The method used in this study is quantitative. The sample used in this study consisted of 84 respondents. Sample determination using purposeful sampling Data were collected using the questionnaire dissemination method via Google links and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis tests. The data was processed using IBM SPSS 25. The results of this study show that financial literacy and the social environment have a positive and significant effect on student financial behavior. Meanwhile, lifestyle has a negative and significant influence on students' financial behavior. This study is focus on data before and after merger. The population of this study is employees of BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia) Syariah (before merger) and BSI (after merger) This study have eight objectives to analyze the effect of antecedents (accountability, adequacy of funds, accounting information, operational risk, internal control, and credit analysis) on digital financing for MSME at BSI. The sample was determined based on the random sampling method, in which 100 respondents were obtained using the Slovin formula. All respondents were asked to fill out the questionnaire that had been prepared based on indicators of variables. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Every company always improves employee performance to achieve the goals it wants. This study aims to determine the effect of applying accounting information systems, internal control, work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance with employee integrity as an intervening variable. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach and uses a purposive sampling method. The data in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires directly to accounting students in the Pamulang University employee class, especially students in the accounting study program. The number of samples used is 100 respondents. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Exogenous latent variables are the application of accounting information systems, internal control, work motivation and organizational culture. While employee performance as an endogenous latent variable with employee integrity as an intervening variable. The results showed that internal control variables formed employee integrity variables (loading factor = 0.69) and employee integrity variables were proven to influence employee performance variables (loading factor = 0.97). Return on assets (ROA) is measured by profit before interest tax, depreciation and amortization of total assets. The debt-to-assets ratio (DAR) is measured by total liabilities divided by total assets, and the current ratio (CR) is measured by total current assets divided by total current liabilities. So far, the stock price is measured by the closing price. The method used is purposeful sampling. The samples used in this study were 31 real estate and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2020. The type of data is secondary data from financial reports and annual reports. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that simultaneously return on assets (ROA), debt to assets ratio (DAR) and current ratio (CR) have a significant effect on price.share. Partly, only return on assets (ROA) has a significant effect on stock prices. This research approach is a type of qualitative method. The nature of this type of research is open research and exploration. Data sources consist of two types, namely, primary data sources and secondary data sources. The main instrument in this research is the researcher himself. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data processing process is carried out using AHP and SWOT. The data analysis technique used is the AHP analysis technique. The research results obtained are: (a) Criteria for selecting ADRI as Alins/Alongins Pusdikbekang Pusbekangad. Based on interview data from resource persons, there are 3 types of KM ADRI that are considered in selecting ADRI as Alins/Alongins Pusdikbekang Pusbekangad. There are currently 4 KM ADRI with DWT 300, 3 KM ADRI with DWT 500 and 2 KM ADRI with DWT 1000 units. (b) Alternatives in selecting ADRI as Alins/Alongins for Pusdikbekang Pusbekangad education. The process of selecting ADRI as Alins/Alongins for Pusdikbekang Pusbekangad education goes through the stages in AHP theory. Based on this premise, this research aims to determine the audience's response to the YouTube channel RJL 5 - Fajar Aditya, specifically regarding the show about the disappearance of 3 mountaineers on Mount Slamet in 1985. This study is closely related to the methodology of netnography, which includes research planning, data collection, interpretation, and adherence to ethical standards in data validity testing. Netnography utilizes internet communication as a data source to achieve an understanding of ethnography and the representation of cultural phenomena. The netnographic analysis conducted on the RJL 5 YouTube channel regarding the audience's response to \"The Story of the Disappearance of 3 Mountaineers on Mount Slamet 1985\" yielded several conclusions. Firstly, the audience is consistently amazed by the storytelling skills of Mr. Alex, which is an inherent cognitive aspect of the viewers. Secondly, the audience gains survival knowledge and appreciates Mr. Alex for his ability to survive when he was lost on Mount Slamet, receiving positive responses from the viewers. Thirdly, some viewers express a desire for the story of the disappearance of the 3 mountaineers on Mount Slamet in 1985 to be adapted into a film. Komindo Bizolusi in Central Jakarta, both individually and collectively. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 75 respondents. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires, and data analysis involves validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research findings, the following results are revealed: (1) Team collaboration significantly influences employee job satisfaction at PT. Komindo Bizolusi in Central Jakarta, with the t-test value (14.766) exceeding the t-table value (1.993). (2) Career development also significantly impacts employee job satisfaction at PT. Komindo Bizolusi in Central Jakarta, as the t-test value (13.845) surpasses the t-table value (1.960). (3) Simultaneously, team collaboration and career development have a significant combined effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. The Indonesian Stock Exchange will be the object of this research. During June 2022-April 2023 this research will take place. This approach applies a quantitative approach, a quantitative approach is a positivism-based system that is used to study certain populations and samples. The population used is companies in the 2019-2021 period which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Manufacturing in the Consumer Goods Industry as many as 44 companies. There were 27 companies obtained in 3 years of observation from the results of selecting the sample criteria so that a sample of 81 research samples was obtained. The results of this study prove that simultaneously Public Ownership, Audit Committee Ownership, Auditor Reputation, Leverage and Company Size have a significant effect on Risk Management Disclosure. This research method uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected using the method of distributing questionnaires via Google and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, a t-test (partial), and an F-test (simultaneous) using the IBM SPSS 25 application. The results of this study indicate that materialism has a positive and significant effect on student financial behavior. Meanwhile, financial literacy also has a significant influence on student financial management behavior. The type of research carried out was a quantitative research method by distributing and collecting questionnaires about employee compensation, motivation and performance to 58 respondents. The analysis technique carried out is using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Determination Coefficient Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The research results show that providing compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Gunung Agung Senayan City Mall. This is proven by the value obtained for the regression equation Y = 8.463 + 0.668X1. Hypothesis test results were also obtained for the Compensation variable (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.000 < 0.05 or a calculated t value of 5.736 > t table 2.003. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Gunung Agung Senayan City Mall). This is proven by the value obtained for the regression equation Y = 9.822 + 0.610X2. Hypothesis test results were also obtained for the Motivation variable (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.000 < 0.05 or a calculated t value of 5.063 > t table 2.003. And providing compensation and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Gunung Agung Senayan City Mall.
