The pre construction stage requires careful planning, from site selection to market analysis, while engineering design ensures structural integrity and functional efficiency. Efficient project organization, procurement, and on-site management, as well as strict quality control, are crucial during the construction phase. The focus of the post construction phase is debugging, seamless handover, and continuous facility operation and maintenance. Overall, by adopting comprehensive technical management, the safe and efficient construction of high-rise buildings has been ensured, meeting functional and aesthetic requirements while considering environmental protection.","PeriodicalId":476071,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"22 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140498930","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study investigates the short-term impact of the environmental protection fee-to-tax policy on corporate investment efficiency using a generalized difference-in-differences approach. The results indicate that the implementation of the environmental protection fee-to-tax policy significantly suppresses corporate investment efficiency in the short term and increases firms' inefficient investment. Furthermore, it is found that the policy exacerbates the problem of corporate overinvestment, whereas its impact on underinvestment is not significant. After conducting robustness tests by substituting the dependent variables, the conclusion remains valid. Subsequent heterogeneity analysis was conducted, differentiating between state-owned controlling enterprises and non-state-owned controlling enterprises based on the proportion of state capital, compared to state-owned controlling enterprises, the impact of the policy is more significant on non-state-owned controlling enterprises; Additionally, the policy effects across different economic regions of China were analyzed, revealing that the policy's effect is most significant in the eastern region, significant in the western region, but not significant in the central region. The conclusions of this study further enrich the empirical evidence of the micro-effects of environmental regulation, extending the research on the effects of the environmental fee-to-tax policy, and also provide suggestions for policymakers to formulate effective market-incentive-based environmental regulatory policies.","PeriodicalId":476071,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"130 1-2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140497987","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The benchmark regression results show that the implementation of the \"One Belt and One Road\" policy significantly reduces the financing constraints of enterprises supported by the policy. After controlling for possible endogeneity problems by using the placebo test, this conclusion still holds. In addition, this paper also conducts grouping tests according to the industry characteristics of enterprises, and the results show that the mitigation effect of the \"One Belt and One Road\" policy on the financing constraints of enterprises is more significant in the high-tech industry. The analysis of the action mechanism shows that, on the one hand, compared with the enterprises not affected by the policy, the enterprises supported by the policy have more external financing and bank borrowing increments; on the other hand, compared with the enterprises not affected by the policy, the enterprises supported by the policy have lower bank borrowing financing costs and corporate bond financing costs, and more tax benefits. The study shows that the implementation of the \"One Belt and One Road\" policy mainly reduces corporate financing constraints through two channels: financing sources and operating costs. This finding not only helps to expand the research framework of macroeconomic policy and micro-enterprise behavior, but also has certain enlightenment for the in-depth understanding of the economic effects of the \"Belt and Road\" policy and the follow-up reform.","PeriodicalId":476071,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"5 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140499015","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the process of globalization, the dissemination and exchange of cultures not only facilitate mutual understanding among countries but also play an irreplaceable role in promoting the prosperity and development of world cultural diversity. Cultural communication plays multiple roles in the context of globalization. It helps break geographical and linguistic barriers, promoting the blending and innovation of different cultures. It also plays a key role in international relations, economic development, and social progress. The widespread recognition of a nation's cultural traditions and values through dissemination is vital for enhancing national image and international influence. How to protect and promote the uniqueness of local cultures in the tide of globalization, maintaining self-identity while being open and inclusive, is an important issue at hand. Therefore, by strengthening international cultural exchanges and cooperation, preserving and inheriting local cultural characteristics, and using modern media technology to innovate in cultural communication, we can better play the role of cultural communication in the context of globalization, promoting the diversity and prosperity of world cultures.","PeriodicalId":476071,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"74 7-8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140499054","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This provides a novel approach for researching the perceived tourist image of national archaeological site parks. This study employs network text analysis to investigate the perceived tourist image of the Xiongjiazong National Archaeological Site Park. It collects network reviews from tourism websites such as Ctrip Travel, Dianping, and Mafengwo about the Xiongjiazong National Archaeological Site Park. The study utilizes rostcm software for frequency analysis, semantic network analysis, and sentiment analysis to explore tourists' preferences for the archaeological site park. Simultaneously, it analyzes tourists' perceptions of the Xiongjiazong National Archaeological Site Park from four aspects: archaeological culture, park environment, park facilities, and management services. Four conclusions are drawn: firstly, \"Chema Zhen\" is the most direct and profound cognition of the park by tourists, aligning with the park's theme; secondly, expressions like \"worth seeing,\" \"shocking,\" and \"spectacular\" signify high satisfaction among tourists regarding the site's landscapes; thirdly, overall, tourists tend to have a more positive attitude towards visiting; fourthly, the rich archaeological culture, serene and beautiful park environment, awe-inspiring Chema Zhen, comprehensive and interesting park facilities, patient and meticulous service attitude, digital design, and immersive experience have left a favorable impression on tourists. Finally, this paper proposes corresponding strategies to enrich the display of cultural relics, improve the park environment, enhance promotional efforts, refine park facilities, and optimize management services.","PeriodicalId":476071,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"29 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140498829","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
