Untuk menjelaskan aturan hukum adat yang berkaitan dengan praktik rujuk dan thalak dan memperkuat hukum islam dalam masyalah perceraian. Permasalahan yang ditemukan peneliti dilapangan adalah masyarakat memiliki beberapa faktor sehingga praktik rujuk dan thalak terkesan tidak penting, yaitu minimnya ekonomi masyarkat, masyarakat hanya mengikuti aturan hukum islam, kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pengetahuan praktik rujuk dan thalak dan secara adminitrasi tidak ada aturan harus ke KUA. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil temuan penelitian dilapangan bahwa pelaksanaan praktik rujuk dan thalak yang diluar pengawasan oleh saksi di masyarakat Pulau Rengas Ulu Kecamatan Bangko Barat Kabupaten Merangin di saksikan oleh tokoh Agama atau toko adat dan pihak keluarga yang bersangkutan dan ada pula yang tidak di saksikan oleh siapapun ketika pihak hendak rujuk setelah thalak. Sedangkan jaminan nafkah seorang anak ada pada ayahnya, ada beberapa dari mereka tidak terpenuhi haknya dikarenakan suami sudah menikah lagi, suami pergi merantau dan tidak bertanggung jawab. Researchers used qualitative analysis techniques to observe the leadership model of the village head at the Ulak Karang Utara sub-district office. The results of research on leadership styles at the Ulak Karang Utara Subdistrict Office in terms of leading, the Lurah at the Ulak Karang Utara Subdistrict Office uses a managerial leadership style. A leader must pay attention to his leadership style when carrying out his duties as a leader. If the employee's leadership style is good, the employee's performance will be good and will increase, and vice versa, if the employee's leadership style is not good, the employee's performance will be bad or even decrease. This research is a quantitative descriptive analysis that tries to show the influence of leadership style on employee performance. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire, while the variables used in this research are the independent variable, namely leadership style (X) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). Kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam suatu pemerintahan Nagari tergantung pada siapa dan bagaimana pemimpin Nagari tersebut memimpin, baik dari gaya kepemimpinannya, pola kepemimpinannya, dan sebagainya. Sejahtera artinya selamat, tenteram, sejahtera, atau tenteram, artinya bebas dari segala macam gangguan dan kesulitan. Kesejahteraan merupakan suatu hal yang ingin dicapai oleh setiap orang, meskipun untuk mencapainya seseorang harus bekerja keras. Kesejahteraan memiliki banyak dimensi. Ya, hal ini bisa dilihat dari dimensi material dan dimensi non material.
