Intervensi yang dapat diberikan salah satunya dengan terapi kognitif perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi kognitif perilaku secara daring terhadap penurunan gejala gangguan depresi sedang distress cemas. Penelitian ini menggunakan single-case design. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang mahasiswa berusia 22 tahun yang mengalami episode depresi sedang dengan distress cemas. Penelitian ini menggunakan asesmen, yaitu metode observasi, wawancara, dan tes psikologi. Gejala depresi diukur menggunakan Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II) dan gejala kecemasan diukur menggunakan Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI). Peneliti menentukan baseline kondisi psikologis partisipan sebagai dasar penentuan intervensi. Terapi kognitif perilaku secara online diberikan kepada partisipan dalam enam sesi intervensi, yang terdiri atas formulasi masalah, penangkapan pikiran, pengujian realita, penghentian pikiran negatif, dan pemantauan aktivitas (activity monitoring). Masalah ini merupakan manifestasi dari rasa cemas dan upaya penghindaran dari situasi atau peristiwa yang menimbulkan stres. Perlu adanya upaya untuk menangani permasalahan ini sehingga tidak menjadi faktor risiko gangguan mental di masa dewasa. Sebuah studi kasus tunggal dilakukan untuk menguji efektivitas terapi bermain kognitif-perilaku berbasis permainan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan koping anak dengan school refusal. Asesmen dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan tes psikologi. Terdapat delapan sesi terapi yang diberikan kepada anak dan orangtua. Hasilnya menunjukkan perubahan pada sikap dan perilaku partisipan anak dalam menghadapi stresor sekolah. Selain keterampilan relaksasi, partisipan mampu beraktivitas kembali di sekolah dan mau berinteraksi dengan temannya. Partisipannya ialah seorang anak berusia 4 tahun yang mengalami gangguan perkembangan bahasa. Program intervensi EMT diberikan selama dua bulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh episodic future thinking terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan. Episodic Future Thinking (EFT), yakni memproyeksikan diri ke masa depan untuk merasakan peristiwa di masa depan. EFT ini telah digunakan pada beberapa penelitian sebelumnya untuk meningkatkan perilaku peduli lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-experimental dengan bentuk one-group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini melibatkan 17 partisipan berusia emerging adulthood (18-25 tahun) yang diperoleh dengan teknik incidental sampling menggunakan e-flyer. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan preservation scales dari brief version of Environmental Attitude Inventory (EAI-24) dan 7-point rating scale phenomenological features of episodic future thinking. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai signifikan p=0,001 dan nilai Z sebesar -3,446. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh episodic future thinking terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan. Korban kekerasan berpotensi memiliki gangguan psikologis, salah satunya yaitu post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas Cognitive Behavior Therapy pada individu dengan Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) korban kekerasan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan single subject design. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini merupakan seorang perempuan yang pernah mengalami kekerasan dari suaminya. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan tes psikologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cognitive behaviour therapy berpengaruh terhadap penurunan rasa cemas dan takut serta mengubah distorsi kognitif mengenai sumber ketakutan. The aim of the study is to examine the validity of the writing therapy module “TM3”. This module is designed so that parents can use it to train and improve the attention-focusing abilities of children with ADHD & Autism through writing therapy. Participants involved in this study consisted of 5 clinical psychologists, 5 occupational therapists and 42 parents of children diagnosed with ADHD and Autism, all of which were recruited through a semi-online survey. Validation includes two processes, namely: content validation and empirical validation. The results of the validation of the content of the module are 0.827 and the readability validation is 0.833 (v> 0.5) with a good validity category. In testing the empirical validity based on responses from 42 participants, the reliability value (r11) = 0.787 was included in the high category. There is a need to reduce depression’s symptoms in such ways so that the burden can be reduced. An intervention called Hypnotic Guided Imagery (HGI) was purposed to address this problem. Previously, HGI has been proven to be effective as a therapy to decrease depressive symptoms towards people with depression. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of HGI in virtual setting as a psychotherapy substitute for individuals with depressive disorders. This study employs an experimental methodology and a control group with a pretest-posttest design. Participants included up to 10 Indonesians that suffers from depression that was diagnosed earlier by doctors. They were split into intervention and control groups and the PANAS-X and PHQ-9 were given to the participants before and after intervention as an instrument to test the efficacy of HGI. Hypothetically, HGI has the capability to decrease depressive symptoms among people with depression. Proven, HGI has an effect on both the reduction of some unpleasant emotions and the enhancement of other positive ones. Berbagai studi telah dilakukan untuk menemukan cara intervensi meningkatkan koping stres. Multiple Stress Management Intervention (MSMI) merupakan suatu desain intervensi kelompok yang telah dikembangkan untuk mahasiswa di Iran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas MSMI pada mahasiswa Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain single-case dan melibatkan enam mahasiswa (usia rata-rata = 19,8). Screening awal dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi pra-intervensi, kemudian intervensi pelatihan sebanyak 6 sesi diberikan untuk menguji perubahan kondisi partisipan (A-B-A’). Coping Response Inventory diberikan untuk mengukur tingkat koping stres partisipan sebelum, saat, dan setelah intervensi. Studi ini menunjukkan efektivitas intervensi terhadap coping stres mahasiswa.
