In addition, this study was conducted to confirm the age-specific difference in conversion intention. As for the hypotheses of this study, first, risk factors will have a negative (-) effect on attitude. Second, attitude will have a positive (+) effect on conversion intention. Third, it was set that there would be a difference in conversion intention according to age.
In order to verify the hypothesis, prior studies classified the risk factors into four categories: COVID-19-related risk, psychological risk, financial risk, and functional performance risk, and attitude and conversion intention were configured as a single variable. To test the hypothesis, a questionnaire was distributed to travelers planning air travel, and 223 data were used for empirical analysis, excluding questionnaires with errors. Frequency analysis, reliability and exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) were conducted.
As a result of the empirical analysis, hypothesis 1 that risk factors have a negative (-) effect on attitudes was all accepted. Among the risk perception factors perceived by air travelers, the risk of COVID-19 was found to be the highest, and the risk factors related to COVID-19, psychological risk factors, financial risk factors, and functional performance risk factors all showed a negative (-) attitude to attitude. proven to have an effect. Both Hypothesis 2, which states that attitude has a positive (+) effect on conversion intention, and Hypothesis 3, which states that there will be differences in conversion intention according to age, were both accepted.
Through the results of this study, it was possible to confirm the risk factors of air travelers in the COVID-19 endemic situation, and to confirm the relationship between the influence of each risk factor on attitude and the influence of attitude on conversion intention. In addition, it was verified that there is a difference in conversion intention according to age. In this study, risk perception factors were analyzed based on previous studies, so there are limitations in generalizing risk factors recognized during air travel in the COVID-19 endemic situation. However, the results of this study are meaningful in presenting practical data and academic and practical implications for the recovery of the air travel industry after the COVID-19 endemic.","PeriodicalId":495073,"journal":{"name":"안전문화연구","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135081993","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to reduce these elderly workers' disasters, we would like to study how human errors of elderly workers at construction sites are related to the individual health of workers. In particular, we would like to contribute to reducing disasters for elderly workers at construction sites by studying the relationship between chronic diseases that more than 40% of the Korean population experiences and about 80% of senior citizens aged 65 or older suffer from one or more.
This study aims to empirically study the effect of chronic diseases on human error at construction sites and the causal relationship between lifestyle-mediated effects of elderly workers in the construction industry. To statistically verify this, 286 workers were surveyed at 12 construction sites across the country. Among the collected data, 260 copies, excluding 26 unfaithful answers, were regression analyzed using version 2.3.28 of the self-hair ratio using R language.
The results of this study are summarized as follows.
First, it was confirmed that the first factor of lifestyle, ma1 (the number of drinking), ma2 (the amount of drinking), and ma7 (smoking), have no direct mediating effect when the independent variable, chronic disease, affects the dependent variable, human error. Second, it was confirmed that ma3 (sleep disorder) and ma4 (stress), two factors of lifestyle, have a direct mediating effect when chronic diseases, which are independent variables, affect human errors, which are dependent variables.
It has been verified that chronic diseases of elderly workers have a significant impact on human errors at construction sites, and in particular, sleep disorders and stress of elderly workers have been confirmed to have a positive effect on human errors. Thus, in addition to various measures in the workplace to reduce human errors so far, it is necessary to consider ways to contribute to reducing human errors in construction sites by paying attention to workers' health care measures such as improving the quality of sleep for elderly workers and stress reduction measures.","PeriodicalId":495073,"journal":{"name":"안전문화연구","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135082128","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In other words, it is to investigate various near-miss accidents that occur in industrial sites based on key factors and use them as learning materials to reduce the damage of accidents with the strengthened individual capabilities of workers. In addition, a simulation experiment was conducted to increase the realism of the change in risk (R) according to time (t). The proceeding method is first expressed as a curve of risk (R) and time (t) according to literature review, and second, the stages of prediction → monitoring → response discussed in literature review are distinguished from the corresponding curve. Third, the time required for each step is reviewed through simulation, and fourth, a function with a curve similar to the corresponding curve is derived. Fifth, analyze the R-t characteristic curve through the function and review the key elements. Here, the meaning of the simulation experiment is to distinguish the stages of thinking from the theoretically obtained curve to the stages of prediction→monitoring→response, and to emphasize the importance of the time required for each stage. The result obtained through the risk function (R(t)) is, First, it is a method of preventive