In a preliminary interview, professional, social, and personal factors were identified that contribute to the formation of a burnout syndrome. The set of methods of the main empirical study included Maslach–Jackson burnout questionnaires, Thomas–Kilman style of conflict behavior, Hall's emotional intelligence, Lazarus–Folkman coping test, methods for diagnosing the professional communicative competence of doctor Yakovleva and style self-regulation of Morasanova's behavior. It was revealed that certain symptoms of burnout are typical for 31% of residents who participated in the study. The results of the correlation analysis show numerous connections between burnout syndrome indicators both with personality traits that contribute to the formation of typical symptoms (tendency to confrontation, avoidance and distancing in social contacts, striving for excessive independence with a lack of professional experience), and determining personal resistance to negative professional factors (the desire for cooperation, compromise and, in general, the formation of adequate communication skills in interaction with patients and colleagues, rational coping strategies, productive components of self-regulation). The targets of psychological prevention and correction of professional burnout among residents were identified. Based on the results of the study, program, that includes information-diagnostic, consulting-correctional and educational-developing directions, has been developed and introduced into the educational process at a medical university.","PeriodicalId":486685,"journal":{"name":"Ličnostʹ v menâûŝemsâ mire: zdorovʹe, adaptaciâ, razvitie","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135039023","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These disorders have a range of symptoms that affect quality of life. Athletes, because of the nature of their activity, are also subject to these symptoms, as they have to expend a lot of energy, both physically and psychologically. The objective of the study was to identify the specific factors associated with depressive symptoms that are characteristic of athletes and to explore their relation to the level of depression. A total of 46 athletes aged from 18 to 54 years (Mage = 24, SDage = 6.49) of different sports participated in the study. Several methods were chosen as diagnostic tools to study the level of depression, the level of perceived stress, emotional burnout and perfectionism in athletes. It was shown that the higher the level of emotional burnout, stress, perfectionism and decrease in performance were, the higher the level of depressive symptoms was. The conducted research confirmed the importance of studying the factors of depression symptoms and revealed the necessity of developing ways to control these factors in athletes in order to avoid increasing depressive tendencies.","PeriodicalId":486685,"journal":{"name":"Ličnostʹ v menâûŝemsâ mire: zdorovʹe, adaptaciâ, razvitie","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135039467","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Particular attention in the article is paid to the analysis of the scientific conclusions of Nobel laureate R. Thaler who is considered to be the most authoritative scientist in the field of behavioral economics. Scientific integration with psychology has enriched the methodology of economic research with many new scientific approaches, including experiment, which until the beginning of the 21st century was generally considered almost unacceptable in economic practice due to the irreversibility and unpredictability of its consequences. However, the use of experiment to study the psychological characteristics of people's behavior helped to understand the logic of many economic processes better, making them more predictable and controllable. The article concludes that the scientific developments of representatives of behavioral economics are important both for economic theory and for economic practice. They are implemented in predicting the dynamics of various markets, in optimizing socio-economic decisions based on the policy of ‘libertarian paternalism’. With their help, the widely used hyperbolic discounting model was developed, and another new branch of economics emerged — behavioral finance.","PeriodicalId":486685,"journal":{"name":"Ličnostʹ v menâûŝemsâ mire: zdorovʹe, adaptaciâ, razvitie","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135039468","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The role of the subject ‘Pedagogy’ in the system of professional training of students is shown, as well as the use of appropriate technologies that contribute to the formation of the pedagogical competence of a medical worker. The preventive and educational work of a doctor is one of the main directions in the development of medical science and practice in Russia, which includes a set of preventive and health-improving measures aimed at strengthening the health of the population, preventing the occurrence and spread of various diseases, and ensuring the working capacity and life expectancy of people. The results of research work aimed at studying the problem of the readiness of medical residents to implement pedagogical tasks in the organization and conduct of preventive, educational activities in medical institutions are described. A practice-oriented approach to the training of residents ensures a more complete mastery of theoretical knowledge; reflects the practical orientation of not only