Purchase intention, in this context, refers to the desire to use the service. The research used quantitative methods with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and involved primary and secondary data from 100 respondents selected by chance. Analysis was carried out using SPSS 23. Based on the description of the respondent profiles, there were 38 men (38%) and 62 women (62%). In terms of age, there were 11 respondents under 20 years of age, while the 20-25 year age group was the largest with 45 people. The 26-30 year age group consists of 30 people, and those aged over 30 years consist of 14 people. The main occupation of respondents who use JNE Medan Marelan Branch services is dominated by 40 employees, followed by 30 students, 11 self-employed people, and 19 others (including those who have not worked, not working, domestic workers) of the total number of respondents, 65 people have used JNE Medan Marelan services more than 5 times, while 35 people have used these services less than 5 times. Findings show that individual company image does not have a significant effect on intention to use, while service quality and word of mouth has a significant positive influence. Overall, these three factors have a significant impact on interest in using services. Untuk populasi maupun sampel yang dipakai selama proses penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari PT Active Marine Industries Batam. Untuk jumlah dari populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 155, dan juga menjadi total sampel yang dibutuhkan. Untuk penggunaan teknik sampling adalah simple random sampling sehingga semua dapat dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Proses penelitian ini akan memerlukan data yang akan dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebagai angket untuk variabel yang diteliti. Hasil dari angket yang dikumpulkan akan di olah dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Dari hasil olah data yang keluar, dapat diketahui bahwa komunikasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh bersama-sama pada PT Active Marine Industries Batam pada variabel kinerja karyawan. This type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach will be used in this study. The population is a permanent employee of PT Citra Global Pratama Batam totaling 122 people with the withdrawal of saturated sampling technique. Regression analysis is used to examine the relationship between these variables by testing data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests and hypothesis testing. The findings of multiple linear regression analysis revealed that satisfaction can increase employee performance by 28.8%. Workload can increase employee performance by 31.3%. Discipline can increase employee performance by 45.4%. In the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) reveals that satisfaction, workload and discipline can simultaneously provide an explanation for employee performance with a magnitude of 61.0%. This study surveyed 100 consumers from the MSMEs at this industrial center. The sample was selected using simple random sampling, and statistical data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25. The T-test results showed that each independent variable individually exerts a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, the economic business income of the Yogyakarta MSME community. The calculated t values for the product, price, distribution, and promotion were 2.602, 2.111, 6.101, and 6.648, respectively, all exceeding the t-table value of 1.65, with probabilities of 0.011, 0.037, 0.000, and 0.000, respectively, all below the 0.05 threshold. Additionally, the F-test results indicated that the combined influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable was significant, with an F calculated value of 128.419 surpassing the F-table value of 3.87, and a probability value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Utilizing an associative method with a quantitative approach, the population under study consists of consumers actively using Bukalapak Nutrition e-commerce in Batam in 2024. The sample size was determined using the Jacob Cohen formula, resulting in 204 respondents selected randomly through purposive sampling. The data analysis process encompasses several stages, including data quality testing, classical assumption testing, influence testing, and hypothesis testing to assess the significance of each variable's influence, all processed using the SPSS program. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that social media contributes 18.3% to the variability of purchase decisions, trust contributes 40.8%, and brand image contributes 23.5%. The analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²) shows that 72.9% of the variation in purchase decisions is explained by the combined influence of social media, trust, and brand image. Additionally, the t-test results confirm the partial and significant effects of each variable on purchase decisions. Social media has a t-value of 4.216, greater than the t-table value of 1.971, with a significance value of 0.00 (<0.05), indicating a significant effect on purchase decisions. Trust shows a t-value of 9.465, also greater than the t-table value of 1.971, with a significance value of 0.00 (<0.05), confirming its significant impact. UMKM merupakan salah satu sektor yang menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian nasional sekaligus menjadi ujung tombak perputaran ekonomi dalam negeri. Pemerintah telah mengupayakan banyak bantuan untuk memecahkan masalah keterbatasan modal pada UMKM. Selain keterbatasan modal, UMKM juga menghadapi banyak persoalan lainnya seperti rendahnya sumber daya manusia, penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Salah satu langkah terpenting untuk mengatasi berbagai persoalanyang dihadapi UMKM adalah dengan memiliki manajemen keuangan yang baik. Kenyataannya, banyak UMKM yang belum menerapkan indikator manajemen keuangan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat manajemen keuangan yang diterapkan oleh UMKM Warung Ayam Geprek di Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi. Narasumber yang diwawancarai dipilih yaitu 10 informan. Alat analisis yang digunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari tiga indikator manajemen keuangan, hanya indikator perencanaan keuangan yang sudah diterapkan dengan baik. The Internet is one of the technological advancements that society uses on a daily basis. This study set out to ascertain how customer satisfaction for Bandung City Lazada Marketplace customers was impacted by brand image and e-service quality. With approaches to verification and description, the research methodology is quantitative. The process of gathering data involved giving questionnaires to one hundred respondents. The Nonprobability Sampling with Purposive Sampling approach, which selects samples based on predetermined criteria, is the sampling methodology employed in this investigation. The study's sample consisted of Bandung City-based Lazada users who were between the ages of 17 and 30 and had completed purchases. The validity, reliability, hypothesis, classical assumption, t, and f tests are all used in this study. The data indicates that customer happiness is significantly impacted by brand image and e-service quality. The results are statistically significant, as indicated by a t-value of 2.671, which is located above the t-critical table's value of 1,660. In addition, the significance level of 0.009 is higher than the conventional batas mean of 0.05. This quantitative study is based on data analysis from up to 100 observations collected between 2019 and 2023. Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange IDX LQ45 throughout the observation period serve as the study's samples. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample, and it was done so based on particular research-relevant criteria. The performance of the company is examined in relation to ESG risks using the robust standard errors model. Stakeholder theory, which highlights the significance of corporate management taking into account the interests of all stakeholders, serves as the foundation for the theoretical model of this work. The dependent variables in the practical model are ROA, ROE, and Tobin's Q, whereas the independent variable is the ESG risk rating. The conclusions drawn from the empirical data demonstrate that market and financial performance are significantly harmed by ESG risk. Nonetheless, operational performance is not significantly impacted by ESG risk. This research adds to the limited body of knowledge about the risk associated with sustainability reporting and how it affects a company's capacity to perform financially and on the market. Organizations that effectively handle environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks can reap enduring advantages such as enhanced standing and stable finances.
