However, the beef product market faces challenges in terms of information sharing and traceability, leading to safety concerns. Establishing a comprehensive traceability system for Chinese beef cattle products can address these issues and enhance the modernization of animal husbandry production and international competitiveness. This study presents a four-layer architecture for a beef product quality and safety traceability system, incorporating identification technology, data synchronization, and data management. RFID and QR code technologies are utilized for individual cattle tracking, while data synchronization ensures efficient communication between the backend and frontend. Data management and analysis technologies enable real-time monitoring of breeding, feeding, and slaughtering processes. The system design includes modules for data collection, processing and storage, analysis and application, traceability queries, alarms, and system management. The study emphasizes the importance of implementing a traceability system for Chinese beef cattle products to meet consumer demands, enhance animal husbandry production, and improve international competitiveness. In traditional mold design, due to the lack of unequal gap design on the mold surface, after the mold is completed by numerical control machining, the gap between the mold surfaces of the upper and lower molds is uneven after the molds are closed. However, the main reason for the uneven gaps is due to the deformation of the castings, inconsistent thickness of the formed sheet, machining errors, etc., which eventually lead to a low mold closing rate, color difference in the sheet parts, and non-compliance with the initial requirements of the fitters. Operational efficiency refers to the ratio of output to input in the utilization of resources by a company. Performance evaluation measures the performance of a company in achieving goals and providing value. Nowadays, improving operational efficiency and accurately evaluating performance are crucial for business success. Cost management is one of the important methods to improve operational efficiency and achieve excellent performance. Through cost management, enterprises can better understand resource utilization, identify waste and redundancy, and make targeted improvements. This article used the EVA (Economic Value Added) method to study the impact of cost management on operational efficiency and performance evaluation. Through data analysis, it was found that the economic value after cost management was 1.07775 million yuan. This numerical value was positive, demonstrating the value and effectiveness of the constructed model and method in operational efficiency and performance evaluation.
