The research presented in the paper is based on the analysis of the official set of basic financial reports, as well as other publicly available data on the DCCB Raipur. As the time component is very important for research of this type, that reports were observed in the paper during only current and the previous years, ie for the period 2021-22. The aim of the research is to assess the financial result and financial position of a given company by examining the structure and dynamics of total income and the distribution of total income, profitability and opportunities to improve the financial position. The results of the research indicate that the bank's strong financial position and profitability are attributed to its efficient operations and strategic financial management, as evidenced by the substantial growth in net income. The bank has effectively managed its assets and liabilities to achieve strong financial health. This positive trend indicates the bank's ability to generate sustainable profits and maintain its competitive edge in the market.

In total, 400 respondents were selected from 4 regions consisting of 100 respondents from each region. \u0000Place and duration of study: The present study was based on primary data collected from the year 2021-22 in Andhra Pradesh \u0000Methodology: Binary logistic regression was applied using R software to study the awareness of determinants. Were level of awareness (0 or 1) was regressed against Gender, Age, Literacy Status, Operational Holding, Occupation and Extention Contact. \u0000Results: The analysis revealed that the majority of respondents are male (87.75%), of middle age (65.5%), had primary (23%) and secondary education (23%), have marginal (39.5%), small (40.5%) operational holdings, having occupations in agriculture (29.5%) and combined with animal husbandry (35.75%). They had full awareness about agricultural extension, Rythu Bharosa, e-crop booking, and crop insurance. Nearly complete awareness for quality inputs and interest subsidy. Lower awareness is noted for custom hiring centers (78.5 %), agriculture advisory board (64.25%), veterinary services (56%), digital library (48.75%), WhatsApp advisory (49.75%), milk collection (18%), soil testing (15.5%), and seed germination testing (13%). The logistic regression analysis revealed that the explanatory variables like gender, literacy status, operational land holding, occupation and extension contact were the major determinants of awareness among the farmers. A unit increase in these variables favors positively the odds ratio of a farmers regarding RBK services at Andhra Pradesh. \u0000Conclusion: The analysis reveals significant insights into the socio-economic profile and awareness of Rythu Bharosa Kendras (RBKs) schemes among farmers. A gender disparity highlights the need for targeted support for female farmers. Varied education levels and notable illiteracy indicate the necessity for tailored educational outreach. Enhanced extension services and focused support for small and marginal farmers can improve scheme uptake. Awareness of certain valuable services is low, necessitating targeted campaigns. Effective communication strategies and regular monitoring are crucial for better information dissemination and program refinement, ensuring inclusive and impactful support for the farming community.

A survey of 252 extension agents, conducted from November 2022 to February 2023, employed a validated questionnaire based on five key indicators: Information and Communication Technology (ICT) usage, digital data and information literacy, digital communication and collaboration, digital learning and extension skills, and digital identity and security literacy. Descriptive statistical analysis revealed an overall digital literacy level of 54.3% (SD = 10.8), indicating moderate proficiency. While ICT skills proficiency was high (61%), proficiency in other areas was lower, ranging from 50.8% to 55%. Younger agents and those with higher educational levels demonstrated higher digital literacy. These findings underscore the need for targeted interventions by government and academic institutions to bolster the digital capabilities of agricultural extension agents, thereby enhancing their capacity to leverage digital technologies for effective service provision in North Maluku's agricultural sector.

This places Nigerian women at a substantially higher risk, with a 1 in 22 chance of maternal death during pregnancy or childbirth. Access to quality maternal healthcare is severely hampered by various socio-demographic factors such as education, income, occupation, and geographical location. Zamfara State, in particular, ranks poorly on these indices, with the highest rates of out-of-school children and women lacking formal education, alongside a significant proportion of impoverished and vulnerable individuals. These socioeconomic challenges exacerbate barriers to maternal health services for women in Zamfara State. Addressing these underlying determinants is crucial for improving maternal health outcomes in the state. This study, focusing on women of reproductive age in Zamfara State, employed the Social Determinants of Health Theory to underscore that health outcomes are shaped by societal conditions and policies. The sample size of the study consisted of 382 respondents. Closed ended questionnaire was the major instrument of data collection. Data collected was analyzed quantitatively with aid of SPSS Version 20. Key findings emphasized that higher levels of education and income significantly enhance willingness and access to maternal healthcare services among women in Zamfara State. The study recommends enhancing healthcare infrastructure, improving transportation, and addressing security in high-risk areas. Tailored educational programs are crucial in Quranic education communities to dispel healthcare misconceptions. Governments and NGOs should create economic opportunities for women to ensure affordable healthcare and improve maternal health outcomes in Zamfara State.

With the rise of the service sector, more numbers of employees are involved in direct contact with the client and in such occupations, the job demands expression of appropriate emotions during the interaction. Concomitant with this transition a relatively new labour market has been created, which is marked by work roles that focus on direct communication between service workers and customers. Many a times the front-line service workers have to regulate their emotions in jobs so as to appear professional, even when during unpleasant situations. This new type of labour which has emerged from the work demand is termed as ‘Emotional labour’. Emotional labour is not confined tocustomer service workers, it can be challenging for most of us, because it is not easy to hide true emotions and display emotions required in work place. Organizational expectation of emotional expression by employees at work place leads to emotional labour. Arlie Hochschild (1983) was the first sociologist to distinctively point out the management and display of emotions by workers as part of their work role. She defined emotional labour as the management of emotions in order to bring out visible facial and bodily display. Hochschild asserted that emotional labour is a stressor that maybe harmful for the psychological and physical well-being of employees. Her findings suggested that the need to manage emotions in work place may bring in contradiction between the emotions an employee feels and the emotions he/she has to display while working with customers. This discrepancy between required and true emotions is referred to as ‘Emotional dissonance’. The more the conflict between the required and true emotions, the more employees tend to experience stress, job burnout, and psychological alienation from self. Hochschild proposed two different approaches to reduce emotional dissonance, which are surface acting (outward behavior) and deep acting (inner feelings). As the emotional state of employees is directly related to work performance, management of factors causing emotional labor is an important aspect at work environment.

Organic farming systems have gained popularity due to their sustainability benefits and resource conservation, which can reduce output costs by 10% to 30% compared to conventional farming. Vellore GI Spiny Brinjal, recognized for its unique characteristics and recent Geographical Indication (GI) tag, serves as a focal point for this analysis. The study collected primary data from 25 organic and 25 inorganic farmers, as well as from various market participants. Cost and return analyses revealed that the total cultivation cost per acre is Rs. 90,482 for organic and Rs. 77,322 for inorganic methods. Despite higher cultivation costs, organic farming proved more profitable with a Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) of 1.59 compared to 1.35 for inorganic farming. Marketing channel analysis showed that the primary distribution pathways involved wholesalers and retailers, with organic brinjal channels displaying higher efficiency. Price spread and marketing efficiency calculations indicated that Channel II was the most efficient for both farming methods due to fewer intermediaries and lower consumer prices. Overall, the study underscores the economic viability of organic farming for Vellore GI Spiny Brinjal, highlighting its potential for higher profitability and marketing efficiency.