classroom and independent work, but also extracurricular activities, and also creates conditions for the creative activity of students in the context of continuity of professional and pedagogical training. In order to master professional competencies medical residents are immersed in a professional environment: with the help of professionally oriented technologies and teaching methods, residents model fragments of their future professional activities. To improve the quality of education in the field of preserving and strengthening the health of the population, the article presents a set of organizational and pedagogical methods and technologies for preparing a medical resident for the implementation of pedagogical activities in a medical institution.","PeriodicalId":486685,"journal":{"name":"Ličnostʹ v menâûŝemsâ mire: zdorovʹe, adaptaciâ, razvitie","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135039465","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the last decade, there has been an increase in forms of self-destructive behavior, which causes great interest to the chosen research area. The study sample consisted of 90 participants: 30 men dependent on alcohol; 30 men, fans of extreme sports; 30 men (control group) who do not drink alcohol and do not engage in dangerous sports. The research tools used were the test of life-meaning orientations by D. A. Leontyev, a technique of unfinished sentences aimed at identifying ideas about oneself, about attitudes to various aspects of reality (primarily to life and death). The research revealed differences among the study groups in terms of meaningfulness, direction, and controllability of life. Representatives with alcohol dependence demonstrated reduced values in many parameters of attitude towards life and towards themselves, and did not demonstrate interest in finding the meaning of life. It is typical for fans of extreme sports to take an active life position, make plans for the future, fill their activities with meaning and be completely satisfied with their lives.","PeriodicalId":486685,"journal":{"name":"Ličnostʹ v menâûŝemsâ mire: zdorovʹe, adaptaciâ, razvitie","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135039469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Patients with gastrointestinal (GI) disease have been reported by clinicians to be emotionally unstable during disease exacerbations. This article presents a study of the relationship between psycho-emotional states and individual typological characteristics in women of different ages with GI disease. Levels of indicators of anxiety and depression in women with GI disease were investigated. The purpose of the study was to determine the peculiarities of anxiety and depression levels in women with GI diseases in relation to temperament type and age; using correlation analysis, to determine the relationship between neuroticism and emotional state, temperament type, and levels of anxiety and depression in the study participants. The study involved 28 women with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, aged 42 to 72 years. The Eysenck Personality Inventory (EPI), the Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) were used in the research. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that most women with gastrointestinal disorders have an introverted personality type with high neuroticism. It was found that women with a melancholic temperament type had the highest scores on the Personality Anxiety Scale and on the Cognitive-Affective Manifestations of Depression subscale and the General Depression Scale, whereas women with a sanguine temperament type had the lowest scores for all indicators. The results of the study may be of practical importance in providing psychological support to women with gastrointestinal diseases in hospital, taking into account their individual typological characteristics and emotional state.","PeriodicalId":486685,"journal":{"name":"Ličnostʹ v menâûŝemsâ mire: zdorovʹe, adaptaciâ, razvitie","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135039470","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meanwhile, there are a large number of scientific studies proving that the lack of physical activity can lead to serious malfunctions in the functioning of all body systems, including the nervous system. Disturbance in the structure and functioning of the brain leads to a deterioration in cognitive functions and an increase in the risk of neurodegenerative diseases. On the other hand, a moderately high level of physical activity can improve the functioning of the brain and increase the structural and cognitive reserve, which will help the nervous system to adapt to age-related changes effectively. Walking and running are one of the most common types of exercise, and can be present even in the lives of people who are not involved in sports activities. It has been shown that even low-intensity walking can contribute to cognitive improvements for people of any age and gender. Moderate-intensity running, in particular endurance running, also has a positive effect on the structure and functioning of the brain. The main effects of walking and running relate primarily to memory and executive functions, which is true for both humans and animals.","PeriodicalId":486685,"journal":{"name":"Ličnostʹ v menâûŝemsâ mire: zdorovʹe, adaptaciâ, razvitie","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135039464","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
