This requires analyzing which areas to focus on through construction disaster data.
 In this study, we intend to analyze construction accidents using the Risk Assessment theory. According to the Risk Assessment theory, Hazard was classified into the frequency and intensity of accident rates. The research problem is, First, how unstable state and unstable behavior at construction sites will effect the factors that cause frequent accidents (the frequency of accident rates). Second, unstable state and unstable behavior at construction sites will affect the type of disaster (intensity of accident rate) in which disaster occur strongly.
 A survey was conducted between June and July 2023 on 189 managers and workers working at domestic construction sites to find out the effect of unsafe state and unsafe behavior on frequency and intensity at construction sites. The questionnaire consisted of 4 general characteristics, 7 independent variables (unstable state, unstable behavior), and 7 dependent variables (frequency, intensity). The analysis method was found to be good as a result of the validity and reliability analysis of the survey item, and frequency analysis and correlation analysis were conducted using the Jamovi program, and hypothesis verification was conducted through regression analysis.
 As a result of the study, the hypothesis on the unstable state of the construction site was rejected by the significant probability p value, and all hypothesis on the unstable behavior were adopted. The research conclusions are as follows. First, controlling for anxiety behavior by major construction sites reduces the frequency of accidents rates. Second, controlling for anxiety behavior by major disaster type at construction sites reduces the intensity of accidents rate. Third, controlling unstable behavior at construction sites reduces the frequency and intensity of accident rates. This means that continued research into unstable behavior at construction sites is needed.","PeriodicalId":495073,"journal":{"name":"안전문화연구","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135082132","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, this study tried to verify the extent to which Internet use affects learning attitude through the medium of self-control. Through this analysis and verification, it provides basic data to devise a plan to lead middle and high school students normally and correctly in their home and society surrounding them, centering on their school life, and to improve their use of the Internet at school, where they have to spend a long time. Its purpose is to create a research culture to develop programs that can be used safely.
 Method: This study was conducted on 316 students attending middle and high schools nationwide in February 2023. Among them, 1st year middle school students were excluded, and 2nd year middle school to 3rd year high school students were set. Respondents were 158 males and females, and the percentage of high school students was 40% (126) of middle school students and 60% (190) of high school students. They were surveyed using internet addiction test, self-control test, and learning attitude test questionnaire, and analyzed with a structural equation model based on the results obtained through a professional consulting agency.
 Results: All correlations between subvariables of latent variables, which are the main variables set in this study, were found to be significant. However, the finding that Internet use was not directly significant in learning attitude has its own reasons and significance. This is partly because there were more students in the upper middle than in the lower when the academic level of the students in the survey was divided into upper, middle and lower, and it was confirmed that the learning attitude itself did not change in a short period of time or was an acceptable part. On the other hand, when self-control was mediated, Internet use had a significant effect on learning attitude.
 Conclusion: In this study, middle and high school students' Internet use did not directly affect their learning attitude, but it was confirmed that when their self-control increased, it had a positive effect on their learning attitude. This is because middle and high school students' Internet use may not directly affect their learning attitude, but it can have a significant effect when other variables, such as self-control, are mediated. Administrative authorities' countermeasures, the development of educational programs acceptable to schools, and the creation of a curriculum and feasible conditions for improving self-control will be needed.","PeriodicalId":495073,"journal":{"name":"안전문화연구","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135082142","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to survive in this logistics environment, logistics companies and others are pursuing profits on a large scale and short construction periods as business survival strategies, so the exposure of risks to logistics warehouse construction is very serious. Among them, more than 1,000 fire accidents with very serious disaster intensity have continued to occur over the past 10 years since 2010, and fire accidents have caused dozens of lives and property damage of tens of billions of won every year. The purpose of this study is to reveal the problems of the fire prevention system of the frozen warehouse construction work through case analysis and related laws and literature that occurred in the construction of the frozen warehouse among the logistics warehouses and to suggest ways to improve them.
 The research method was to investigate and analyze fire status, accident cases (centered on accidents at frozen warehouses in Icheon, Gyeonggi-do in 2008), theoretical consideration such as 4M techniques, and suggest ways to improve the fire prevention system.
 Fire prevention mechanisms of 4M refrigeration warehouse construction were investigated. Fire control by unqualified firemen, fire monitors, and lack of management by supervisors existed mechanically. The construction method of fire prevention was improved S.H.P(Safety Hold Point) operation, replacement of frozen warehouse insulation with semi-non-combustible urethane foam, introducing a mandatory fire prevention education system, strengthening emergency simulation training, and finally operating a one-out system for those who do not fulfill fire prevention guidelines.
 While conducting this study, it was an opportunity to examine the seriousness of fire accidents in frozen warehouse construction work, and I hope that the measures proposed through this study will help prevent fire in frozen warehouse construction work.","PeriodicalId":495073,"journal":{"name":"안전문화연구","volume":"68 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135082141","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although various policies regarding the disabled are being implemented in Korea, demands for guaranteeing the right to movement and ensuring safety for the disabled are constantly being raised. In addition, safety accidents for the visually impaired occur frequently, so it is necessary to come up with improvement measures so that the visually impaired can move more conveniently and prevent safety accidents.
