To perform this type of heavy work general healthy fitness with proper body index is also required. Being a physically demanding job, manual material handling (MMH) frequently results in accidents, injuries, and even fatalities. In order to determine the risk variables causing accidents, one hundred MMH employees from the local area of the core market were chosen. A modified standard Nordic questionnaire was used. Different approaches can able to evaluate (like- OWAS approach can be used to analyse working postures) details of accident cases based on the proper reason. Lifting and carrying goods was when the majority of accidents—including being struck by an object and slipping and falling—took place. Accident reports indicated that not many accident cases reported in the local hospitals, which actually indicating to a general disregard for going to the hospitals of injured labours.","PeriodicalId":487577,"journal":{"name":"International journal of physiology, nutrition and physical education","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135446328","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It also included a comparison of the tactical style or rhythm to that used on an international scale. The 5000-meter running portion of the competition and the accomplishment included the Iraqi and the research sample. The researchers believe that there is a relationship between accomplishment and the speed endurance training as well as the workouts utilized to measure time for the 5000-meter running portions of the race. On a sample of long-distance running clubs from the Karbala Governorate, the researchers utilized the experimental technique in the way of (equal groups) to fit the nature of the study. They had six runners and athletes in the 2023 sports season. They were split into two experimental groups at random. Three players per group in the control group. In terms of the study's variables, the two groups were equal. The pre-test was finished, and then the research group's training program got under way. The specific preparatory stage of the program lasted for eight weeks and included three training units each week. The speed rates of the race segments determined the intensity of the exercises that were used, and based on the findings, the researchers came to the conclusion that the tactical approach taken to complete the 5000-meter running segments and the completion is influenced by the intensity of the exercises that were used. Don't use a plan of attack or a tactical approach while running the 5000 meters. The race progresses through phases, some of which are marked by an increase in speed, while others remain steady or decelerate, with the last stage always rising. The researchers urge medium- and long-distance running coaches to focus on training the race's intensity in accordance with the rhythm being employed and to regulate the rate of speed for the portions of the race distance by improving the capacity of participants to maintain their pace during the course of the first and second halves of the race.","PeriodicalId":487577,"journal":{"name":"International journal of physiology, nutrition and physical education","volume":"124 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136208731","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research aimed to identify early symptoms of the Female Athlete Triad in female athletes involved in Aesthetic Sports (Rhythmic Gymnastics) and Non-Aesthetic Sports (Football) aged between years. Methodology: The present observational study was conducted among football athletes and rhythmic gymnastics athletes of age 15 to 25 years in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The variables investigated in the study for the research objective included the Low Energy Availability Questionnaire (LEAF-Q), quantitative measurements of body composition, and energy availability (EA). Female football players (n = 30) and gymnasts (n = 22) gave their consent. The statistical analysis was conducted using the SPSS 21. Results: Of the 52 participants studied, 17.3% of participants (9 out of 52 women) were classified as being at-risk for the triad according to their LEAF-Q scores. Out of these 23% were from Non-aesthetic sports (footballers) and 9% from Aesthetic Sports (rhythmic gymnastics). The energy availability (EA) of the two groups was significantly different, with a p-value of 0.049, with the at-risk group having a much lower EA (8±5.1) than the non-risk group (21±16). There were no significant differences in body composition between the group of athletes. Conclusion: Early identification of symptoms of the Female Athlete Triad by screening tools such as the LEAF questionnaire is important in protecting young athletes from long-term damage.","PeriodicalId":487577,"journal":{"name":"International journal of physiology, nutrition and physical education","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135448416","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the support of this strategy, the central nervous system will be able to activate fast fibers in very acidic conditions, enhancing speed and strength endurance and ultimately performance. The study's objective was to examine the effects of combining running and plyometric exercises with suggested circuits on the development of speed endurance, strength endurance, and the capacity to run the 1500 m in less than 20 years. The experimental design of the research involved two equal groups (the control and experimental groups), a pre-test, and a post-test. For the 1500 m race, 16 runners under the age of 20 from the governorates of the Middle Euphrates (Karbala, Babil, Najaf, and Diwaniyah) and the capital, Baghdad, made up the research population. For his study, the researcher selected a sample of 10. The runners were chosen at random. Accordingly, 62.5% of the research population was represented by the sample. The sample was similarly split into two groups, control and experimental, with five runners in each group.The researcher reached the following important conclusion: The exercises he designed and executed using a combination of running and plyometric exercises helped develop the central nervous system's effectiveness in mobilizing the greatest number of fast-twitch fibers under highly acidic conditions, which significantly aided in the development of speed endurance, strength endurance, and achievement among participants in the experimental research sample. The expert advised taking into account studies and research that demonstrate the strong relationship between the central nervous system and endurance.","PeriodicalId":487577,"journal":{"name":"International journal of physiology, nutrition and physical education","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136210030","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
