These processes are controlled by the nervous system and subordinate to the mental functions of the individual. Taking this into account, the problem of mental disorders becomes relevant at the current state of the development of society, where external circumstances, in particular, rapid transformational processes in the economic and social spheres of society, as well as the exacerbation of political conflicts, influence the formation and deepening of negative mental properties in the population. In this regard, the purpose of the research work was to determine the characteristics of external driving factors that lead to the development of destructive neoplasm in the mental activity of an individual, as well as to identify internal determinants that provoke violations in the behavioural and cognitive-emotional spheres of a person. At the same time, it became important to determine modern ways of supporting the mental health of an individual to ensure the process of restoring his/her social and psychological ties in society. The basis of the theoretical-methodological approach was the qualitative analytical research methods of studying the problem of mental disorders of the personality and the substantive analysis of psychotherapeutic assistance in the treatment of mental disorders. The research paper presents data that reflect the current state of the problem of mental disorders of the personality in the global space, highlight their aetiology and describe effective approaches to combating them. The main approaches to understanding managerial competence (as the ability and readiness for effective managerial activity) are singled out, its professional and personal profile, technologies of its formation and development are presented, based on the analysis of which a comprehensive approach is proposed, reflected in the developed structural-processual model of the formation of managerial competence of managers of institutions of general secondary education.
 The structural components of this model are demonstrated: the goal, content blocks, vectors of formative influence, key competencies and personal attributes of the head of the institutions of general secondary education, indicators of the formation of managerial competence, as well as the phasing of this process. The coping strategies specific to each group were listed. It was found that there are certain achievements and limitations in the use of coping strategies by military amputees. The history of formation, definitions of terms and factors that form their basis are highlighted.
 The author analyzes the similarities and differences between these concepts and provides their correlation, namely, resilience is a descriptive term and is understood as a process that includes experiencing significant difficulties (misfortune can be realized in many different ways) and a positive outcome despite adversity (e.g., avoiding psychological disorder, positive competence in various life tasks); while hardiness is an explanatory term - an individual psychological quality that contributes to and helps explain resilience.
 It has been determined that many factors can contribute to resilience, but when it comes to internal factors of a person, resilience is the key element.The article analyzes the concepts of \"psychological resilience\", \"hardiness \", \"vitality\" in the Ukrainian-language literature. The concept of work self-efficacy allows comparing different types of jobs or occupations, which makes it useful for research in an organizational context. Work self-efficacy is defined as a person's belief in their ability to successfully perform work tasks. The problem of work self-efficacy and its effects on subjective well-being in the conditions of war is a topical issue. At the same time, it remains unexplored in Ukrainian psychology, in particular, in the context of educational organizations.
 It has been found that educators have low confidence in their ability to successfully perform tasks related to their work. It has been shown that work self-efficacy has a positive correlation with staff's overall subjective well-being and its components (psychological well-being, physical well-being and health, and relationships). The expediency of studying the phenomenon of professional psychological well-being of educators based on the eudanomic approach, according to which the phenomenon as a result of a person's experience of successes or achievements in the professional sphere is an important component of the psychological well-being of the individual as a whole, is substantiated. Based on the model of psychological well-being of K. Riff, modified taking into account the specifics of the professional activity of educators, indicators of their professional psychological well-being are determined (self-acceptance as a specialist in the field of education; professional and personal growth; goals of professional activity and development; positive relations with other subjects of educational activity; management of the educational environment; professional self-determination and autonomy, etc.). Three groups of factors of the professional psychological well-being of educators have been characterized at the macro- (levels of society), meso- (levels of the educational organization) and micro-levels (levels of individuals). Specific features of psychological support for the professional psychological well-being of educators in today's crisis conditions, caused by the state of war, at the level of management of an educational organization, the level of professional interaction, and the level of personality are determined.
