{"title":"铝硅涂层钢摆动激光填丝焊接接头组织和性能","authors":"许伟 Xu Wei, 张旭志 Zhang Xuzhi, 陶武 Tao Wu, 张家志 Zhang Jiazhi, 杨上陆 Yang Shanglu","doi":"10.3788/cjl230498","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3788/cjl230498","url":null,"abstract":"采用摆动激光填丝焊接Al?Si涂层22MnB5钢,研究摆动频率对焊接接头的组织和力学性能的影响。并与常规激光自熔焊接(LW)进行对比,讨论摆动激光填丝焊接(OLFW)工艺对δ?铁素体的抑制作用。结果表明,LW焊缝表面出现下凹,而OLFW工艺能够改善焊缝成形,并降低焊缝中α?铁素体的含量。当摆动频率为200 Hz时,α?铁素体的体积分数最低(11.51%)。高含量的α?铁素体造成LW接头的平均硬度、抗拉强度、延伸率分别降低至392 HV、1440 MPa、1.92%。与LW相比,热冲压前摆动激光填丝焊接样品2(OLFW2)焊缝中Al的平均含量(质量分数)由2.16%降低至1.38%。热冲压后OLFW2接头的平均硬度、抗拉强度、延伸率分别提高至471 HV、1561 MPa、3.1%,分别提高了20.2%、8.4%、61.5%。焊缝中α?铁素体的形成和不均匀分布是造成LW和OLFW2接头断裂在焊缝的主要原因。","PeriodicalId":47922,"journal":{"name":"CHINESE JOURNAL OF LASERS-ZHONGGUO JIGUANG","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135104407","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"物理与天体物理","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
