is statistically significant (p < 0.05), indicates a critical need to develop individually adapted programmes to promote physical activity among students. The analysis of psychological well-being using the SDQ questionnaire showed a high risk of psycho-emotional problems in 51.3 % of boys and 37.4 % of girls aged 12-13 years, which requires the development of targeted psychological and pedagogical measures. Conclusions. The conducted research indicated existing gaps in the system of modern physical education and the critical need to integrate methods and approaches aimed at improving the schoolchildren’s psychophysical state against the backdrop of general social unrest.\u0000Key words: psychophysical state, schoolchildren, military conflict, COVID-19, post-pandemic period.\u0000
