To achieve the \"Healthy China 2030\" goal, it is particularly important to prevent the occurrence of cancer. Liver precancerous lesions are an important period that needs to be experienced in the evolution of liver cancer, and preventing the formation of precancerous lesions is a key step in the prevention and treatment of liver cancer. Different from Western medicine for the treatment of causes and the characteristics of large side effects of Western medicine, Chinese medicine pays attention to the holistic concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and strives to prevent diseases before they occur, and prevent changes from existing diseases, so it has unique advantages in the treatment of difficult diseases. In recent years, the prevention and treatment of liver precancerous lesions by traditional Chinese medicine has attracted more and more attention. In this paper, by reviewing relevant literature, combing the etiology and pathogenesis of liver precancerous lesions, the application and research of single flavor Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine compound, acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of liver precancerous lesions are summarized as follows.","PeriodicalId":472910,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135212137","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of nursing interventions grounded in the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF) framework in ameliorating dysphagia among stroke patients. A randomized controlled trial was employed, and stroke patients with dysphagia were recruited from Sir Run Run hospital. The control group was treated with general swallowing-related rehabilitation. The intervention group, formulated in accordance with the ICF framework and built upon the foundation of the control group, entailed a comprehensive evaluation process and personalized care strategies tailored to address dysphagia management. 80 stroke patients were enrolled in the study. After 4 weeks or 8 weeks, the intervention group based on the ICF framework led to a statistically significant improvement in Water Swallow Test (WST) scores (P<0.05) and Standardized Swallowing Assessment (SSA) scores (P<0.05). Nursing interventions aligned with the ICF framework have demonstrated efficacy in ameliorating dysphagia among stroke patients. The implementation of comprehensive assessments and tailored care plans based on the ICF approach can be a valuable strategy to enhance dysphagia management and overall patient outcomes in the stroke population.","PeriodicalId":472910,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135211355","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Forty patients with breast cancer admitted to First People's Hospital of Nantong from April 2023 to August 2023 were selected. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group underwent surgery using a high-frequency electric knife, while the experimental group underwent surgery using a monopolar low-temperature plasma knife. The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared, including operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative 24-hour drainage volume, duration of axillary drainage tube placement, intraoperative incidence of secondary vascular injury, postoperative wound healing, and incidence of postoperative complications. Results were as follows. The operative time and duration of axillary drainage tube placement in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, P<0.05. The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative 24-hour drainage volume in the experimental group were less than those in the control group, P<0.05. The experimental group had a lower incidence of intraoperative secondary vascular injury than the control group, P<0.05. The postoperative wound healing in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, P<0.05. The experimental group had a lower incidence of postoperative complications than the control group, P<0.05. It is concluded that the application of a monopolar low-temperature plasma knife in breast cancer-modified radical mastectomy can simplify the surgical procedure, reduce operative time and intraoperative blood loss, facilitate early removal of drainage tubes, shorten the tube retention time, improve patients' quality of life, and is worthy of adoption and application.","PeriodicalId":472910,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"93 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135212131","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
