With the rapid development of technology, educational institutions are expected to keep up with the advancements in order to provide quality learning experiences. OER, including e-books, are freely available resources that offer cost-saving benefits to students. By accessing OER, students can save money that would have been spent on textbooks and other learning materials. This is particularly beneficial for financially disadvantaged students who may struggle to afford expensive textbooks. Additionally, OER availability can help bridge the educational gap between students from different backgrounds, ensuring equal access to educational resources. The study adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. Through interviews with respondents, it was found that OER, especially e-books, are highly relevant in terms of student financial savings. By reducing the cost of textbooks and learning materials, students can save money and access quality learning materials on par with their peers. The method used is a comparative descriptive method, which analyzes the comparison of each school that has been observed. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview with the vice principal of the curriculum and the P5 program team in each school observed. At this time, the education system in Indonesia has undergone many changes due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so the government needs to strive to restore the educational situation during the Covid-19 pandemic in order to improve the quality of education. In implementing the independent curriculum, students are required to have freedom in determining learning materials, so this curriculum was developed as a more flexible curriculum that focuses on developing the character and competence of students, so that students play an active role in implementing P5 activities in the independent curriculum program. Google Form is an alternative, namely a digital questionnaire to collect data more practically. Currently, the sustainability of using Google Form as one of the digital evaluation media after the pandemic in Indonesia has subsided has not been proven. Therefore, this article presents research on how the portrait of the use of Google Form at SMA Al-Falah Bandung by examining its advantages and disadvantages to be taken into consideration. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by conducting interviews with teachers and distributing questionnaires to students. Our research shows that Google Form has advantages, namely varied forms of questions, simple features and appearance, flexible functions in learning, accelerating the management of evaluation results, ease to use, increasing technological capabilities, and realizing paperless trends.
