In RW I Wonorejo, there are problems with the large amount of garbage scattered around the settlements due to the unavailability of waste collection and processing facilities, many sick children who have to go to the hospital due to the lack of cleanliness in environmental conditions, therefore it is necessary to empower posyandu cadres in managing community-based waste. The objectives of this community partnership program (PKM) are: 1) improving the skills, knowledge and attitudes of partners in treating waste, 2) motivating partners to always be creative and innovative in managing waste through the 3 R's (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), 3) encouraging partners improving and maintaining waste management in the environment so that a healthy, comfortable, peaceful and prosperous atmosphere is obtained and 4) for universities as a form of implementing MBKM based on the second and third Main Performance Indicators (IKU), namely students and lecturers active outside campus. The methods to be used in achieving the above objectives are outreach to community leaders and partners, imparting knowledge and skills through lectures, field practice, discussions, and assistance in making useful items from waste and planting fruits and vegetables in pots.  Basically, the cloth is indispensable in the interior design sector, especially in the manufacture of interior accessories products made from textiles or upholstery. The problem of fabric waste that is abundant and difficult to decompose should be a solution for interior design products. Interior Design can utilize patchwork waste into products that have beauty, function, and economic value. Therefore, this community service activity at the Gulon Asri Waste Bank focuses on processing patchwork into interior accessory products, such as blankets, carpets, pillows, and others. Then the product is packaged and marketed online.

The aim of this activity is to develop the bookkeeping of the two MSMEs, so that they can start making general journals, compiling ledgers, including balance sheets, income statements and notes to financial reports in accordance with the provisions in SAK EMKM. The service method is carried out through simple counseling to business owners or managers and several financial employees. Darsono Village has several potentials, such as empty land, beautiful village atmosphere and various facilities in the village.  Therefore, we carry out a service program that focuses on improving the quality of formal education through the program \"Edu Nature Park: Creative Education Vehicle as a Means of Improving the Life Skills of Elementary School Students with Natural Nuances in Darsono Village, Jember Regency\". Edu Nature Park is a fun educational program that refers to nature in Darsono Village. The problem in Darsono Village is that there are still cases of school dropouts due to economic factors and underage marriages to the low interest in reading by the community. The majority of children in Darsono Village often use their time by playing.
