Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memenuhi persyaratan pembuatan WPS (welding procedure qualification) berdasarkan spesifikasi DNVGL-OS-C401:2019. Pengujian mekanik merupakan pengujian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui kualitas dari material dengan menggunakan metode destruktif yaitu dengan merusak material. Material yang digunakan menggunakan standar BS EN ISO 10025-2:2004 S355J2 dengan jenis material yaitu baja karbon. Pengujian yang disyaratkan meliputi pengujian tarik, pengujian impact, pengujian bending, pengujian macro examination dan pengujian kekerasan dengan skala hardness vickers (HV10) dengan pembebanan 10 Kgf. Hasil dari pengujian tarik didapatkan perbedaan kekuatan antara spesimen 1 dan 2 dengan selisih 5 N/mm2 dengan spesimen 1 sebesar 510 N/mm2, dan spesimen 2 sebesar 515 N/mm2, akan tetapi hasil ini masih dalam range yang dipersyaratkan. Spesimen 1 dan 2 merupakan bagian dari test coupon yang dipotong dengan lokasi pemotongan yang berbeda pada test couponnya. Pada pengujian charpy impact V-nocth didapatkan hasil di atas nilai yang dipersyaratkan yaitu minimum 27 J. Pada pengujian bending didapatkan permukaan spesimen uji tidak menunjukan adanya opening defect. Hal ini juga ditunjukan pada hasil pengujian macro examination tidak terdapat opening defect. Hasil pengujian kekerasan menunjukkan nilai kekerasan pada area base metal, HAZ, dan weld metal dengan nilai kekerasan pada base metal sebesar 192 HV, nilai kekerasan pada HAZ sebesar 194 HV, dan nilai kekerasan pada weld metal sebesar 209 HV. Saat ini perusahaan fabrikasi mengalami kesulitan dalam memenuhi permintaan customer dikarenakan waktu produksi yang cukup lama. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses produksi tersebut dikarenakan saat ini proses memposisikan pelat dilakukan masih menggunakan metode yang manual, yaitu mengangkat lembaran pelat dan diletakkan pada mesin laser cutting sehingga dari segi waktu masih kurang efisien dan kurang optimal pada saat proses produksi secara massal, sedangkan produk yang dihasilkan juga memiliki tingkat kepresisian yang rendah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan rancang bangun mesin steel plate roll feeder pada mesin laser cutting. Proses pembuatan mesin akan menggunakan metode Ulrich dari mulai identifikasi kebutuhan mesin, pemilihan konsep sampai perwujudan desain. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan dengan metode Ulrich maka terpilihlah konsep desain 1. Pembuatan support and roll feeder menggunakan welding machine, mesin bubut, dan gerinda tangan. Kinerja support and roll feeder didapatkan dari hasil lima pengujian dinyatakan sesuai standar keberasilan mencapai 100%, dengan total waktu untuk memasukkan plate coilI yaitu 45 detik untuk proses cutting satu lembar plate. Process Business PLN starts from power plant, Transmission and distribution until Retail to Customers. For Supply the needed for customer in electricity power, PLN keep the reliability electricity network for fulfil it. The reliability of electric power distribution network depends on several factors, including the quality of materials, maintenance, operating patterns, protective equipment used and also network configuration. One of the ways to maintain electricity service is to carry out distribution transformer maintenance. After the maintenance is carried out, it is necessary to evaluate the distribution transformer maintenance activities that have been carried out, whether the maintenance activities have an impact or not on management, this is measured by the quality of the voltage and the rupiah per kWh that can be distributed and is denominated in rupiah. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the network and transformer maintenance has had an impact or not. One way that can be done statistically is through the ANOVA test. From the result, Minitab results obtained a value of 0.321 > α = 0.05 and the results of the autocorrelation do not show plots that are outside the lines or margins. This means that the maintenance activities of the 20 kV distribution transformers in data collection unit affect the company’s income. This means that maintenance activities affect the company's income. Therefore, the maintenance factor affects the company's income. Utilization of condenser waste heat from cooling machines is one of the development applications for heat pump systems. The advantages of heat pumps for the drying process include their ability to control the temperature and humidity in the drying chamber, so that they can be adjusted for various drying conditions and the drying process is more efficient and environmentally friendly. This research aims to determine the performance of drying machines for agricultural commodities (cocoa beans) using the method of developing a domestic air conditioning machine, by adding a condenser arranged in series with the main condenser to function as a drying chamber. The results of the modification