Animation has been recognized as an effective tool in enriching students' learning experiences through clear and interactive visual representations. The aim of this research is to analyze literature related to the use of animation as a learning medium, explore the advantages and challenges of its use, and convey the contribution of this research in the development of innovative learning practices. The method used in this research is a literature study, where data is obtained through analysis of theoretical sources and related research. The results of the literature study analysis show that animation has great potential to increase student learning motivation, involvement, creativity and personalized learning. However, it is important for educators and researchers to pay attention to good animation design and the role of educators in facilitating the effective use of animation. Essential regulation involves managing the inflow and outflow pf goods. With the company’s growth, the task of managing available inventory becomes increasingly complex and high-risk. PT XYZ is one of the service-oriented industries, particularly in hospitality service. This research aims to assess the extent of efficiency in implementing softwere-based Management Information Systems (SMART) in the purchasing request or procurement of operational necessities within the hotel industry. The research methodology employed a qualitative descriptive approach, gathering data through observations, interviews, and documentation. The approach involves designing and implementing an innovative Telegram bot, specifically crafted to map the locations of Optical Distribution Points (ODP). This bot enables technicians to easily access information by entering the ODP name through the Telegram platform. The research methodology employs a descriptive method and a development method using the waterfall SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) concept, suitable for small-scale projects. Unified Modeling Language (UML), including Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams, aids in the system design. The author conducted an in-depth identification of field technicians' requirements, storing ODP data in Google sheets, including ODP name, geographical coordinates, address, partner, (GPON), and status. The Telegram bot implementation displays location information linked directly to Google Maps, providing essential details such as address, partner, type (GPON), and ODP status. This Telegram bot implementation demonstrates a significant positive impact, contributing to the effectiveness and empowerment of field technicians in managing ODP data. Discussions involving bot success evaluation and potential work effectiveness underscore positive outcomes. At SMK Yadika Cicalengka, the existing scheduling system is still done manually using Microsoft Excel. This becomes less effective because it takes quite a long time and requires an assessment of each teacher's teaching availability every day. This research aims to create a scheduling system that can optimize the time to create subject schedules and accurately divide teaching assignments. Using the artificial bee colony method, this research develops the system and achieves optimal results by imitating how bee colonies search and exploit food sources effectively. In the case of this research, iteration and solution selection will be performed to reduce the breadth of the problem.
