On the other hand, poverty in West Java also shows an increasing trend from year to year so that dynamic changes occur in various regions. From this situation, it is necessary to know the factors that affect poverty spatially using panel data. One way is to model the poverty problem with the Geographically Weighted Panel Regression (GWPR) model. The GWPR model is the development of a regression model that combines Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) with panel data regression assuming a Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The data used in this study are secondary data in the 2019-2021 range from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Open Data Jabar which consists of the dependent variable (Y), namely the percentage of poor people and the independent variable (X), namely the factors that influence the percentage of poverty. The purpose of this study is to produce a GWPR model using the Weighted Least Square (WLS) method with the Tricube adaptive kernel weighting function. The study uses a quantitative research design which is implemented in four steps, i.e., data description and ln transformation, quality data test, regression analysis, and hypothetical test. The research sample is in the form of time-series data for the period of January 2021-December 2022, consisting of sales, operating expense, and net profit variables collected from the financial reports of Dafin Cell Store in West Lombok Regency. Our statistics analysis confirms that the sales variable significantly affects the net profits as the value 0,005 of t test is smaller than the significance level 0,05. In contrast, the operational expenses do not affect the net profits as the value 0,836 of t test is larger than 0,05. Simultaneously, both sales and operating variables affect the net profits of Dafin Cell Store since the value of 0,004 of F test is larger than 0,05. Through regression analysis we obtain the mathematical model

GWRR is used to overcome spatial data containing local multicollinearity by modifying the ridge regression and GWR. The purpose of this study was to construct the GWRR model and analyze the effectiveness of the GWRR model in overcoming multicollinearity problems in spatial data. The research data used consists of response variables, namely the value of the open unemployment rate $(Y)$ in districts/cities of West Kalimantan Province in 2021 and the explanatory variables used are district/city minimum wage $(X_1)$, population $(X_2)$, percentage of poor population $(X_3)$, labor force $(X_4)$, and average years of schooling $(X_5)$. The analysis process was first carried out by using multiple linear regression modeling and GWR modeling. After that, centering and scaling transformations were carried out on the data, followed by GWRR modeling to overcome the problem of multicollinearity in spatial data. After all the models were obtained, a model comparison was made in terms of the MSE value. Based on the results of the study, 14 GWRR models were obtained by dividing into three regional groups based on the factors that affect the open unemployment rate for each district/city in West Kalimantan Province. In the comparison of the models used, when viewed from the MSE value, the GWRR model has the highest MSE value compared to the linear regression model and the GWR model. The purpose of this study was to determine the Generalized Poisson Regression (GPR) model in stunting cases in East Nusa Tenggara Province and the factors that influence the incidence these events in 2022. The Generalized Poisson Regression method has been implemented to analyse the problem of overdispersion in the data. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of East Nusa Tenggara Province is used. The data consits of the number of stunting cases in toddlers (Y), Percentage of Low Weight Infants (BBLR) (X1), Percentage of Toddlers Immunized with Complete Basis (X2), Percentage of Infants Exclusively Breastfed (X3), Number of Undernourished Toddlers (X4), Percentage of Poor People (X5) and Percentage of Access to Proper Sanitation (X6). Results showed that the Generalized Poisson Regression model is µ = exp(5.044 + 0.0005604X4 − 0.01173X6) with two predictor variables that significantly affectstunting cases, namely the number of under-five malnourished children (X4) and the percentage ofaccess to proper sanitation (X6).

Pemilihan metode pembelajaran perlu dilakukan dengan tepat agar pembelajaran dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam melakukan pemilihan metode pembelajaran yang tepat adalah Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan AHP dalam melakukan keputusan dalam pemilihan metode pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Riset Operasi. Kriteria yang digunakan terdiri dari efektivitas (K1), kemampuan dosen (K2), peminatan (K3) dan nilai tes (K4). Sedangkan alternatif yang digunakan merupakan metode pembelajaran yang dilakukan yaitu: Problem Based Learning (a1), drill dan latihan (a2) serta Blended Learning (a3). Berdasarkan bobot prioritas masing-masing alternatif diperoleh bahwa metode pembelajaran Problem Based Learning memiliki keunggulan pada kriteria efektifitas, Drill dan Latihan memiliki keunggulan pada hasil nilai tes mahasiswa serta Blended Learning memiliki keunggulan pada kemampuan dosen.
