The problem in this research is whether halal certification and brand image have an influence on increasing consumer trust and promoting Masjef Crispy Banana MSMEs, as well as what the owner's role is in increasing consumer trust. The objectives of this research are: (1) to know and analyze the effect of halal certification in increasing consumer confidence; (2) to explain and analyze the influence of brand image in promotion; and (3) to understand the role of the owner of Masjef Crispy Banana UMKM in increasing consumer trust through halal certification and brand image. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The research results show that halal certification and brand image have a significant effect on increasing consumer trust, with the t-count value of the halal certification variable being 4.963 and the t-count value of the brand image variable being 9.512, which is proven to be greater than the t-table value of 1.673. Furthermore, this research also indicates that the owner of the Crispy Masjef Banana UMKM plays a role in increasing consumer confidence by arranging halal certification and carrying out re-branding according to surveys and market demand, changing from \"Bersama Pisang Horn Masjef\" which uses the main ingredient of banana horns to \"Crispy Banana Masjef\" which uses the main ingredient of kepok banana.","PeriodicalId":482885,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Bisecoman","volume":"15 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140695745","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To date, many people have been affected by rabies, including those in Tomohon City. This research was conducted to analyze the synergy between the government and the community in controlling rabies in Tomohon City. The research design used is qualitative. Research findings show that Tomohon City is one of the cities in Indonesia that is not yet free from rabies. The policies set by the Tomohon City Government have not been able to suppress rabies cases. Weak communication and coordination from related agencies and lack of community support are the main causes. The strategy that needs to be implemented is related to problem solving, the role of government and communication networks. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen border area control over the traffic of animals that transmit rabies, carry out direct outreach and education to the public about the prevention, control and management of rabies, impose sanctions on market traders who still sell meat from animals that transmit rabies without health documents and increase cooperation and coordination between the Subdistrict Government, Subdistrict Government, and related Government Agencies as well as with the Community.","PeriodicalId":482885,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Bisecoman","volume":" 25","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139621823","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The inability of employees to carry out each work program is a reflection of their achievements, performance and service. This research was conducted to determine the performance of employees at the Bahu Village Office, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research design used is qualitative. The research findings show that the performance of employees in the Shoulder sub-district office is generally good in terms of work quality, work quantity, effectiveness, punctuality and work independence. This success cannot be separated from the quality of the employees and the system that has been developed through applicable regulations, the leadership style of the sub-district head and the work culture that has been developed in the Bahu sub-district office. There were also several complaints about employee discipline that still needed to be improved. Therefore, training is needed to increase the capability of officers in serving the community and mastering information technology. In order to increase the quantity of work by employees, it is recommended to create applications for community service. To optimize service time, it is necessary to increase work discipline and to measure performance through monthly or quarterly reports by superiors to sub-district employees so that employee work independence can be seen.","PeriodicalId":482885,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Bisecoman","volume":" 18","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139620840","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data collection process encompassed a comprehensive array of methodologies, including meticulous observation, extensive literature review, thought-provoking questionnaires, meticulous documentation analysis, and insightful interviews. A comprehensive study was conducted, encompassing a sample size of 40 individuals who were selected through the implementation of accidental sampling methodology. The data underwent rigorous analysis employing quantitative methodologies, encompassing assessments of validity and reliability, alongside the application of multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of the study reveal that various factors, namely product diversity, price, and location, exert a noteworthy influence on consumer satisfaction when examined in isolation. The statistical analysis, specifically the t-test, revealed that the coefficients pertaining to all three factors exhibited a noteworthy level of significance (p < 0.05). Moreover, the statistical analysis conducted through the F-test has demonstrated that the combined influence of the three factors under investigation exerts a noteworthy impact on consumer satisfaction, as indicated by the obtained p-value of less than 0.05. The results of the determination test have revealed that the combined influence of the variables under consideration accounts for a substantial portion, specifically 74.2%, of the observed variability in consumer satisfaction.","PeriodicalId":482885,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Bisecoman","volume":"104 7","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135540077","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research findings show that the \"human error\" factor in business management and less innovative product quality are problems currently being faced. The Manado City Government, through Regional Work Units and in collaboration with the Central Government and the Private Sector, has implemented a program to increase entrepreneurial capacity in the form of socialization, training, mentoring, protection and provision of facilities.
