This criterion is still held by the Indonesian state in determining the beginning of the lunar month. This criterion is used as a guide in rejecting or accepting the results of ru'yah. According to the Cirebon Regency BHRD regarding the change in the MABIMS 2021 criteria, it aims to increase the minimum hilal sighting criteria, especially in the Cirebon district which is one of the national hilal rukyatul points. The data analysis technique used is theoretical analysis using the book Maqāṣid asy-Syarī'ah Al-Islāmiyyah by Muḥammad Ṭāhir Ibnu 'Āsyūr. The conclusion obtained is that the writer finds the existence of Ibnu ‘Āsyūr’s Islamic Family Law Philosophy in the marriage guidance guide, in the form of four pillars that can support the formation of a strong marriage. Adanya referensi manuskrip falak keraton Kanoman ini banyak yang belum mengetahui keberadaan dan sejarahnya oleh banyak orang sehingga perlu adanya kajian mendalam untuk dapat memahami isi yang terkandung didalamnya seperti, sejarah, metode hisab dan penerapannya. Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan kajian dokumen dan arsip. Manuskip Falak dari Keraton Kanoman ini menjelaskan tentang sistem hisab atau palintangan sebagai pertanda yang baik dan buruk berdasarkan hitungan tertentu. The childfree phenomenon itself has existed since the 1500s in several countries such as France, England and the Netherlands. However, the term childfree appeared in Indonesia beginning with a statement by a public figure on his social media account, who declared himself an adherent of the childfree principle (married without having children). And along with the times, the human mindset also developed. Having children is not an obligation, rather a life choice and mutual agreement between husband and wife. This phenomenon is not only contrary to the noble values of the nation's culture, it becomes a little confusing when it occurs within the body of Muslims, bearing in mind that from a young age Muslims have been instilled with the understanding that marriage is a way to perfect religion and one of the missions marriage is to have godly offspring. This study aims to answer the questions that form the formulation of the problem: \"What is the understanding/response of young couples in the city of Cirebon to the childfree phenomenon and what is the review of Islamic family law towards the childfree phenomenon?\". This study uses qualitative research, data collected by means of interviews (interviews) observation, documentation and then analyzed by descriptive analysis method. The results of this study: Young couples in the city of Cirebon do not agree with the implementation of voluntary childfree because it is not appropriate both in terms of culture and religion in Indonesia, especially Islam. Because one of the goals of marriage in Islamic law is to protect offspring. However, some young couples in the city of Cirebon implement temporarily childfree which does not conflict with the noble culture and religion in Indonesia. Because temporarily childfree only aims to delay, not unfairly, having children in marriage. In Islamic law, this is permissible because it has the same goal as Tandzim al-Nasl, namely to prosper the life of the nation and religion, so that good generations are created for the future. Di Indonesia banyak ahli falak yang menetapkan kriteria ketinggian Matahari untuk menentukan awal waktu salat Subuh dengan ketinggian yang bervariatif, mulai dari -18 derajat sampai -20 derajat di bawah ufuk bahkan pada ketinggian -13 derajat di bawah ufuk . Kementerian Agama RI menetapkan ketinggian Matahari untuk waktu salat Subuh pada -20 derajat di bawah ufuk. Dengan adanya perbedaan dalam menetapkan ketinggian Matahari di bawah ufuk, para ahli falak maupun astronomi banyak melakukan pengamatan ulang terhadap kemunculan fajar shadiq. Salah satunya melakukan pengamatan fajar shadiq menggunakan All Sky Camera dengan metode moving average dan pendekatan Gradien. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan (field Research) melalui observasi untuk mendapatkan data dilapangan secara langsung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep childfree pada pasangan suami-isteri, apa faktor penyebab lahirnya childfree , dan bagaimana tinjauan hukum keluarga Islam serta pengaruhnya terhadap ketahanan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan dokumentasi dan wawancara, serta metode analislis data secara induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) konsep childfree merupakan suatu keputusan sadar dan telah melalui pertimbangan serta keputusan yang matang yang dianut oleh pasangan dengan adanya kesepakatan dari kedua pihak. (2) Adapun faktor penyebab childfree diantaranya; faktor pribadi (kebahagiaan personal) , psikis (ketidaksiapan mental), filosofis, ekonomi, dan alasan lingkungan. (3) Tinjauan hukum keluarga Islam tentang fenomena childfree apabila ditinjau dari segi alasan pasangan suami-isteri menganut childfree yakni dilarang, karena memiliki anak merupakan salah satu tujuan utama dalam pernikahan serta konsep perwujudan keluarga yang sakinah, mawaddah dan rahmah , keputusan childfree ini diperbolehkan apabila memenuhi alasan yang bersifat syar’i. Adapun pengaruh ketahanan keluarga bagi pasangan childfree yakni berpengaruh, namun tidak terlalu signifikan dikarenakan keharmonisan dalam keluarga childfree masih tetap terjaga. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out what are the legal protection arrangements regarding the flow of belief, and to find out and analyze the laws and regulations regarding the flow of belief in Kuningan district. The method used in this research is an empirical juridical approach by strengthening primary and secondary data and data collection techniques used through observation and interviews. The result of this research is that the regulation of belief and religion based on the prevailing regulations in Indonesia is regulated by a Joint Decree which includes 3 Ministers, namely (Minister of Home Affairs, Minister of Religion, and Attorney General), Article 28 E, paragraphs 1 and 2, Article 28 I paragraph 1, Article 29 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia covering freedom of religion, Constitutional Court Decision Number 97/PPU-XIV Year 2016 concerning Prevention of Abuse and/or Religious Guidelines, namely Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, Hindus, Buddhists, and Confucians, regarding the change in the identity of women who are followers of the religion column of the resident's identity card, regarding the coordination team for supervising the flow of beliefs and religious sects in society. The conclusion of writing this thesis is that Kuningan has acknowledged the existence of a sect of belief and the writing or inclusion of the sect on the identity card is with the words Belief in God Almighty.
