{"title":"Penggunaan Metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC) untuk Pengukuran Kinerja pada UMKM XYZ","authors":"Albert Christian Limbong","doi":"10.31289/jime.v7i2.10026","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31289/jime.v7i2.10026","url":null,"abstract":"UMKM XYZ merupakan sebuah bisnis roti skala kecil yang memiliki potensi pertumbuhan dan beroperasi di sektor makanan.Metode Balance Scorecard digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan empat perspektif utama, yaitu keuangan, pelanggan, proses internal, dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, melalui wawancara dengan pemilik usaha roti, observasi langsung terhadap proses produksi, serta analisis dokumen terkait.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran kinerja UMKM roti menggunakan Balance Scorecard memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang kinerja perusahaan. Perspektif keuangan mencakup indikator seperti pendapatan, laba, dan pengeluaran. Perspektif pelanggan melibatkan indikator seperti tingkat kepuasan pelanggan, jumlah pelanggan baru, dan tingkat retensi pelanggan. Perspektif proses internal mencakup indikator seperti efisiensi produksi, kualitas produk, dan manajemen persediaan. Perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan melibatkan indikator seperti pelatihan karyawan, inovasi produk, dan pengembangan keterampilan.Dengan menggunakan metode Balance Scorecard, UMKM roti dapat mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam berbagai aspek kinerja mereka, serta mengambil tindakan perbaikan yang sesuai. Where before testing the hypothesis, instrument trials and classical assumption tests were first carried out. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling, where all members of the population were used as samples, namely 10 people. The research instrument used was a questionnaire regarding work environment, work stress, job satisfaction and employee performance. Based on the results of the calculations that have been done, it is concluded that the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV.Setia Abadi Kota Samarinda, then the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Tingginya angka ekspor mengakibatkan tingginya tingkat persaingan perusahaan eksportir dalam mendapatkan kepiting segar. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemilihan mitra dan alokasi order optimal dari calon mitra yang terpilih pada produk hasil laut. Hasil analisis AHP diperoleh 4 kriteria dalam pemilihan mitra, yaitu kualitas (0,5351), pengiriman (0,2121), lokasi (0,1234) dan pelayanan (0,0782). Penentuan alokasi order optimal dilakukan dengan model multiple objective linear programming (MOLP). Penyelesaian dilakukan dengan dua skenario, yaitu menggunakan nilai supplier keseluruhan yang diselesaikan dengan LP (skenario 1) dan urutan prioritas kriteria yang diselesaikan dengan MOLP (scenario 2). Hasil scenario 1 dipilih 5 supplier, sedangkan skenario 2 dipilih 6 supplier dengan rangking teratas. Kedai Kopi Gudang Kena yang berlokasi di Gg. Tridaya No. 29, Air Putih, Kec. Samarinda Ulu, Kota Samarinda juga mengandalkan ketepatan waktu dalam penyediaan layanan, serta menyediakan tempat yang nyaman bagi pelanggan untuk berdiskusi maupun berkumpul. Berdasarkan observasi awal, kedai kopi Gudang Kena mengalami penurunan jumlah transaksi selama 3 bulan terakhir dari rata-rata 50 transaksi perhari menjadi 30 transaksi perhari, serta beberapa keluhan seperti kurangnya soundsystem, kurangnya fasilitas hiburan, ruang gerak yang sangat sempit jika ramai pengunjung dan sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam penyajian minuman atau makanan pada saat ramai pengunjung. Untuk melakukan pengukuran kualitas layanan pada Kedai Kopi Gudang Kena digunakan metode SERVQUAL, dan Important Performance Analysis (IPA). Penelitian diawali dengan menyebarkan kuesioner persepsi dan ekspektasi pelanggan yang ditujukan kepada konsumen Kedai Kopi Gudang Kena Samarinda yang setidaknya 2 kali dalam 3 bulan terakhir ke Kedai Kopi Gudang Kena Samarinda. Kuesioner persepsi dan ekspektasi pelanggan digunakan untuk mengukur gap 5 pada pengukuran SERVQUAL. Berdasarkan hasil analisa menggunakan metode SERVQUAL diketahui bahwa pelayanan Kedai Kopi Gudang Kena sudah baik, dengan nilain mean persepsi konsumen sebesar 4,36. Metode IPA digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas perbaikan berdasarkan nilai gap pada tiap dimensi. TCI is a company operating in the construction sector which handles the construction of several projects, one of which is the Tabernacle Church project. In carrying out the project work, several factors/problems arose, resulting in an extension of the project foundation construction stage and increasing the project period and costs. The use of the CPM and PERT methods for implementing the foundation construction of the GKT