The schemes of the government are commendable for child development, but their non-use on the ground is the biggest hindrance in child development. There the role of law starts where it is tried to bring it on the right path through corrective methods or by punishment for which various provisions were already made in many laws like in Section-82 of the Indian Penal Code-1860. The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act was enacted in 1960, the Juvenile Justice Act in 1986, the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act in 2000 and now the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act in 2015. Children should be kept away from crime not by punitive methods but by corrective methods and they should be prepared in such a way that they can become good citizens, but for some years there has been an unprecedented increase in cases of rape, murder, kidnapping by minors, which need to be curbed. Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 was enacted for the purpose of juvenile justice, Child Welfare Committee and Juvenile Justice Board for children in conflict with the law were constituted at the district level all over India, which The Ministry of Women's Welfare and Child Development and the Department of Justice are jointly operating it. Certainly, their role in improving child's crime tendency can be beneficial, and with the proper effort and cooperation of the family and society, the disintegrating childhood can be saved. Society is also the basis or the motivating factor for the creativity of a creator. Mahakavi Kalidas is a creator associated with public relations. In his creations, whether it is an epic, a short poem or a play, proper light has been thrown on each and every aspect of the contemporary society. Malavikagnimitram, Vikramorvashiyam and Abhigyanshakuntalam are considered to be his three popular theatrical creations. According to the story of the play Abhigyanshakuntalam by Mahakavi Kalidas, the administrative system of King Dushyant was very strong. It was a monarchical system. Dushyant was a patriot and an emperor ready to protect the people. He used to follow his subjects like his children. During his time, all the seven parts of the state efficiently followed their respective responsibilities. Although the king was supreme, yet the subjects had the right to question him. There was a transparent judicial system. The king was the supreme authority. The punishment was very harsh. According to the nature of the crime, it was punished with death penalty, fine, torture etc. The state had the right over the property of the childless. Under the leadership of the commander, all parts of the army used to practice regularly. One-sixth of the income was taken as tax from the subjects. Ascetics and religious places were tax free. Some administrative officers were addicted to alcohol and passion. Mahrukh's life represents the life of those women who, instead of searching for their liberation in isolation, broaden the question of liberation by connecting it with the liberation of the neglected, lower class, struggling and exploited characters of the society. Mahrukh's refusal to marry Rafat, breaking Thikre's engagement, is more a woman's desire for natural self-respect than a specific ideology. Mahrukh despises the display of dedication, sentimentality and sensitivity which is considered a woman's weakness. ICICIGC, being a firm that belongs to the private sector, has conducted its commercial activities with extreme caution ever since the year it was established. The entirety of the corporation is owned by private stockholders, while a foreign direct investment contributes 26% of the total capital. In spite of the significant amount of time that has passed since the company first began for business, it has not established any overseas branch offices in any country. Initially, it focused on inland business that was associated with auto insurance, but it has now shifted its attention to other classes of insurance in an effort to strategically expand the number of premiums that it collects.
