The study encompasses an extensive demographic analysis and hypothesis testing, revealing key insights into the adoption, usage, and perception of digital payment applications among rural populations. The research, which involves a sample size of 120 individuals, primarily focuses on understanding customer satisfaction, trends, challenges, and the impact of these payment apps. Key findings indicate a predominant use among younger, educated males, with Google Pay being the most favored app. Despite the growing trend towards digitalization, traditional payment methods still persist, highlighting a gradual transition in financial behavior. The study also points out the critical role of gender in technology adoption and notes the necessity for inclusive digital literacy programs. Overall, the study contributes valuable insights into the evolving landscape of digital payments in rural India, highlighting both progress and areas needing attention for a more comprehensive digital integration.","PeriodicalId":487843,"journal":{"name":"East Asian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research","volume":"129 46","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140078977","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In general, cause cocoa pod rot are fungi of the species Fusarium sp, Rhizoctonia sp, Phytium sp, Colletotricum sp, Amerosporium sp, Phomopsis sp and Phytopthora sp. Various species of fungi that can rot cocoa pods have high similarity in morphology characters even though the treatment for each species of fungi is different. This problem occurs in the people's nucleus cocoa plantations in the Yapsi district, Jayapura, Papua province. Samples of cacao pods infected with the fungus were taken and the isolates obtained were reinoculated into uninfected cacao pods. Isolates showing dominant infectivity were taken and identified molecularly. Identification was carried out by creating DNA barcoding by sequencing the Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) region of the 18SrDNA marker gene from the fungal isolates SP4DYAPSI-1, SP4 DYAPSI-2, SP3DYAPSI-1 and SP6DAUN3. Sequencing data in the form of isolate fungi DNA barcodes were analyzed with the ClustalX program analyses. The resulting phylogenetic tree construction shows that the four isolates are related to the fungus species Fusarium solani with a nucleotide similarity index above 95%. This shows that the cause of damage to cocoa pods in the Yapsi area, Jayapura, Papua, Indonesia is the fungus Fusarium solani.","PeriodicalId":487843,"journal":{"name":"East Asian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research","volume":"124 15","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140078695","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In inclusive school programs, dedicated teaching and support are provided to students who need help. Preventing discriminatory behavior, proper education, and equal access to multiple aspects of life are the goals of inclusive education. This study uses a literature review model by analyzing relevant articles and focusing on quality control in inclusive education for children with special needs. The implementation of inclusive education has several quality requirements that must be guaranteed in order to achieve the desired level of education and the success of inclusion education itself. Therefore, stakeholders need to evaluate inclusive education. Stakeholders can utilize the CIPP model assessment across various domains, including education, management, and enterprises, as well as at different hierarchical levels, such as projects, programs, or institutions. By upholding or enhancing the standards and effectiveness of inclusive education, the success rate in advancing education for children with special needs will naturally grow.","PeriodicalId":487843,"journal":{"name":"East Asian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research","volume":"16 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139535166","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Challenges during the transition were classified under \"Challenges Experienced on Transitioning from Online Class to Face-to-Face Classes,\" with five emergent themes covering academic preparedness, student fear, financial issues, transportation hassles, and struggles with early wakeups. Emotional and mental well-being challenges were grouped under \"Challenges that Affect the Emotional and Mental Well-Being of the Participants,\" featuring stress, anxiety, and a lack of interaction. In the Province of Bali this fish is called the Nyalian fish and no one has cultivated this fish. Nyalian fish in Bali Province are used as consumption fish and have potential as freshwater ornamental fish. Catching Nyalian fish continuously can cause this fish decrease in population and can cause extinction. Nyalian fish conservation can be done by domestication and adapting fish caught from their natural habitat to aquaculture aquarium, then used in aquaculture activities and ensuring continuity of numbers and avoiding extinction. During the domestication process, the Nyalian fish will experience stress due to changes in their habitat. Stress in fish can be shown by a drastically darker body condition. Parts of the body that blacken or show a darker color are due to the activity of melanin as an active role in it. The Tyrosinase gene is one of the genes responsible for coding pigment patterns. The TYR gene has an important role in instructing the formation of the enzyme Tyrosinase.
