Efforts to overcome these problems require training Leg Muscle Explosive Power and Waist Flexibility. This study aims to find out whether leg muscle explosive power training and waist flexibility have an effect on the sickle kick speed of PSHT pencak silat athletes. This research is a type of quantitative research using an experimental method approach. While the form of research design used is \"one-group pretest-posttest design\". The population of this study were all PSHT pencak silat athletes with a total of 10 sons and 10 daughters. The sample of this research is the PSHT PSHT commissariat UNDHARI athletes. The data collection technique used in this study used the leg muscle strength and waist flexibility tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is the normality test and hypothesis testing through SPSS 20 at the level of 0.05. The results of the research show that training on leg muscle explosive power and waist flexibility has a good influence on the results of the sickle kick speed of UNDHARI Commissariat PSHT pencak silat athletes, this can be seen from the pretest and posttest hypothesis test scores obtained from Commissariat PSHT pencak silat athletes. UNDHARI with gains of 0.001 and 0.002 for male athletes and female athletes. The aim of this school action research is to explain the implementation of the peer tutoring learning model with small groups. Tutoring teaching type in strengthening Academic and Disciplinary Spiritual Character (KSAD) values ​​through National Development Character Group activities for students at SMAN 1 Asam Jujuhan. This type of research is School Action Research which consists of 2 cycles with a span of 2 months. Cycle I lasted for 3 meetings at SMAN 1 Asam Jujuhan. Through good physical fitness, it is certain that students will be able to accept and absorb the lessons given by the teacher so that the goal of creating the next generation that excels in all aspects can be realized. The data from the test results are processed using a computerized SPSS system. The results showed: 1) The level of physical fitness of class Xe4 students at Unggul Darmasraya State Senior High School was in the moderate category. 2) Class Xe4 Student Learning Outcomes of Unggul Darmasraya State Senior High School are in the Good Category. 3) There is a significant positive relationship between the level of physical fitness and the learning outcomes of Class Xe4 SMA Negeri Unggul Darmasraya in 2023. Based on these problems, the researchers developed a dribbling training model in the new surge soccer club game, Lagan Jaya Dharmasraya. Model development uses the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely, analysis (analyze), design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation), evaluation (evaluation). The five stages were carried out through analysis of training programs, material analysis, and analysis of student characteristics. Then the validation test was carried out by 2 validators (team of experts), the language test and the practicality test by the football coach and 15 players from the new surge soccer club Lagan Jaya Dharmasraya. After the model is categorized as valid and practical, an effectiveness test is then carried out by doing soccer dribbling exercises. The results of the research on the development of the dribbling training model for soccer players U-18 new gelora jaya Dharmasraya in the validity test obtained percentage data with an average of 89.6% categorized as very valid, practicality test by soccer coach with a percentage of 92% and test practicality by players has a percentage of 80% and effectiveness with a percentage of 80% is categorized as effective. The population in this study were all male students of class XII who were at SMA Negeri 2 Bungo with several criteria, so the number of samples in this study were 30 male students of class XII. The instrument in this study was the triple jump test by being given the Jump to Box exercise. The results of the study concluded that there was an effect of jump to box training on the ability to triple jump at SMA Negeri 2 Bungo, with t count (37.12) > t table (1.699) at a significance of 5%. This means that Ha is accepted which explains that there is a positive influence between the jump to box exercise on the triple jumping ability of Bungo 2 Public High School students with a large correlation (r) of 0.99. The data from this study were obtained through interviews with class teachers whose results were supporting data from the main source as well as observations about classroom management.The results of the study show that regarding the teacher's strategy in managing classes in elementary schools, that the homeroom teacher for class IV is good at managing the class, this is evidenced by the condition of the classrooms which are well written and neat. By making the class full of student work and prioritizing student activity during the teaching and learning process, students also take part in maintaining the beauty of the class.
