The surface roughness parameter (Ra) is sufficient to determine the quality level of the surface packaging of a product, so it is widely used as a parameter to determine the surface packaging level of a product. Carbide tools dominate modern applications in the metalworking industry and are the preferred choice for metal cutting processes. Carbide tools can be improved through a coating process. In particular, the purpose of this study was to obtain surface roughness and optimum cutting conditions for dry machining of AISI 1045 materials using coated carbide tool when used in dry machining as well as for the development of research and development with research design analysis of the results of student practicum processes in laboratories, especially surface packaging material analysis. The material used is AISI 1045 with PVD TiAlN-TiN coated carbide tool. Combination machining process of cutting conditions, namely cutting speed, feed and depth of cut. The purpose of making this tool is to overcome electrical supply failures in IoT-based package receiving boxes. The system designed uses voltage sensors connected to each source of electrical energy from PLN, Photovoltaic (PV) and also batteries. After that, the voltage sensor gives a signal to the Arduino for the switching process to be carried out on each source of electrical energy. This system works, if there is a power outage from PLN, the electrical energy is supplied via PV. If the PV voltage is not sufficient, the electrical system will be supplied via batteries, so that the electrical energy in the package receiving box will always be available and can work even if there is a power outage from PLN. Based on the hybrid system test results, it was found that the voltage sensor works by detecting voltage from each source of electrical energy. When the voltage sensor does not detect a voltage source from PLN, the system will switch to PV, when the voltage sensor on the PV detects a voltage below 10 Volts, then the system will switch to battery.","PeriodicalId":491136,"journal":{"name":"Inotera","volume":"184 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135617627","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

 Clay in nature consist of a mixture of grains and minerals with or without the content of organic matter. The variation in the size of clay grains and the proportion of their distribution is a very useful indicator for knowing soil behavior. Testing the combination of fine sand - clay (FSC) using clay from Kulim Pekanbaru and fine sand from Teratak Buluh Riau. Variants of the percentage of FSC are carried out with the types of tests carried out are Standard Proctor Test, Unconfined Compressive strength test, Direct Shear Test and sieve analysis test and hydrometer. Increasing the percentage of clay in the FSC variant, increases the liquid limit, increasses the plastic limit and increases the plasticity index. Increases optimum moisture content, decreases maximum dry density and increases soil friction angle and decreases compressive strength

For instance, they still rely on traditional book media. where, the use of book media is still relatively inefficient, especially in material that requires a high level of understanding. The Work System Design Method for this augmented reality application uses several software, namely Blender3D, Unity, and Vuforia. This system's design includes interfaces or display interfaces that depict application workflows described through Flowcharts. Through this final project, we have developed a mobile-based augmented reality application that boasts several key features. The Main Menu includes pointer buttons to other menus, while the AR Menu displays the 3D object. The Help and About menus are also available. Our conclusion is that this augmented reality application can assist students who are keen on learning, and it can alleviate difficulties in understanding complex subjects.","PeriodicalId":491136,"journal":{"name":"Inotera","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135536700","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

 Yulia's Amplang shop is one of the businesses engaged in the culinary field in the form of souvenirs typical of Samarinda City, namely Amplang. The amplang variants produced by this store include flat fish (original), shrimp, crab, squid and seaweed. Limitations and rising raw material prices make stores often experience difficulties in optimizing production profits. This study aims to determine the number of packages in one production process for each variant produced so as to obtain maximum profit. This study used the revised simplex method and then continued with the Branch and Bound Method, which is a method used to solve linear programming problems that produce solutions in integer form. From the analysis using this method, the optimal amount was obtained as many as 317 packages per production, including 144 flat fish flavors (original), 52 shrimp flavors, 34 crab flavors, 54 squid flavors and 33 seaweed flavors with the maximum profit obtained. namely Rp. 4,125,635. The application of this method resulted in an increase in profits of 5.53% or Rp. 216,103 in one production process compared to the previous company's profits.