 The study analyzed the suitability of installation of facilities for the disabled through a survey of laws and literature related to the standards of installation and operation of convenience facilities for the visually impaired in railway facilities. In addition, implications were derived through prior research. Furthermore, we directly investigated the installation of convenience facilities for the disabled at the connection points between conventional railways and urban railways from the perspective of the visually impaired. In addition, by reflecting on the interviews with those involved, problems and areas for improvement in the operation of convenience facilities for the disabled were identified.
 As a result of the study, it was analyzed that most facilities for the disabled were installed appropriately by relevant laws and design guidelines. However, it was found that convenience facilities for the visually impaired require some improvement. First, Braille blocks were not installed or broken at transfer points between conventional and urban railways. Second, Braille guide maps to guide visually impaired people were installed far away from the movement route. Third it was determined that there was no legal standard for installing a device that prevents visually impaired people from entering the escalator in the opposite direction, which could pose a threat to the safety of the visually impaired. Lastly, it was analyzed that it was difficult for visually impaired people to find a train to board and that they had great difficulty finding their designated seat after boarding.
 To improve these problems, it was analyzed that disconnected sections of Braille blocks should be resolved, Braille guidance maps should be placed in appropriate spaces along the movement route, installation of voice guidance devices should be increased, and these facilities should be carefully maintained. Furthermore, it is necessary to enact related laws to legally mandate the installation of warning sounds to prevent reverse escalator entry and to install new beacons or NFC (Near Field Communication) facilities so that visually impaired people can easily find their trains and designated seats when using trains.","PeriodicalId":495073,"journal":{"name":"안전문화연구","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135082126","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

 As a result of detailed analysis on the local safety level index of Seoul, the field of firefighting which was rated 4 turned out to be relatively vulnerable as the index exceeded or fell short of national average value for more than 1 year in the number of participants who attended Sososim(fire extinguisher, fire hydrant, CPR) such as the number of service providers related to warehouse and transportation, ratio of firefighting policy budget per 10,000 of population as compared with the base year.
 And the field of crime prevention was rated 3 in the local safety level index but as for 8 sub-indicators for the year 2022, index such as the number of 5 major crimes occurrence rate per 10,000 of population, the number of bars per 10,000 of population, stress detection rate, the number of police stations per 10,000 of population, the number of crime-prevention CCTV per 10,000 of population, the number of safety house per 10,000 of population and the number of voluntary crime prevention group members per 10,000 of population exceeded or fell short of national average value, so everyone’s effort for improvement is considered necessary.
 Therefore, political plans for improvement of local safety level index in the field of firefighting and crime prevention of Seoul Metropolitan City out of local safety level index are First, improvement of relevant laws and institutions is considered necessary. A detailed plan for the foregoing includes establishment of a tentative name「Ordinance on Supporting Management and Improvement of Local Safety Level Index 」, creation and expansion of safety control tower and organization through reorganization of safety organization of Seoul.

Furthermore, with increasing awareness and concern among workers, the government has been conducting harmful factor and causal investigations related to musculoskeletal disorders caused by burdensome work tasks through the amendment of Article 39 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act since 2003.
 To ensure the proactive prevention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders and minimize work-related losses for workers' safety, there is a continuous need for systematic and comprehensive research. To address this, the present study conducted a trend analysis to explore new perspectives for preventing industrial accidents.
 The literature collection comprised a total of 653 domestic theses and academic papers from 2003 to 2022 that included the keyword 'musculoskeletal disorder,' gathered through search engines such as the Korean Citation Index (KCI) and the Research Information Sharing Service (RISS). The data were categorized into two periods: the first period from 2003 to 2012 and the second period from 2013 to 2022. Text mining was employed to analyze the frequency (TF) and network connections, which were subsequently visualized.
 The results revealed that the top keywords in work-related musculoskeletal disorder research throughout the entire period (2003 to 2022) were 'work,' 'musculoskeletal disorder,' and 'symptoms,' consistently recognized as essential research topics in both the first and second periods. In the first period, the most frequently discussed factors influencing workers' musculoskeletal disorders included 'posture,' 'physical condition,' 'environment,' 'job stress,' 'time,' 'age,' and the term 'survey' was prominent among the top keywords. In the second period, keywords like 'comparison,' 'development,' 'measurement,' 'method,' and 'investigation' emerged.
 N-Gram analysis indicated that the simultaneous occurrence of the 'musculoskeletal disorder-symptoms' keyword was the most frequent throughout the entire period, followed by high frequencies of 'musculoskeletal disorder,' 'pain,' 'awareness,' and 'burden.' In the first period, body part-related keywords like 'hand-wrist,' 'shoulder-back,' 'wrist-finger,' and 'back-leg' were prominent.