activities that reduce the size of the risk itself. Currently, in Korea, efforts are being strengthened to prevent accidents through risk assessment. Second, it is a method of responding to an accident by reducing the time required (Δt1) to reach the maximum risk. This is a key element to be found in this study based on the resilience theory, and the effectiveness of education can be enhanced by specifying the time required (Δt1) for the accident process. The conclusion of this study is that it is as important to strengthen the individual's ability to increase the size of b, that is, to improve judgment immediately after an accident, as much as to prevent accidents by reducing the size of a through function , ( 0 < t ≤ c ). Therefore, the way to strengthen individual capacity to reduce the damage caused by an accident is to add information on the time required (Δt1) in the near-miss investigation and use it as an educational material. This provides realistic help for recognition and judgment of individual thinking.","PeriodicalId":495073,"journal":{"name":"안전문화연구","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135081827","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An attempt was made to provide baseline data with adjusted target measures to reduce adult life cycle presenteeism. As a second analysis study using the 2019 data of the Korea Medical Panel (β-version 2.0.1), 3,539 subjects who responded to the presence or absence of presenteeism were selected. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and multiple logistic regression analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that 34.1% of young adults, 29.7% of middle-aged adults, and 17.4% of old adults subjects experienced presenteeism according to the adult life cyccle. Gender, subjective health status, suicidal ideation, and quality of life were commonly found to be influencing factors in young adults, middle-aged adults, and old adults by adult life cycle. Compared to other adult life cycles, young adults' employment type, weight control efforts, regular exercise practice, stress perception, and depression were found to be factors influencing presenteeism. In middle-aged adults, age, employment type, body mass index, stress perception, anxiety and depression were found to be factors affecting presenteeism. Old adults were found to be factors influencing presenteeism by the presence or absence of a spouse and regular exercise practice. Therefore, we propose a customized awareness-enhancing program to improve physical and mental health status ane quality of life suitable for the subject, considering women who affect presenteeism by life cycle, poor subjective health atatus, suicidal thoughts, and below average. The data collection period is from March 10, 2022 to March 30, 2022, and was conducted through a self-administered questionnaire. The research model was designed on the basis of PROCESS Macro Model 4 proposed by Hayes (2013). The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 24.0, PROCESS Macro ver. 3.5 program. The mean score for major satisfaction, college adjustment and social support perceived by nursing students were 3.98, 3.45, and 4.00 points out of 5, respectively. Major satisfaction, college adjustment and social support had strong correlations with each other (p<.001). The difference in adaptation to college life is when the major is chosen by oneself (t=3.41, p=.001), when the motive for selecting a major matches one's aptitude (F=5.73, p=.004), and when satisfaction with college life (F=14.01, p<.001) was significantly high. To confirm the effects on social support, the covariate was adjusted for major selector, aptitude in major selection motive, and college life satisfaction. Major satisfaction had a direct effect on college adjustment (β = .574) and social support (β = .625). Social support had a direct effect on college adjustment (β = .241). There was a mediation effect of social support between major satisfaction and college adjustment (β = .619). Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that nursing students' major satisfaction affects their adaptation to college life using social support as a mediating variable. Therefore, by identifying the sub-factors of social support that can increase the satisfaction of nursing students who will become future nurses, we propose the development of specific emotional, evaluative, informational, and physical intervention programs in nursing education and research to verify their effectiveness.","PeriodicalId":495073,"journal":{"name":"안전문화연구","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135081992","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the major causes of this trend is that it relies on passive management systems that do not reflect the development of technology. In recognition of the potential of smart construction technology, this study has begun to integrate these innovations into existing safety management protocols. However, the initial review has found that the development and introduction of smart construction technologies in Korea are behind, and there are several areas where improvement and refinement are needed. In response to these challenges, we developed smart construction safety platform technology. This platform technology is designed to thoroughly analyze domestic and overseas smart safety technologies. One of the major features of this technology is the ability to monitor field activities in real-time to secure administrators and other personnel safety. Using smart IoT devices using drones and AI-based monitoring analytics systems, active measures can be provided. In addition to preventing construction workers from entering dangerous areas, they can quickly detect and respond to urgent situations. At the heart of this effort is to design efficient data flow mechanisms. Work has been done to ensure seamless communication and data exchange by integrating