Most warehouses arrange routes for circulation along the shelves, transportation vehicles will move on this road to perform the task of exporting or importing goods. Routes will be arranged to move in one direction because vehicles do not have enough space to turn around in cramped warehouses. This causes many difficulties in planning the trajectory for transportation vehicles, especially self-propelled vehicles. In order to have an appropriate transportation plan, it is necessary to solve many problems, including: reasonable transport equipment, sufficient number of devices, optimal route layout, algorithm of operation center for Positioning and Navigation of transportation equipment,... This study proposes a method for transportation using an omnidirectional automated guided vehicle (AGV). The AGV's omnidirectional mobility is supported by the mecanum wheels. This study consists of two parts, the first part focuses on kinematic modeling for mecanum wheels and extends to robot’s platform using four mecanum wheels. Part two proposes a diagram to calculate the errors of the robot compared to a reference tracking line, design a control law based on the Lyapunov stability criterion. In which, the effect of the supercharger on the output power of the engine was considered. 1NZ-FE gasoline injection engine with the supercharger was used for the experiment. In experimental operation, the engine speed got the value in the range of 1000 – 4500 (rpm), and the supercharger’s motor speed was 1000, 1500 and 2000 (rpm). The parameter of output power corresponding to operating modes of the engine was collected to analyze and evaluate the effect of the supercharger. The experimental results showed that when the engine operated with the support of the supercharger, the output power was significantly improved as compared to the engine without supercharger. The increase in the supercharger’s motor speed would increase the output power of the engine. At low engine speed of 1000 (rpm) the output power increased slightly by 5.1; 7.8 and 10.3% corresponding to supercharger’s motor speed of 1000, 1500 and 2000 (rpm). The highest increase of the output power occurs at the engine speed of 3000 (rpm). It helps the vehicle have better acceleration as well as improves the fuel economy. Fuel consumption in a car is directly linked to transmission efficiency, primarily influenced by the vehicle's drivetrain system. Factors affecting the transmission efficiency of transmission including belt structure, hydraulic pressure, and control technique are factors that need to be studied and improved. This study was carried out to calculate and design the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical control systems of a CVT test bench. With the initially designed test bench simulated, it is possible to evaluate the characteristic quantities controlling the transmission ratio of the gearbox such as the pressure acting on the pulleys, the force acting on the belt, the torque at axes corresponding to different load modes vary from 2kW to 6 kW. The results of this study will be the basis for manufacturing an experimental system for in-depth studies and evaluation of the CVT such as belt slip, as well as the factors affecting transmission efficiency of CVT.","PeriodicalId":496503,"journal":{"name":"Tạp chí Giáo dục Kỹ thuật","volume":"38 6","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136160659","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This methodology makes use of an upper-bound limit approach and a rigid-perfectly plastic material model. Lagrange extraction is used to link a C0 nodal basis to a smooth B-spline basis. This enables the use of straightforward methods for isogeometric analysis in conventional finite element systems. A SOCP problem is created from the limit analysis problem, which may then be solved using Mosek optimization software. The numerical results indicate the correctness and effectiveness of the current technique by contrasting it with other approaches mentioned in the literature.","PeriodicalId":496503,"journal":{"name":"Tạp chí Giáo dục Kỹ thuật","volume":"3 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136233739","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, this self-induced electromotive force (emf) can lead to certain negative effects such as switch breakdown, inductive noise, and secondary voltage drop. This article introduces a novel hybrid ignition system designed for a 4-cylinder engine. This innovative system is a combination of capacitive discharge ignition system (CDI) and induction discharge ignition (IDI) system. The excess electromagnetic force energy (emf) generated during the induction ignition stage will be used in the capacitive ignition. Thereby contributing to limiting the negative effects as mentioned. Forming and solving the mathematical model for the hybrid ignition system mentioned above enables us to analyze the transient responses of the primary current (i1) and primary voltage (V1). These instantaneous responses are crucial in understanding the behavior of the composite ignition circuit and calculating key parameters such as ignition energy during the inductive and capacitive ignition stages, as well as the magnitude of the maximum secondary voltage (V2m). Furthermore, the article also presents experimental results from the hybrid ignition system to complement the theoretical analysis.","PeriodicalId":496503,"journal":{"name":"Tạp chí Giáo dục Kỹ thuật","volume":"135 9","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136160031","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Collection efficiency and pressure drop are two of the most important factors. Small-size cyclone separator has outperformed collection efficiency. However, due to its small size, it’s hard to detailed flow investigation experimentally. So, the target of this work is to perform a numerical investigation of the flow characteristics as well as the collection efficiency and pressure drop of small cyclone separators, using Ansys Fluent software. Discrete Phase Model is included to simulate the particle-flow interaction. Different values of velocity inlet and particle size are considered. Typical flow characteristics of cyclone separators with a strong vortex are revealed. Results also show that the larger particle size or the stronger inlet velocity provides higher collection efficiency. Particularly, for a typical particle diameter of 2.96 micrometers, the collection efficiency of the cyclone separator is always higher than 91% when the inlet velocity surpasses 15 m/s. All these results provide a valuable framework for the operation of cyclone separators.","PeriodicalId":496503,"journal":{"name":"Tạp chí Giáo dục Kỹ thuật","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136160657","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This understanding is expected to solve the waste product problem of stoneware ceramic affected by uneven inside temperature. Thermal distribution was analyzed by thermocouple measuring simultaneously CFD method. Regularly, R - type thermocouples measurements were permanently installed for 8 points around the kiln, front middle and rear top, door, mid - rear wall, side wall, chimney and burner. These measuring results compared to CFD show the trend. The temperature on the top kiln was higher than that bottom. The average temperature on the top kiln was around 1,160°C whereas that on the bottom kiln was around 850°C. The CFD results were error from thermocouple measuring for -2 to 5%. However, CFD results also show thermal distribution behavior at the immeasurable point from thermocouple. The temperature distribution on the bottom kiln was uneven. The temperature nearby the front kiln was slightly lower than that rear kiln because the outlet vent to the chimney is near rear kiln.","PeriodicalId":496503,"journal":{"name":"Tạp chí Giáo dục Kỹ thuật","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135033997","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
