However, various new types of traffic and heterogeneous network architecture make it quite challenging to evaluate the quality of service, such as delay and reliability. Therefore, a novel analysis method is needed to solve this situation. Network calculus is a theory used to analyze the queueing problems in networks, which is the main content to be taught in this graduate course. Before network calculus theory is introduced, the classical queueing theory will be taught. Then, the mathematical fundamentals of network calculus, such as min-plus algebra and cumulative arrival/service process, will be introduced. Next, two branches of network calculus, i.e., deterministic network calculus and stochastic network calculus, will be introduced separately, including the definition of deterministic/stochastic arrival curve and service curve, as well as important theorems, such as delay theorem, flow aggregation theorem, server concatenation theorem. After the theoretical knowledge, practical content will be taught in two parts. First, students are encouraged to establish system models based on their graduate research topics, analyze the service guarantee of their models, and present their work in class. Second, a traffic data collection platform will be taught, and students will collect various traffic data and analyze traffic characteristics based on network calculus theory. The primary impetus behind this research endeavor was to enhance comprehension and comprehensively examine the responsibilities and impact of middle leaders within educational institutions. This article presents a comprehensive approach to process management for undergraduate thesis (design) based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept. The OBE concept emphasizes enhancing students' goal achievement abilities by strengthening the monitoring of task completion quality and evaluating goal attainment at each stage. The approach encompasses four key stages: topic selection, guidance process, evaluation methods, and thesis defense. Lastly, the effectiveness of this approach will be discussed. Since the implementation of the Double Reduction Policy, parents' children's educational anxiety has shown new characteristics.In order to understand the current situation of family education anxiety after the implementation of the Double Reduction Policy and to analyze the characteristics of parents' anxiety with different Demography characteristics, a self-designed questionnaire was used to distribute questionnaires and collect data through the questionnaire star platform. We randomly select some parents of primary and secondary schools in Hailar, Chifeng, and Tongliao as the survey subjects for testing. We investigated the parents' view of the Double Reduction Policy, the impact of the Double Reduction Policy on families, and the level of family education anxiety in three dimensions and used the online platform SPSSUA (Version 22.0) to conduct data analysis. Among the 364 households surveyed, about 56% of parents admitted to having children's educational anxiety. There were significant differences in the three dimensions of the survey between the two groups with different self-awareness. Five factors, including children's academic years, academic performance ranking status, type of family location, average monthly income level of families, and parents' weekly work hours, impact group anxiety.
