This condition is a problem for people who want to grow ornamental plants. During the pandemic, the trend of ornamental plants is on the rise in the market. Therefore, the presence of an innovative Plant.et product in the form of plant hampers consisting of terraplanter baby tears that apply hydraulic planting technology by growing outside the terraplanter tube without using soil planting media and QR code system. The purpose of this innovation is to be a solution to the problem of reducing green land, developing unique and superior businesses based on post-pandemic technology.The method of implementation on Plant.et product is carried out by determining product design, product quality testing, determining product uniqueness and excellence, market surveys, and marketing strategies. The results showed that Plant.et products are in great demand among teenagers with a female gender and has been sale more 100 pcs. The advantages and uniqueness of Plant.et product in the form of a hydraulic plant outside the terraplanter tube with a QR code system packed with hampers. Business activities can play a role in increasing income, but also in various business structures in society. Entrepreneurship can also be the development of an interest in creativity and the courage to take risks for the work done in order to achieve the best results. Activities can be carried out properly by changing the pattern of exposure, namely by doing a more in-depth explanation. This community service activity is aimed at high school students and female students. It is hoped that by holding this activity it will be able to increase the interest of students in applying the entrepreneurship knowledge they got at school. The activity is carried out through online media zoom but still does not reduce the quality of the presentation where the presentation of introductory material about entrepreneurship in the tourism sector is made as active as possible by starting with an explanation about entrepreneurship and then continuing by giving several examples of entrepreneurial activities in the tourism sector to make it easier for students to get material. Therefore, a thorough and detailed learning pattern is needed for Accounting teaching staff. To achieve this, it is necessary to grow the role of emotional intelligence of accounting educators in order to further motivate students to continue studying complex accounting knowledge. In addition, students are also expected to continue to adapt and be willing to learn to develop themselves, have strong competitiveness, as well as be able to think logically and critically. Lastly, they are also expected to keep abreast of technological developments and the digital world in order to be able to apply them in the field of accounting (Accounting as a STEM – Science Technology Engineering Mathematics Subject). From the calculation of the correlation coefficient between the survey results for the level of emotional intelligence of educators and the results of observations of all students through the average value of the assignments obtained; it is revealed that there is a relationship rate of 54.9%. In its daily practice, shoe distributor companies have not implemented the IT Security Policy properly. Then the Community Service program is carried out with the aim of enforcing the established information security policy. The method is in the form of exposing material to shoe distributor companies regarding the importance of having and implementing an IT Security Policy, especially an IT Security Policy on Hardware. The implementation of the program was carried out in two major stages, namely the pre-implementation stage where the research team received data on company problems, conducted an analysis of these problems, prepared presentation materials/materials and the implementation stage where the PKM implementing team coordinated and executed the PKM material presentation activities. The presentation of the material was carried out face to face at the Head Office of the shoe distributor company. The activity began with an opening &amp; introductory session, followed by presentation of material, which was divided into five major topics, namely explanation of system security, explanation of Policy, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines, explanation of Sample Template Policy, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines, explanation of Hardware security, and explanation of company Case Study. Then, the activity continued in the question-and-answer session and after that continued with the evaluation activities carried out by filling out the Google feedback link in the program implementation form for the participants. This is also related to the stages of adolescent development, which is why there is a need for sex education from an early age. Furthermore, the need for exposure to knowledge about love adolescents to avoid the increasing number of pregnancies at an early age. This service activity aims to educate adolescents about romance, sexuality, and dating styles involving 187 students at SMA Charitas, namely 61 class X participants, 63 class XI participants, and 63 class XII participants. This service uses a psychoeducational approach. The result of this activity is a discussion about the development of adolescents, who are often trapped in free sex or free marriage. This is due to the existence of two influencing factors, external and internal. Internal factors are factors that originate within the teenager himself, such as knowledge, attitude toward sexuality, self-control, lifestyle, social activity, age, and religion/spirituality. External factors originate from outside the adolescent, such as family relationships, social media exposure, values, social culture, and norms that serve as social support for adolescent behavior. The obstacle currently encountered is due to a gap in strategic concept even though the mastery and purchasing power of technology implementation has been carried out, one of which is in terms of implementing the use of communication via social media platforms. Currently there is little academic research and theory that discusses the use of social media for non-profit humanitarian organizations, such as the Indonesian Bible Institute (LAI). LAI is a member of the United Bible Societies, an organization that oversees hundreds of national Bible Societies which are active in translation, production and distribution of the Bible throughout the world, including in Indonesia. Currently the LAI social media team has several social media, such as: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Therefore, there is a need for a more integrated strategy using the concept of integrated marketing communications. One of the uses of social media in non-profit organizations or services based on religious beliefs is that apart from being a medium for disseminating information, it is also used to raise funds or distribute donations. On the one hand, the communication community can easily get the information they need, on the other hand the communication community is now productively creating various information content needed by the community. This seminar is intended to make young people aware, that there is an opportunity for them to democratically convey news to others in the concept of citizen journalism. This seminar was attended by 89 participants from SMA Budi Mulia. The theme of the seminar was citizen journalism as an expression of the democratic attitude of people. Citizen journalism is a form of community-based journalistic activity, because it has basic characteristics, such as: participatory, community-based, fact-based information, being an alternative media, socially oriented non-profit, and driven by internet-based social media. On the one hand, the characters can provide various alternative sources of information for the audience, but on the other hand, these characters provide a wide space for public duping, hoaxes, and hate speech. In order to balance the very strong character of information based on freedom, it is necessary to apply various ethical principles in collecting and sharing news in citizen journalism. The ethical principles include: accurate, balanced, fair, complete, objective and clear. By upholding ethical principles, citizen journalism is not only considered an alternative media for information, but also the main media in the process of educating the public. Even more so when it is associated with the prolonged impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This can further make employees anxious to continue working. Business conditions in this case also become a determining factor. In addition, internal and external problems experienced by employees can also be an additional factor in forming anxiety to continue working which in the long run can create stress at a certain level. These things were used as the background for the initial situation analysis as a detector of partner problems, namely employees working at Azalea's Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Depok. The implementing team then determined the method of Community Service activities to be carried out, namely counseling. This PkM activity was held on March 8-9, 2023, face to face on the spot. During the material bidding process, activities went well and smoothly. Based on the results of the feedback obtained from the 32 participants who took part, the participants felt that this PkM activity provided additional knowledge for the participants, especially regarding stress management. In addition, the participants also felt that the topics raised and presented to the participants matched the participants' needs in recognizing stress to managing stress in the workplace. The participants also felt that the activities provided were sufficient in terms of implementation time.
