Effective human resource management involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling resources. Quality education relies on teachers' classroom management and understanding of student needs. Guidance and counseling are essential, requiring coordination with school programs. The COVID-19 pandemic shifted learning online, highlighting inadequacies in managing counseling services and exacerbating learning loss, especially for students lacking internet access. Addressing learning loss demands comprehensive strategies, including counselor training, technological improvements, and proactive student and parent involvement. This research aims to design an effective counseling program at SMA Negeri 15 Maluku Tengah to address learning loss. In this qualitative research, data analysis involves collecting, simplifying, and presenting relevant information from observations, interviews, and documentation to draw conclusions, ensuring an interactive process aiding in addressing research questions and identified issues. Effective counseling and guidance at SMA Negeri 15 Maluku Tengah require comprehensive planning, involving students and parents to meet students' needs. The purpose of this study is to understand how the organizational management of the Arabic language matriculation program at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo's Arabic Language Education Study Program. This research applies qualitative method. The data collection process was conducted through interview techniques and documentation recording. After the data is collected, data analysis is carried out with stages: 1) reducing data, 2) presenting data, and 3) drawing conclusions or verifying, from this study it can be concluded that the Arabic matriculation program has succeeded in equalizing the basic Arabic language skills for new students by measuring initial abilities, selecting appropriate teaching materials, class division, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this research are delegation of authority in this program is listed in the decision letter issued by the study program, complete with the duties and authority of each individual. Decision-making is based on deliberation between the study program and the management of the student association. Span of control is maintained through regular meetings, reporting, and effective communication between all relevant parties. Quantitative research methods use hypothesis testing with Kendall's Tau analysis and determination correlation analysis to measure the strength and significance of the relationship. The results of the hypothesis test show that the implementation of school rules has a strong and significant correlation with the level of student discipline at SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta. Kendall's Tau analysis score of 0.000, smaller than the significance level of 0.01, confirms that the relationship between school rule implementation and student discipline is significant. A closeness of 0.568 indicates that the relationship is not only significant, but also strong and positive. Regression analysis showed a correlation value (R) of 0.805, indicating a positive relationship between the implementation of school rules and student discipline. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.648 indicates that 64.8% of the variation in student discipline can be explained by the implementation of school rules. Thus, it can be concluded that the better the implementation of school rules, the higher the level of student discipline at SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta. The school needs to continue to pay attention and improve the quality of the implementation of school rules to maintain and improve the level of student discipline. Children with special needs have abnormalities or differences in physical, mental, and social compared to normal children. The type of research used is literature or literature studies, where researchers rely on various literature sources to obtain research data and use a qualitative approach because the data produced is in the form of words or descriptions. Strategies that can be used to recognize the character of children with special needs include opening a more open mind, adapting to children, increasing emotional closeness with children, teaching children to develop skills, learning children's habits and needs, and involving children in available therapies. UIN Ar-Raniry took part in this role, so it is also important to track the urgency and distinction of Islamic educational psychology at UIN Ar-Raniry. The purpose of writing this study article is to critically describe developments and strengthen the treasures of Islamic educational psychology in the world of Islamic education. The method in this study is library research with thematic analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that UIN Ar-Raniry has made a real contribution to the development of Islamic educational psychology, by making psychological studies Islamic education a compulsory subject that must be taken by students of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Doctoral Program at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. This has been carried out with a special urgency and distinction study. The distinction indicators of this subject correspond to the achievement of targeted learning graduates from the realm of attitudes, knowledge, general skills, and specific skills with 16 specific sub-studies given in this subject.
