A questionnaire was developed to collect primary data, which was subsequently processed through the artificial intelligence technique (deep learning). The constructs (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, behavioral intention, public knowledge, private knowledge, and innovation) supported the model, including mediating hypotheses. It was observed that the mixed methodological approach (SEM and ANN) can help to find the linear and non-linear relationships better, being that the error of the predicted model is 0.104, that is, 10.4% relatively low, which evidences that ANN can be used to predict the dependent variable innovation safely.","PeriodicalId":49029,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Organizational and End User Computing","volume":"26 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":6.5,"publicationDate":"2023-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139270358","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Gatekeepers can facilitate the acquisition of external knowledge and the dissemination of internal knowledge. From gatekeepers' characteristics, business incubator managers perfectly fit the role of gatekeepers. This paper introduces the gatekeeper role in business incubators to analyze business incubator knowledge performance (BIKP). Multi-agent simulation model is used to form the gatekeeper network, and the business incubator manager acting as the gatekeeper has the function of breadth intervention and depth intervention for the incubatees. The results indicate that moderate competition is necessary for incubatees. Second, the gatekeeper's depth intervention is better than breadth intervention. Third, there is the horizontally S-shaped relationship between the level of effort of the gatekeeper's depth intervention and the BIKP in equilibrium. Moreover, the gatekeeper's interventions are optimal when incubatees have high knowledge inertia and low rates of mutual learning.","PeriodicalId":49029,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Organizational and End User Computing","volume":"1 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":6.5,"publicationDate":"2023-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139272034","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, online shopping inherently creates heightened risk within its extensive data. However, the powerful social nature of on-site e-commerce fosters favorable tendencies toward shopping by giving consumers a sense of control. This study shows that physical and interpersonal social cues from service personnel significantly improve subjective well-being (SWB). Moreover, perceptual control plays a mediating role in this process. Consequently, it is incumbent upon enterprises using live e-commerce platforms to optimize the configuration of social factors within service-oriented settings, bolstering consumers' sense of dominion over their online shopping endeavors and enhancing the efficacy of marketing strategies.","PeriodicalId":49029,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Organizational and End User Computing","volume":"122 21","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135136609","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the data of China's manufacturing companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2008 to 2021, we study the impact of enterprise intelligent transformation on customer concentration. Using text mining and machine learning tools, this study measures the degree of enterprise intelligent transformation and constructs an index based on the relevant words in annual reports. A multiphase DID model results show that enterprise intelligent transformation reduces customer concentration. A series of robustness tests and endogeneity tests validate this finding. This study shows that enterprise intelligent transformation improves information disclosure quality, strengthens innovation ability, and expands business boundaries, thus reducing customer concentration. Our findings provide empirical evidence to strengthen enterprise intelligent transformation further and maintain robust supply chain relationships.","PeriodicalId":49029,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Organizational and End User Computing","volume":" 25","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135241004","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

CBEC refers to trading, payment, logistics, customs clearance, and other transactions. It also refers to the services between countries or regions through Internet technology and e-commerce platforms. In this article, the authors proposed a consumer preference model by blockchain and topic similarity clustering to obtain more consumer preference information. First, this article builds a blockchain-based consumer information collection system for CBEC to extract various features of consumers in CBEC. Secondly, by improving the performance of multiple characteristics of consumers, the accuracy of consumer preference prediction is improved. Finally, a method of consumer preference prediction based on topic similarity clustering is proposed to obtain consumers' purchase preference types. Experimental results show that the method can reach 84.3% of the H-mean, getting the best predictive performance and assisting CBEC by predicting consumer preferences.","PeriodicalId":49029,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Organizational and End User Computing","volume":"6 4","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135325993","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a rising star in the field of livestreaming, knowledge-based streamers have brought a huge impact to traditional ones and achieved great business success. They not only create a new trend of differentiated competition among streamers, but also to some extent promote the transformation and upgrading of live commerce industry. To the authors' best knowledge, no studies in research literature have focused on the practical logic of knowledge-based streamers. Therefore, this research takes knowledge-based streamers of China as the research objects, collects and analyzes relevant news, policies, literature, and interview materials. Through the grounded theory, this research summarizes and refines these practical experiences, explores the practical logic in the process of livestreaming, and establishes a theoretical model.","PeriodicalId":49029,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Organizational and End User Computing","volume":"15 11","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136235043","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study employs a comprehensive assessment approach that integrates various metrics from different departments of these enterprises. These abstract indicators are primarily quantified using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), emphasizing incorporating low-carbon indicators, such as research and development (R&D) in renewable energy, into the evaluation framework. Subsequently, the study utilizes the long short-term memory (LSTM) model to evaluate the performance of individual departments within these companies. Ultimately, the study provides an overarching evaluation of the financial performance of energy enterprises. The proposed model demonstrates its effectiveness in practical testing, achieving an evaluation error of just 1.7%. Moreover, the research also scrutinizes the implications of these financial evaluation results for the transition toward a low-carbon paradigm.","PeriodicalId":49029,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Organizational and End User Computing","volume":"17 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135168060","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Few works have been done on how regional culture affects the imbalance of inclusive financial development. The authors try to investigate this issue using yearly data of digital financial inclusion in China spanning from 2011 to 2020 and the Hofstede regional culture of China. The results reveal regional culture could be the potential driver which leads to regional imbalance of the development of digital financial inclusion in China. Specifically, under Chinese historical culture background, financial inclusion is positively related with indulgence regionally, while individualism or power distance could exert negative impact. The findings are verified by a two-stage least square approach. Due to the anonymity and platform dependence of digital financial, Hofstede culture could make sense by influencing public trust in the financial sector, the internet, and unfamiliar relationships.","PeriodicalId":49029,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Organizational and End User Computing","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136113242","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