drones, central control systems, and platform technology itself. We tested the practicality and effectiveness of platforms at the construction site of Gwangmyeong-shiheung, and as a result, smart construction safety platform technology using drone proved robustness and reliability in the real environment. We will concentrate on further refinement of platform technology through this study. By collecting feedback from the actual construction site and integrating it into the system, it is estimated that smart safety construction platform technology using drones will stay at the forefront of the industry standard and can protect many lives from the construction site.","PeriodicalId":495073,"journal":{"name":"안전문화연구","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135081826","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to lay the groundwork, the current study also introduces the evidence-based principles and policies regarding juvenile delinquency. Traditionally, the efforts to reduce recidivism among juvenile probationers and parolees have suffered from two limitations. The first one concerns the fact that those policies have not been premised on evidence based principles and programs. Therefore the extant polices have been experimenting with new ideas or have been accepting the policies that have been proven ineffective in other countries. The second limitation is related to the fact that most of those efforts have largely focused on the roles of probation officers or Ministry of Justice. As a result, a serious discussion has gone missing on the basic issue such as what kinds of community resources should be reserved for whom in the community and how? Against this backdrop, the current study provides reviews of the extant literature of what works on juvenile delinquents. In doing so, much attention is given to the theory of Risk, Needs, Responsivity Principles (RNR principles). As a main argument advanced for the current paper, the roles of community will be offered in order to reduce recidivism of juvenile probationer and parolees. More specifically, the attention will largely focus on the issues such as the roles of probation officers, voluntary probation officers, school systems, community mental health agencies, and community shelters along with local governments. In Korea, the number of foreigners coming for purposes such as studying abroad, employment, and business investment is increasing. Among them, individuals with Chinese nationality account for the highest proportion of all foreigners residing in Korea. Foreigners living in Korea, including those of Chinese origin, are adapting to a new environment, undergoing life and social changes such as adjustments to living conditions, food, human relationships, and language. Most importantly, Chinese individuals in Korea are more susceptible to becoming victims of crime due to characteristics unfamiliar to Korean society, such as difficulties in reporting damages and weak self-defense capabilities. These factors lower their quality of life and give rise to various problems. Hence, this study aims to assist Chinese individuals in Korea in improving their safety and quality of life. It seeks to achieve this by identifying the impact of crime safety awareness on their quality of life, and by establishing a theoretical basis for interventions and support for the Chinese community in Korea. Regarding the research methodology, a survey was conducted from April 26 to May 18, 2023, with all 101 responses used for analysis. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed as analytical methods. The research analysis revealed several key findings. First and foremost, the demographic characteristics influencing the quality of life of Chinese individuals in Korea are marital status and educational background. Marital status is particularly significant when individuals are married, and the final education level being graduate school graduation or higher is also influential. Furthermore, based on the results of hierarchical regression analysis, the demographic factors affecting quality of life are marriage and middle school graduation. Crime safety awareness, which has an impact on quality of life, is correlated with an awareness of crime and engagement in crime prevention activities. Awareness of crime has a positive effect (+), indicating that an increase in awareness leads to an improvement in quality of life. Conversely, involvement in crime prevention activities has a negative effect (-), indicating that quality of life decreases with an increase in crime prevention activities. Drawing from these research results, the study concludes and suggests the need for community-level crime-fighting and prevention programs to improve the quality of life for Chinese individuals in Korea. Additionally, the study recommends the development and support of various psychological, counseling, and educational programs to alleviate the fear of crime victimization and enhance the overall well-being of the Chinese community in Korea. Through this, we would like to present basic data to promote the direction and activation of research related to mental health welfare. The analysis data were A total of 866 academic papers on mental health welfare published in domestic academic journals for seven years from 2016 to 2022, when discussions on the revision of the Mental Health Welfare Act began in earnest, were converted of titles, keywords, abstracts from these papers into text. The analysis period was divided into two sections based on the COVID-19 pandemic period, when major issues related to mental health welfare were greatly changed, and the meaning was identified in the pattern and overall data of the paper. In particular, from the beginning of the discussion on the full revision of the Mental Health Welfare Act, it was compared and analyzed by dividing it into two sections based on the COVID-19 pandemic period.
