The Healthy Growth Card (KMS) serves as an instrument for growth monitoring, particularly related to nutritional status. Growth disturbances, such as malnutrition due to both nutritional deficiencies and excesses, can be detected early by plotting weight on the KMS. Websites are a form of internet marketing and an effective part of digital marketing for disseminating information and promoting products. This research aims to create a prototype for digital marketing electronic Growth Chart (e-KMS). The research employs the software system development method using the Prototype model. The prototype is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and case tools. The digital marketing prototype is a website-based platform with capabilities for promoting and registering online at the Polytechnic Institute of Jember (Polije) Daycare, as well as serving as a Communication Information and Education (CIE) medium for assessing and monitoring the nutritional status of children in the form of e-KMS. Program coding is needed to make the prototype usable as a digital marketing tool for e-KMS, enabling the monitoring of children's growth to be implemented in childcare institutions.","PeriodicalId":475326,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Health and Information System","volume":"5 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139525177","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These measurements fall within the threshold (Z-Score) <-2 SD to -3 SD (short/stunted) and <-3 SD (highly short). Per the 2024 target established by the president, the frequency of stunting can be reduced to 14%. It has been demonstrated that there are still dietary disorders, particularly in the vulnerable age group, namely toddlers in Kemuning Lor Village. In 2018, there were still 33 toddlers with nutritional status disorders, including 24 toddlers (19.7%) with overnutrition, 5 toddlers (4.1%) with undernutrition, and 4 toddlers (3.2%) with malnutrition. Smart Systems is a subfield of Computer Science that focuses on developing competent methods inspired by natural events to address various complicated problems in the real world, including the health realm; early detection of stunting. This study aimed to develop an early detection method for nutritional status and stunting based on anthropometric standards in toddlers in Kemuning Lor Village, which is anticipated to aid cadres or the community in overcoming nutritional status and stunting in toddlers.","PeriodicalId":475326,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Health and Information System","volume":"14 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139536370","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The electronic medical record (EMR) is the product of medical record information technology development. Electronic health records and other health information systems have the potential to be useful tools for raising the caliber and efficacy of clinical interventions aimed at reducing tobacco consumption. Electronic medical records are used by doctors, clinics, and health care organizations to track patient smoking cessation outcomes and as a smoking cessation support tool. Thirteen papers from the Google Schoolar database and the reference lists of the included research were used in the review. We looked for research that was written between 2010 and 2020. Overall, these trials discovered that only slight benefits were made by several doctor-recommended therapies related to tobacco use. Following modifications to electronic medical records intended to speed up the collection and management of tobacco use during medical visits, there seems to have been a rise in the documentation of tobacco status and referrals for cessation counseling. To maximize the potential of EMRs for extra therapeutic advantages and smoking cessation in hospital settings, more research is required.","PeriodicalId":475326,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Health and Information System","volume":"15 10","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139536395","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Companies or industries that use machines in their work processes have the potential to cause a physical hazard. One of the physical hazards is noise. Noise exposure can have an impact on employee health, namely hearing loss. A decrease in hearing threshold values can cause communication disorders and concentration problems. Variables of sound intensity, period of work, age, and disease history can influence the reduction in hearing threshold values. The results of a preliminary study on workers at PT. X indicates the sound intensity is above the threshold value, namely 86dB and 16.6% of workers experience hearing loss. The aim of this research is to determine the factors related to the hearing threshold values of workers at PT. X. The methodology in this research uses a cross-sectional approach. This study had 30 workers as samples using total sampling techniques. The results showed that the sound intensity factors (ρ = 0.030) and disease history (ρ = 0.013) were related to the hearing threshold value. Meanwhile, the factors of work experience (ρ = 0.704) and age (ρ = 1.000) are not related to the hearing threshold value. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between sound intensity and history of illness with the hearing threshold value of workers at PT. X.","PeriodicalId":475326,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Health and Information System","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135209417","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
