This research approach is quantitative which is associative in nature to prove the effect of independent variables on dependent variables. The population of this study is an automotive company listed on the IDX using 12 sample companies during the 2019 - 2022 observation period so that 48 observation data units are obtained. The data analysis method used is Panel Regression which uses cross-sectional and time series data. The methods used are Chow Test, Hausman Test to estimate the selected regression model. This study proves that the Fixed Effect Model is the selected regression model. The results prove that Profitability as measured by ROE has no significant effect on the value of Automotive companies on the IDX Debt policy as measured by DER has a significant effect on the value of Automotive companies on the IDX. Economic Value Added (EVA) has a significant effect on the value of Automotive companies on the IDX. The results of simultaneous testing prove that profitability, debt policy and EVA together have an effect on firm value.","PeriodicalId":503133,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Business, Law, and Education","volume":" 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140386691","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study employed a quantitative methodology that utilized Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to extract data from a representative sample of 232 MSMEs located in different industries and geographies. The results show that social capital, resources, dynamic capacities, and sustainable competitive strategies are all positively correlated. The study also reveals the mediating functions of social capital and resources in converting dynamic capabilities into long-term competitive advantages. With a robust R-squared value and a Goodness of Fit (GoF) rating of 0.68, the model demonstrates a substantial fit, indicating its adequacy in explaining the intricacies of the MSME environment in Indonesia. The second objective is to prove whether BOPO moderates the relationship between Capital Adequency Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) on stock returns. This research uses an associative quantitative approach model, namely research to test the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The population used in this research was 43 banks that were included and registered on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique used uses the Purposive Sampling technique, namely that samples are taken based on certain criteria so that 20 banks are obtained with an observation period of 5 years so that 100 observation data are obtained. The data analysis technique uses Moderating regression where data analysis will use residual testing. Hypothesis testing uses the t test, F test and residual test. The results of this research prove that CAR, NIM, LDR partially have no effect on stock returns. The NPL and BOPO variables partially influence stock returns. Based on the simultaneous test, it can be concluded that the variables CAR, NPL, NIM, LDR and BOPO simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns. The residual test results show that BOPO does not moderate the relationship between CAR, LDR, NIM and NPL on the Return variable. \u0000 ","PeriodicalId":503133,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Business, Law, and Education","volume":" 18","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140386334","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Employing an associative quantitative approach, the study focused on 32 companies that issued bonds on the IDX between 2019 and 2021. A saturated sample technique (Census) was utilized, encompassing all 128 data points (n) from the population. Data analysis employed Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings indicate that interest rates and inflation individually exert a significant influence on corporate bond prices on the IDX. However, market risk does not demonstrate a significant impact on bond prices individually. Nevertheless, collectively, interest rates, inflation, and market risk jointly affect bond prices. The moderation test results, including the residual test, reveal that asset structure does not moderate the relationship between interest rates, inflation, and market risk on bond prices.","PeriodicalId":503133,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Business, Law, and Education","volume":" 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140387391","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