project using the planned and actual schedules has been able to optimize the work, namely 123 days using the planned schedule and 150 days using the actual schedule. These results have found the critical path, so that by applying the CPM and PERT methods in this project, an estimated schedule can be obtained to speed up the project. The cost difference using the CPM, PERT and CPM-PERT methods for the planned schedule is IDR 304,000,000 (Three Hundred and Four Million Rupiah) , Rp. 264,000,000 (Two Hundred and Sixty Four Million Rupiah) and Rp. 264,000,000 (Two Hundred and Sixty Four Million Rupiah). UD Garuda saat ini belum memiliki pengetahuan dan pertimbangan yang cukup mengenai tata letak fasilitas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari layout optimal bagi UD Garuda. Perancangan layout dilakukan dengan menggunakan Dimensionless Block Diagram (DBD), Automated Layout Design Program (ALDEP), Computerized Relationship Planning (CORELAP), dan Minimum Spanning Tree (MST). Metode yang paling efektif untuk merancang layout di UD Garuda adalah CORELAP, karena menghasilkan total proximity score yang lebih tinggi sebesar 705 dibandingkan dengan metode DBD (697) dan ALDEP (569). Fokus utama dalam pelayanannya adalah pengiriman 15 jam sampai untuk wilayah Jabodetabek dan Bandung serta pengiriman 1 hari sampai untuk kota besar seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Latar belakang penulisan skripsi ini dikarenakan adanya penurunan jumlah konsumen pada PT. XYZ Cabang Kadrie Oening. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai kualitas pelayanan dan juga kepuasan pelanggan PT. XYZ untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh PT. XYZ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Service Quality (SERVQUAL) dan Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Metode SERVQUAL digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan dengan menggunakan gap 5 yaitu menghitung selisih antara persepsi dan ekspektasi dari konsumen. Dan metode CSI digunakan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan dengan kualitas pelayananan yang diberikan oleh PT. XYZ. Untuk pengambilan data dilakukan dengan mambagikan kuesioner kepana konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil Analisa menggunakan metode SERVQUAL diketahui bahwa pelayanan PT. XYZ sudah cukup baik dengan Gap yang didapatkan antara persepsi dan ekspektasi sebesar 0,02. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dan juga ekspektasi dari pelanggan sudah terpenuhi oleh PT. XYZ berdasarkan dengan kuesioner dari 5 dimensi yang ada. Metode CSI digunakan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan dengan kualitas pelayanna yang diberikan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan CSI adalah sebesar 76,24% yang sudah termasuk dalam rentan 66%-80% yang berarti secara keseluruhan konsumen PT. One possible cause of accidents is still ignoring the requirements and regulations in OHS. Lack of awareness and concern for OHS, resulting in the risk of accidents occurring in the loading and unloading process such as blisters on the hands, slipping, and falling objects. In this case the Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) management is required to be implemented during the loading and unloading process because this is also part of the planning and control of the loading and unloading process. To analyze the hazards to OHS risk in this study, the HAZOP (Hazard Analysis and Operability Study) method aims to identify, provide assessments and overcome OHS risk factors. In the process of loading and unloading. Based on the assessment on the Risk Matrix, there are 3 (three) levels of risk levels that have the potential to cause work hazards. The level of risk consists of high risk, medium risk, low risk. The object of the research was pump machine with three phase. Based on obsevations, pumps often experience damage to critical components. This study aims to implement preventive maintenance on pump. The advantage of using preventive maintenance can determine the optimal type of maintence and maintenance time intervals for each critical component. The research stages include determining the probability density function (pdf) and reliability, determining the maintenance interval for critical component using the downtime minimization criteria that will be used to schedule maintenance and determining the cost of corrective and preventive for each critical component. The result of the application of preventive maintenance, there were three component that experienced a decrease in maintenance costs, namely the electromotor component experiencing a 23,7% cost reduction with a 52% reliability level, the radial bearing component experiencing a cost reduction by 24% with a reliability level of 66,64% and the impeller component experiencing a decrease 19,5% cost with a 69% reliability rate.
