Uneven availability of sports facilities, sports equipment, etc. leads to a deterioration of the conditions of the educational process. The search for methods of managing the sports infrastructure of universities that allow adaptive use of the resources of physical culture and sports activities allows us to solve this problem. The article discusses changes in the classical risk model in conditions when insurance services are purchased. In order to reduce the risks of customers, a step-by-step scheme for selecting a supplier of goods, works, and services is proposed, which allows you to adjust the input parameters of the requirements for potential contractors. The work examines in detail the current methods for generating risk profiles and describes their main advantages and disadvantages. The analysis of the subjects’ needs in cultural development is an important tool for the formation of cultural policy in the region, and allows to meet the needs of the population in various aspects of cultural life. As a result, an indicative and substantive analysis was conducted, in the course of which a set of indicators was developed: the number of theater and museum spectators, the share of urban population in the total population, the average age of the population, the average wage level, the number of library events and the number of cultural and leisure organizations. In addition, an analysis of the selected indicators for the year 2020 was conducted, which will help in assessing the current situation in the field of cultural development of the population in each region: it included an analysis of the schedule and actual data on the dynamics and characteristics of the selected indicators in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The obtained data can be used for clustering of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the context of the considered need. An important task is to develop a system of indicators of the level of logistics services and their forecasting. This article provides a step-by-step method for developing a way to track, analyze and predict logistics service level indicators. Modeling was carried out with subsequent comparison of the obtained models, as well as checking the suitability of the model. The results obtained determined the current and planned (projected) indicators, which makes it possible to adequately assess the prospects for the further development of the company.
