X decided to make an investment by buying a machine worth a total of 6.7 billion Rupiah for the business of producing lubricant gloves with particles of 100 nanometers in 2020. With the end of the pandemic, the need for lubricants has decreased dramatically in 2022, making PT. X faces a feasibility problem for the investment in the lubricant machine that has been made. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of financial aspects, namely the assessment with the Discounted Payback Period (DPP), Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Profitability Index (PI). The analysis was carried out with pessimistic, moderate and optimistic versions of probability. The results of research using the DPP, NPV, BCR, PI methods are not feasible for pessimistic probabilities and are feasible for moderate and optimistic probabilities.","PeriodicalId":496801,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Journal of Reflection","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135661540","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Developments in the global, regional and national strategic environment have had a significant impact on the conditions and situation at ALKI II. One of the national strategic developments is the establishment of East Kalimantan as the new National Capital (IKN), which makes ALKI II an area vulnerable to military threats. Optimizing the empowerment of the potential of national resources in this region is very important in maintaining stability, sovereignty and state security in the maritime area, especially in ALKI II. To achieve this, steps are needed to be implemented by the central and regional governments to deal with maritime challenges more effectively and ensure the integrity and security of the maritime area. Changes in Indonesia's Center of Gravity (CoG), which was previously based in Jakarta, moved to the East Kalimantan region. In addition, the IKN location is at the ALKI II crossing which is an international waterway passed by military and civilian ships, and is close to the Flight Information Region (FIR) of a neighboring country and within the cruising radius of a neighboring country. This type of research is quantitative using a questionnaire research instrument to collect data. The sample for this research is all employees at the Directorate General of Taxes who are taken using probability sampling. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that Career Journey, Self Efficacy, Quality of Work Life had a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, then Career Journey, Quality of Work Life and OCB also had a positive effect on employee performance, but Self Efficacy had no significant effect on employee performance. In addition, Organizational Citizenship Behavior is also proven to be able to mediate the relationship between Career Journey, Self Efficacy and Quality of Work Life towards employee performance.
