However, many teachers have difficulty adopting this new teaching method. This qualitative research aims to investigate teachers' views and the obstacles they face when implementing the Socratic method, an inquiry-based learning approach, in the classroom. Researchers used a purposive sampling method to select five Indonesian language teachers and conducted semi-structured interviews. Data analysis shows that most teachers see positively the application of the Socratic method in improving students' critical thinking skills. However, they face challenges, especially related to knowledge of teaching materials, questioning skills, student participation, topic selection, and time constraints. This research refers to Plomp & Nieveen which is connected to the stages according to Thiagarajan using the 4-D model including 4 stages, namely the stage Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The device developed was tested on 23 grade IV elementary school students. The humanistic approach seeks to humanize humans and help them actualize themselves through various humanistic learning methods and strategies. The research method used is a descriptive method in the form of a literature review. Data collection by collecting articles, books, documents and other references related to the independent curriculum and humanistic theoretical views collected via Google Scholar. The data analysis technique used is the content analysis method which is divided into three stages, namely data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The research results reveal that the independent curriculum aims to clear the minds of teachers and students and humanize those who work in the field of education. Humanistic learning theory emphasizes students' freedom in self-realization. Students' talents, interests and abilities are optimized through meaningful learning. This research aims to determine the increase in understanding of Mathematics concepts for class II students at SD Negeri Depok 1 Sleman regarding addition. and reduction through role playing learning assisted by folding money. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK). Data collection for this research used test question sheets and teacher observation sheets. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative and and quantitative descriptive. The results obtained showed that teacher activity in cycle I was 66.67% (good) and increased in cycle II to 86.67% (very good). The average understanding of Mathematics concepts in cycle I obtained a score of 67 and increased in cycle II to 76.89. Completeness of the test results for understanding Mathematics concepts in cycle I was 57.14% and increased in cycle II to 78.57%. The existence of the PPRA Curriculum is an effort to renew the existing curriculum, where this curriculum has more humanistic material content in strengthening tolerance and moderation. Humanistic learning theory and differentiated science learning have similarities in understanding the importance of respecting the human side in order to suit individual characteristics. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method through case studies. Research involves observing the planning, implementation and evaluation of science differentiated learning. Data is collected through diagnostic tests, observation, performance and final tests. The research subjects were 25 grade 5 students at SD Negeri 33 Sawahan for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research results show that the application of humanistic learning theory in differentiated science learning has a positive impact on student creativity and learning achievement. This can be seen from the increase in the average student creativity score from 60.69 to 87.21. Apart from that, this learning also increases student learning outcomes from an initial score of 75.45 to 88.86. The study assesses the role of educators in designing and effectively delivering this integrated curriculum, emphasizing the importance of an interdisciplinary approach. Furthermore, the research evaluates the curriculum's impact on students' learning outcomes and their engagement in the subjects of Science and electrical installations. The Research and Development (RnD) method, specifically field research, was employed, utilizing literature sources from books and journals. Data collection involved interviewing 28 students as the sample. Validation analysis indicates that the learning media is highly rated by teachers for content suitability, presentation quality, user-friendliness, alignment with objectives, and teaching effectiveness, with scores ranging from 9.1/10 to 9.6/10. Students also provided positive assessments, albeit slightly lower, with average scores ranging from 8.4/10 to 8.9/10. Overall, the learning media is considered valid and effective in enhancing understanding of electrical installation materials. Practicality assessments regarding validity show that teachers and students rated the learning media highly in all aspects, indicating high consistency in media quality. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observations and documents. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data is analyzed by reviewing the data, organizing the data, dividing it into manageable units, synthesizing to look for patterns, finding what is meaningful from what is researched and reporting systematically. The results of the research show that firstly, in general, Baso District Elementary School has implemented an independent curriculum as determined by the government, namely conducting learning in accordance with the curriculum structure in the independent curriculum, and has also carried out comprehensive assessments.