of this tool consist of five main parts, namely the compressor, tray dryer room (additional condenser), main condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator. Testing of this dryer was carried out with two types of experiments, namely experiments without load and experiments with load. The test was carried out at the maximum working time of the condenser by setting the lowest working evaporator, namely 16°C. The lower the working temperature of the evaporator, the higher the working temperature of condenser 1. This is done to get maximum work from this modified dryer. Based on tests for temperature and relative humidity (RH) under load and no-load conditions, the values are not too different. After approximately 2 hours of operation or when the machine was working in steady state, the highest temperature was obtained at 87°C while the highest average RH was obtained at 78% in the drying rack space. The performance of this agricultural commodity drying machine has functioned well, especially for cocoa beans which have been dried to a standard moisture content of 7.5% in accordance with SNI 2322-2008 for an operating time of 130 minutes. The impact of shadows on the performance of PLTS is the driving factor for carrying out this research. This research aims to analyze the impact of shadow simulation on PLTS using SAM software. The PLTS location discussed in this research is the 1.3 MWp PLTS Selayar, South Sulawesi. The data used is PLTS main equipment specification data and solar radiation data sourced from NSRDB-NREL. The data is then processed using SAM (Supervisory Advisor Model) software to simulate three conditions, without shading, self-shading and vegetation shading. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that there is a decrease in PLTS production in self-shading conditions of 28,616 kWh and a performance ratio of 1.03% compared to conditions without shading, whereas when compared with self-shading and vegetation shading conditions, there is a decrease in production of 81,406 kWh and the performance ratio of 2.94%. As the times progress, of course, there are many changes, especially in science and technology, which may have shifted completely in the industrial area, meaning that in this change it is necessary to require extra operations, namely human labor replaced by machine power. One of them is a plate bending machine or what is called a bending machine. The purpose of this program according to the formulation of the problem above is to maximize the drive system and bending system so that the bent plates form a 90° angle. This research includes several things such as sketching or drawing of bending tools to be modified, as for what we modified, namely the replacement of the top and a larger bottom plate so that the pressing system functions properly, as well as the replacement on the spring so that it matches the load received by the spring. After determining the form of the construction design of the plate bending tool, then determine the concept of each main component of the plate bending tool in order to get maximum and good bending results. The data from the test results of this portable bending tool were tested with different plate thicknesses, namely 2 mm, 3 mm and 4 mm plates. Tests were performed on each thickness using the maximum bending line. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode metalurgi serbuk dengan bertujuan untuk menganalisa perngaruh %Ti dan tekanan kompaksi dari paduan Al-Ti terhadap kekerasan dan densitasnya. Variasi tekanan kompaksi yang diberikan sebesar 5000 Psi, 5500 Psi, 6000 Psi, 6500 Psi, dan 7000 Psi dengan waktu tahan tekan selama 10 menit. Variasi %Ti yang diberikan sebesar 6%, 8%, dan 10%. Spesimen disintering sebesar 500℃ selama 90 menit. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dihasilkan, pada variasi %Ti, nilai densitas dan kekerasan mengalami kenaikan hingga kompaksi 5500 Psi lalu menurun secara kontinu pada kompaksi di atas 5500 Psi. Pada variasi kompaksi, nilai densitas dan kekerasan mengalami kenaikan hingga kompaksi 6000 Psi lalu menurun secara kontinu pada kompaksi di atas 6000 Psi. Nilai puncak kekerasan maksimal didapatkan pada kompaksi 6000 Psi. The most efficient method in producing corncob powder is the Ball Mill Process. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of working volume and milling time on the characteristics of corn cob powder. The research procedures include specimen preparation (including cutting and drying processes) and milling processes. The results obtained were then characterized using a scanning laser microscope (LSM) to analyze the morphology and size of the product, lower working volume results in a smaller powder production with a needle-like sharp edge morphology and a higher work volume also results in a powder that has a blunt edge morphology. Although working volume can potentially be used to control particle size, this parameter has a direct effect on powder yield.
