{"title":"稀土离子激活的稀土氧化物和稀土硫氧化物的蓝、绿、红上转换发光与光谱特性","authors":"罗昔贤, 曹望和","doi":"10.1360/ZB2007-37-2-148","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1360/ZB2007-37-2-148","url":null,"abstract":"采用冷等静压预处理工艺合成了微细稀土硫氧化物上转换发光材料, 用该法合成的硫氧化物颗粒具有球形形貌、粒径分布均匀与发光亮度高的特点. 对Y 2 O 2 S:Yb,Tm(蓝色)、Y 2 O 2 S:Yb,Er(绿色)和Y 2 O 3 :Yb,Er(红色)三基色上转换发光材料的光谱特性进行了详细研究. 研究出了一种操作简便、亮度准确的测量上转换发光绝对亮度的新方法. 研究结果表明: 将Y 2 O 2 S:Yb,Tm, Y 2 O 2 S:Yb,Er, Y 2 O 3 :Yb,Er按适当比例混合, 可实现全色发光; Y 2 O 2 S和Y 2 O 3 基质中的Er 3+ 离子具有不同的上转换发光机理; Y 2 O 2 S:Yb,Er的绿色绝对发光亮度是Y 2 O 3 :Yb,Er的6.5倍; Y 2 O 2 S:Yb,Er发光粉在5.56 W/cm 2 功率密度(980 nm LD)激发下, 其发光亮度高达1100 cd·m -2 . 上述数据表明, 稀土硫氧化物是一种高效的上转换发光基质材料.","PeriodicalId":49128,"journal":{"name":"Science in China. TPD和TPR等的表征结果说明样品在 x = 0.6时具有比较匹配的氧化、还原能力, 从而使O 2 的脱附和NO的吸附变的相对容易, 提高了催化活性. 研究结果说明在 T 2 的脱附比较困难, 是NO分解反应的速控步骤; 随着反应温度的增加( T >700℃), O 2 的脱附变的容易, NO的活化吸附(NO + V o + Ni 2+ →NO − -Ni 3+ )成为反应的速控步骤. 氧空位的存在是NO分解的前提条件, 但氧空位的量与反应活性并不是呈正比关系.","PeriodicalId":49128,"journal":{"name":"Science in China.
