The system of dynamic equations describing the processes occurring in a single-component gas generator and a throttle valve is obtained. The mathematical model makes it possible to analyze and identify the main patterns of the influence of input quantities on the controlled quantity.","PeriodicalId":499874,"journal":{"name":"Omskij naučnyj vestnik","volume":"165 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135211011","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The structural parameters of carbon black have been determined, which have a significant effect on the electrical conductivity of carbon black and the electrical conductivity of polymer composite materials when it is used as a filler. It is established that the introduction of 10–20 wt. % carbon black in linear low-density polyethylene provides high conductivity of composite materials, while increasing their modulus of elasticity, but at the same time reduces elongation at break. It is shown that, in general, the studied carbon black is a promising filler in the development of electrically conductive polymer composite materials for electrical and radio engineering purposes.","PeriodicalId":499874,"journal":{"name":"Omskij naučnyj vestnik","volume":"165 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135211270","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A feature of the energy system under consideration is the provision of the main circuit of the heat pump and its drive from a common source of thermal energy. The influence of the temperature parameters of the consumer of highpotential thermal energy, the source of low-potential thermal energy and the energy efficiency of the main functional elements of the energy system under consideration on the ratio of the amount of generated thermal energy supplied to the consumer to the amount of thermal energy losses used is analyzed. In addition, an assessment is made of the influence of the listed factors on the redistribution of low-potential thermal energy flows between the main circuit of the heat pump and its drive. The presented results reflect the fundamental possibility of increasing the temperature level of process heat carriers and raw materials without significant costs for additional external energy sources. The efficiency of reuse of heat losses in a closed technological cycle depends on the temperature conditions of the consumer and the source of thermal energy in the heat pump cycle, on the connection scheme of the thermal energy source and on the energy efficiency of the equipment used.","PeriodicalId":499874,"journal":{"name":"Omskij naučnyj vestnik","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135212781","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For example, it has been speculated that the psychology of individuals might be emulated on a computer platform to create a personality duplicate — an ‘upload’. Physical duplicates might be created by advanced nanobots tasked with creating molecule-for-molecule copies of individuals. Such possibilities are discussed in the philosophical literature as (putative) cases of ‘fission’: one person ‘splitting’ into two. Many philosophers, perhaps most, reject the idea of fission, appealing to some form of a ‘no-branching’ condition to rule out such possibilities. I argue, to the contrary, that there are good moral reasons to think that any account of personal identity that does not permit fission is deeply problematic, especially in connection with theorizing about criminal punishment. I discuss and reject David Lewis’ famous account of personal identity that invokes ‘multiple occupancy’ to allow for branching. In contrast, I offer an account of personal identity that permits branching using the type/token distinction to help with such puzzling cases.","PeriodicalId":499874,"journal":{"name":"Omskij naučnyj vestnik","volume":"389 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135800146","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article defines the main directions of anti-Russian sanctions. The main macroeconomic indicators affected by the sanctions are analyzed. Russian gross domestic product in 2022 decreased by 2,1 %. The structure of GDP is changing. The consumer price index rose by 11,94 %. This macroeconomic situation requires a stabilization economic policy. Economic recovery is possible thanks to monetary and fiscal policy, government programs to support the national economy, and the introduction of an import substitution policy.","PeriodicalId":499874,"journal":{"name":"Omskij naučnyj vestnik","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135801849","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
