The progress or setback of an educational institution is determined by the role of teachers. Through observations and interviews conducted with the Headmaster of SMP Jamiah Al-Aziziyah Batee Iliek, it was found that the majority of teachers lack proficient public speaking skills. Based on this issue, it is necessary to organize activities to enhance public speaking skills, which are crucial for the teachers of SMP Jamiah Al-Aziziyah Batee Iliek. The method of implementing these activities is through lecture-based methods. The stages of the activities include pre-implementation, implementation, and evaluation. Technically, a theoretical explanation related to public speaking skills is provided, and participants then engage in practical exercises. After the lectures, participants are assigned tasks and provided guidance to create speech scripts on themes relevant to the school's needs. The results of the community service activities aimed at enhancing public speaking skills have shown improvement among the participants. According to the participants' questionnaire responses, there was an increase in understanding the criteria for effective speakers, with 20% previously not understanding and 80% having an average level, which improved to 40% understanding and 60% having a high level of understanding. During the practical exercises, all participants successfully overcame confidence issues while speaking. This study introduces an educational program focused on the importance of cultivating a savings culture from an early age, with implementation taking place at Tahfiz Al Mumtaz Elementary School in Sekijang, Pelalawan Regency. In an effort to enrich students' knowledge and practices, students from STIES Imsya Pekanbaru are engaged as facilitators using lecture and savings simulation methods. The research attempts to evaluate the program's impact, with survey results indicating an improvement in students' understanding and positive responses from the school. By highlighting this educational approach, it is hoped to provide a strong foundation for fostering a sustainable savings culture, in line with Islamic financial principles, among the younger generation. \u0000Pengelolaan keuangan yang bijak dan kesadaran finansial sejak dini memiliki peran krusial dalam membentuk masa depan individu, terutama dalam konteks nilai-nilai Islam. Studi ini mengenalkan sebuah program edukasi yang difokuskan pada pentingnya budaya menabung sejak dini, dengan implementasi yang dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Tahfiz Al Mumtaz, Sekijang, Kabupaten Pelalawan. Dalam upaya memperkaya pengetahuan dan praktik siswa, mahasiswa dari STIES Imsya Pekanbaru terlibat sebagai fasilitator menggunakan metode ceramah dan simulasi menabung dengan celengan. Penelitian ini mencoba mengevaluasi dampak program, dengan hasil survei yang menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa serta tanggapan positif dari pihak sekolah. Lack of knowledge of financial administration information systems is a major obstacle to improving the efficiency and transparency of co-operative financial management. Therefore, there is a need to train the financial administration information system to empower cooperatives and improve competitiveness. Training the financial management information system is a strategic solution to overcome the obstacles faced by the Miftahul Jannah Women's Corporation. Through a participatory approach, participants are involved in an understanding of the basic concepts of financial information technology, the use of financial software, and practical applications in a cooperative context. This approach is designed to accommodate a diverse level of digital literacy among participants. The training is designed with structured phases, including theory exposure, practical demonstration, and simulation training sessions. After the training, there was a significant improvement in the participants' ability to manage the co-operative financial administration. They are able to use financial software smoothly, compile accurate financial reports, and make better financial decisions. Positive impacts are also seen in increased transparency, accountability, and confidence among co-operative members. This training not only benefits the operational level of cooperatives but also empowers the economy of micro-enterprises in the region. With increased financial management capabilities, cooperatives can be more effective in managing resources, increasing production, and expanding market share.
