Troublesomeness of the crisis is a permanent fixture in any philosophy of historical time. An author sees a social reality as flows of social practices with their sym-bolic and material effects and assumptions, in the same breath. The subject of his considera-tions are selected representative theories and ideologies of “crisis” with their assumptions pertinent to philosophies of time and time politics. Considerations of the author refer to the semantic struggles in the field of “crisis” sociology. This directive should have been transposed into Polish law (in the form of statutory, regulatory and administrative provisions) by December 17, 2021. Nowadays motorizing plays essential role in functioning of a significant part of society. It increases living comfort and money-making abilities. The legislator bearing in mind the importance of owning a vehicle allows to be a driver also for people with mental disorders. The purpose of the article is to draw attention to the glaring discrepancy between the importance of medical examinations, with particular reference to driver candidates with diseases which symptom is loss of consciousness, and the public perception of importance of these examination. The article presents the procedure of obtaining a driving license, with particular emphasis on the role of medical examination in this procedure. Administrative jurisdiction without implementers would exist only in the sphere of theory (law), and since it is a practice, it is reflected in the lens of weakness inherent in both its object and subjects (implementers and addressees). Man as the addressee of administrative activities and the one who exercises judicial competences was the point of analysis from various perspectives and in relation to various legal provisions. In the face of numerous changes taking place around us, wanted or forced by the pandemic, crisis or simply obvious civilization changes, we see the challenges faced by public administration and administrative justice, officials, judges and management staff of public institutions, the implementation of which will have an impact on the attitude of officials, judges, on the work they perform, and, as a result, on the public perception of offices, administrative bodies and administrative courts. No monographic position in this approach has been found, either on the Polish or international market. It is a valuable supplement to the titles in the field of security research appearing on the publishing market.The thematic area covered includes early warning systems and personal security. It may also constitute a contribution to in-depth scientific considerations in the area of information impacts. Some fragments of the analyzed monograph may allow us to explore the mechanisms of information wars or propaganda mechanisms. This topic can be useful in many areas, the most recent of which is the experience from the war between Russia and Ukraine, where an important element of this conflict is information warfare, the basic factor of which is the distortion of transmitted information. And the clearest example of what organized information influence can cause is the Russian society and the high percentage of Russian residents supporting this war. The problems discussed in this monograph may also affect immunity in reading information and signals provided in various means of social space. Although it has been present in social relations for hundreds of thousands of years, due to the growing and widespread globalization, the development of new technologies and the cooperation of people living in the farthest corners of the world, the crime not only continues to function, but also takes on new forms. Therefore, it is important to have an ongoing response from the legislature and preventive actions by state bodies. In addition, the crime of human trafficking takes its toll on society as a whole, so it is important to collect and secure evidence and identify the perpetrators.
