The Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo) found that there was 2,099 hoax news that was spread thousands of times via social media. This generally impacts the community so it can lead to a crisis of confidence in the government. This arises because many message recipients have different literacy levels, which will affect how people analyze the information conveyed. This research uses the Random Forest method, which is used to classify large amounts of data to detect hoax news. The research results show that the Random Forest method is proven to be able to classify hoax news based on data that has been weighted and entered into the system. The learning process only uses textbooks in front of the classroom with so few book packages, so students feel bored and lazy to study. So while the concentration on students must be directed specifically at science subjects. Through an Android-based interactive multimedia learning application, students can explore the material independently. The designed media includes text, images, audio, and video to help teachers prepare learning media and maintain students' attention and concentration on lessons. Rapid Application Development (RAD) with 4D mode is the configuration method used. This is the basis for designing the Digital Library Information System to make it easier for lecturers and students to find the books and modules they need. This library information system is web-based and made with HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and MySQL programming languages. The method used in the development of this digital library information system is the waterfall method with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) software approach. Spam poses several dangers and risks, both for individuals and organizations. Spam can be a nuisance that hampers both individual and organizational productivity. Much spam contains fraudulent or phishing attempts to obtain sensitive information. Spam detection using deep learning involves the utilization of algorithms and deep neural network models to accurately classify messages as either spam or not spam. Typically, spam detection systems use a combination of these methods to improve the accuracy of identifying spam messages. This study applies the Bi-LSTM deep learning model to sequentially process text (sequencing). The performance of the model is determined based on the loss and accuracy. The data used are the Spam SMS and Spam Email datasets. The test results show that the Bi-LSTM model demonstrates better performance on all tested datasets. Bi-LSTM is able to capture textual patterns from both the context and the text itself, as it can combine information from both directions. However, with technological advancements, the attendance process has followed this trend, one of which is face recognition. In this research, the researcher designed a face recognition application for the attendance system that can be implemented on mobile platforms, especially Android. This application using the Local Binary Pattern Histogram (LBPH) method and the OpenCV library. The objective of this application is to enhance the flexibility and efficiency of the current attendance system by eliminating the need to repeatedly retrieve attendance forms, preventing fraud, and reducing paper usage. There have been 264 earthquake events recorded during the 2021-2022 period. The increase in seismic activity occurred around the west Sulawesi segment and the Mamuju segment, which are local faults located in west Sulawesi. Sulawesi Island itself is the result of fragments due to larger complex reactions and has quite high seismic activity. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the earthquake hypocenter relocation to obtain more accurate hypocenter parameters for fault zone identification and micro fault orientation. This study aims to relocate the earthquake hypocenter based on mathematical measurement data using the Double-Difference method for identification of fault zones and micro-fault orientation. The data used is BMKG earthquake catalog data for the western Sulawesi region with a range of 118.49 East - 119.59 East and 3.67 LS -2.45 LS in the 2021-2022 period. The Double-Difference method is a method based on the Geiger method using residual travel time data from each pair of hypocenters to the earthquake recording station. The principle is to compare two earthquake hypocenters that are close to the earthquake recording station with the assumption that the distance between the two hypocenters must be closer than the distance between the hypocenter and the earthquake recording station. This is done so that the raypath of the two hypocenters can be considered close to the same value. From the calculation of the earthquake hypocenter relocation, it was found that the hypocenter after relocation experienced changes in distribution that accumulated in the Mamasa fault segment area. From the residual histogram, it is found that the RMS residual is close to 0, indicating an improvement in data quality as evidenced by the observation travel time and the calculated travel time are almost close to the same value. Official letters are used for formal purposes. However, the process of letter administration in Kelurahan Bumiaji, Kabupaten Sragen is still done conventionally, where people who need a letter have to come to the Kelurahan office and queue, which makes the process ineffective. The letter archiving process carried out by the Kelurahan office is also poorly organized. To overcome this problem, in this study, an information system for letter service administration based on a website was created for the Kelurahan Bumiaji office. The method used to develop the system is the software development life cycle (SDLC), with a waterfall process model. The result of this research is the creation of an information system that can assist the community in obtaining the letters needed and assisting in mail services by the Kelurahan Bumiaji. In addition, this information system also displays information such as announcements from Kelurahan and assets owned by the Kelurahan to the public. The aim of this study is to assess the quality of predictions and provide vital information for future fish production. Fuzzy c-means (FCM) is a technique that can be used to make such predictions using data on water quality, water temperature, and fish production. Analysis using fuzzy c-means means to predict fish production in the next few years. These predictions provide information on the future volume of fish production based on water quality and water temperature data. The K mens method was chosen for grouping because it is simple and the K means method can group according to the same criteria grouped into a data cluster, for different data entered into another cluster. There are 28 data sets which will be grouped into 2 clusters . With the criteria of total goods sold, total transactions, difference in days and final stock. The data was taken from January 2022 to August 2022. After clustering, it was found that C1 had 12 products that were selling well, and for C2 there were 16 products that were not selling well. Therefore, UMKM can carry out sales promotion strategies that are fast and precise so that products that are not selling well can increase sales volume.
