These changes have encompassed a shift from illogical to rational behavior, impulsive to composed decision-making, and passive to active engagement. Investors are becoming more cognizant of the advantages and disadvantages associated with a specific investing selection. Investors from financial service businesses, such as banking and insurance, exhibit distinct perspectives and behaviors when it comes to making investment decisions. The primary aim of this study is to identify and comprehend the influence of various factors on the investment behavior of employees in the Banking and Insurance sector. A well organized questionnaire is employed to gather data from a sample of 300 participants. The adoption of purposive sampling technique is employed. The data is analyzed using Factor Analysis, Correlation, and ANOVA. The study identified the primary characteristics that influence the investment behavior of individual investors as follows: (I) Security and Benefits, (II) Liquidity and Returns, (III) Influence of Peers, Family and Co-investors, and (IV) Risk Tolerance. These aspects exert a substantial influence on the process of making investment decisions. In this regard, the purpose of this work is to examine how employee branding is conceptualised and to present potential areas for further study. This study is literature review that draws a particular research archive on employee branding and employee brand building behaviour published till 2021. Employee brand building behaviour has a significantly positive influence on public sector work place effectiveness to achieve success that serve as source of competitive advantage rather than just being names or symbols. Through employee brand building behaviour organization may be able to reduce turnover of potential employees, customer retention, improved service quality, productive workplace and encourage employees to develop brand integrity for external stakeholders. This mixed-methods research explores global work's ever-changing reality using quantitative data and qualitative insights from Schein's Organizational Culture Model and the Globally Distributed Teams Framework. Qualitative research within MNCs shows major cultural developments, including changes in communication techniques, acceptance of adaptation as normal operating practice, and increased cultural diversity. The quantitative study reveals that remote work improves organizational and employee effectiveness. The study emphasizes the strategic importance of adaptability, different perspectives, and flexibility for multinational companies (MNCs) to prosper in the era of remote labor. The Resource-Based View (RBV) and Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions Theory lead discussions and provide practical guidance for businesses managing a remote, global workforce. As practitioners, legislators, and organizational leaders define remote work's post-pandemic trajectory, the research provides pragmatic insights and theoretical understanding about the future of work. Dhokra craft is the traditional craft of Jharkhand, while cane & bamboo craft is one of the most practiced craft in the state due to its abundant presence. The paper explores the demographic profile and outreach of government schemes for rural women artisans engaged in practicing two major crafts of Jharkhand, namely cane & bamboo and dhokra craft. It also highlights the importance of the above crafts in uplifting livelihoods of rural women artisans. The present study is based on primary data collected via random sampling in two villages of Lohardaga district, namely Kocha and Hirhi. The data was collected using a structured questionnaire from 50 rural women artisans, 37 cane & bamboo artisans and 13 dhokra artisans respectively. Different attributes of the demographic profile of the respondents were considered, like age, income, marital status, experience in the handicraft industry and time dedicated for making handicraft, measured in terms of number of working days in a year. Has a significant importance due to opening up of domestic economy, as a result of globalization. The consumer durables products industry's complicated dealer-retailer connection is examined in this research. The study examines how trust, communication efficacy, long-term commitment, and service quality affect retailer’s loyalty. Interesting insights into these processes are found. While dealer trust and retailer’s loyalty are linked, it is not statistically significant, suggesting additional inquiry. However, the study shows that dealers' communication skills greatly affect retailer’s loyalty. Transparent, open, and timely communication drives strong retailer’s relationships, suggesting that equipping dealers with communication skills might help them last. Dealer devotion is strongly linked to retailer’s loyalty, according to the findings. Long-term engagement methods over short-term transactions are important to build deeper and more enduring relationships with retailers because retailers seek stability and continual assistance. Finally, service quality greatly affects retailer’s loyalty, according to the study. The study will be depended on primary data. The primary data was collected through a sample survey conducted in Andhra Pradesh state market. Stratified random sampling method was used to pick samples. The sample size was 150. The survey was conducted through personal interview based on a structured questionnaire. COVID-19 demanded containment and enforced isolation that tremendously affected personal interaction of teachers and students. In theabsence of traditional classroom teaching and one-to-one interaction, computer-based learning has emerged as closest substitute for off-line teaching. The present study adopted quantitative approach for receiving responses using questionnaire method taking a sample of 230 responses using simple random sampling technique. Undergraduate students were targeted for selecting the samples that were using e-learning sources to complete their courses during lockdown. This research was conducted during May-July 2021. Data were analysed using SPSS software. The findings of the study reveal that online learning has significant effect on student interest during wave-1 (2020) and wave-2 (2021). It was found that there is a significant relation between online learning and student’s interest in both wave-1 and wave-2. Based on the data analysis results, the study stated that student interest on online learning has significant impact in the time of COVID-19 crisis. In fact, online learning has emerged as a new way of improving the learning process. The flow of financial resources in supply chains is most important and has become the focus of study. As a result, the integration of finance and supply chain management has opened new business areas for banks as well as financial and logistics service providers. Supply Chain Finance solution can create a 'win-win' situation for both buyer and supplier. So this research article focuses on the study of supply chain finance (SCF) in SMEs. \u0000Despite the fact that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in India account for over 62 million jobs and approximately 30 percent of the country's GDP, the great majority of them lack access to affordable loans from traditional banks. They are so often left with little choice but to resort to informal lenders, who charge usurious interest rates in order to meet their borrowing demands. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are particularly vulnerable to the negative effects of the credit gap, which include but are not limited to higher costs, lower profits, slower growth, and a lack of resilience in the face of economic volatility (Iyer, 2021). Here, supply chain financing (SCF) could be helpful in bridging the trust gap by equipping lenders with more resources to manage credit risk and broadening the scope of financing to include vast pools of poorly understood MSMEs. SCF provides buyers and sellers with risk mitigation solutions based on technological advancements in order to reduce financing costs and increase company efficiency.
