If the meaning of the translation can be roughly understood in a limited field of some specific languages, it can be said that it has not reached the level of correctly expressing the meaning of the original text in all fields of all languages. Computer assisted translation technology has been widely developed as a viable alternative to machine translation. Interactive machine translation technology is one of the feasible models. In order to verify the feasibility of computer-aided translation in foreign language translation, this technology has been widelyused. Optimization algorithm based on human-computer interaction, this paper tests the translation accuracy and speed of computer-aided foreign language translation and traditional translation under different sentences (words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs). The test results show that the translation accuracy of computer-aided foreign language translation optimization algorithm based on human-computer interaction is higher than that of traditional translation under words, phrases, sentences and paragraphs, and the translation accuracy is more than 96%, while the highest accuracy of traditional translation is only 94.38%; In terms of translation speed, human-computer interaction translation is still faster, reaching 4.41 sentences / second. There is interactive information in man-machine operation interface, including manipulating objects and information points, integrating interactive information units, using knowledge element to process interactive information in robot operation interface to obtain information fusion set, and processing and processing interactive information. The information fusion set collected the basic information of the operator in many aspects, calculated the basic elements of the measurement information, calculated the entropy value by the algorithm, combined with different weight values, and calculated the fusion value comprehensively by adding the weighted values. By analyzing the influence of load period fluctuation on motor performance, a feedforward compensation control strategy is proposed. Firstly, the influence of load period fluctuation on motor torque and speed is studied by establishing the mathematical model of motor. Then, a feedforward compensation controller based on load period fluctuations is designed to offset the torque and speed fluctuations caused by load fluctuations. Finally, the effectiveness of the control strategy in reducing the influence of load fluctuation on motor performance is verified by simulation experiments. The experimental results show that the torque and speed fluctuation of the motor are significantly reduced by using the feedforward compensation control strategy, and the stability and performance of the motor are improved. First, LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) is used to form the user topic feature matrix and calculate user review similarity. Secondly, the ALBERT(A Lite Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers) model and BiLSTM(Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory) neural network are used to mine users' emotional tendencies in item review texts, improve the user rating table, and calculate user rating similarity. Next, the user review similarity and user rating similarity are combined to obtain the final user similarity and predict the user's rating for the item. Finally, experiments were conducted on the Douban Film Review dataset.
